Cusco, Machu Picchu

After the fall of the Inca Empire, the most enlightened priests of their time left for Machu Picchu. The Spaniards were never able to find this city. Machu Picchu was built from huge limestone blocks without the use of mortar on the top of a mountain, surrounded by impenetrable jungle. Cusco, Lima
