We were on vacation with the whole family, only our eldest son was missing. The whole family had excellent impressions of the holiday. The hotel is not huge, but big. The food for breakfast is not bad, it’s enough to fill you up. Lunch and dinner are amazing! Just great! The room has good air conditioning and basic equipment. There is a decent balcony. The staff is friendly and loves it when tourists try to say Italian words. Sanremo has wonderful parks. This city is very convenient for excursions to both Italy and France. There are luxury trains in the city. But there are no good beaches. I advise everyone who travels to San Remo to take this hotel! He's just great!

Good afternoon. My husband and I vacationed in this hotel at the beginning of September. We chose quickly, there weren’t many photographs or descriptions, so we were a little worried about what awaited us. We were pleasantly surprised. We were given a room with a sea view - the view was truly amazing. The hotel has a history, but the room is tastefully furnished, a very large bright room, a large bathroom with a window. Linen and towels were changed every day.
Breakfast by Italian standards is more than enough: eggs, cereal, hot croissants baked every morning, cheese, sausage, yogurt, juices, unlike many hotels, very decent, Santal. Breakfasts took place in a beautiful hall with columns. All the staff are very courteous, but people who only speak Russian may find it difficult.
The hotel itself is located in the very center of Sanremo - close to all the streets and shops, and close to best beaches in the city. We relaxed on the 4* Lido Imperatrice beach. Generally, beach holiday It’s not cheap - about 20 euros for two for the whole day.
The city has an excellent promenade with a palm alley, in general the city is very green, surrounded by mountains. And a very good location - it’s very convenient to get to San Remo Cote d'Azur France and to the Italian coastal cities of Portofino, Genoa, Santa Margherita Ligure. In general, I advise you to take a car and explore the surrounding area.
We will definitely return to San Remo again and definitely to this hotel.

The impressions from the holiday are quite twofold. The journey was very tiring: it took three and a half hours to get from the airport, because one bus carries all the tourists. And taking into account the fact that San Remo is more than 70 km away. from Genoa, and there is still a lot to go resort towns, we arrived at the hotel in an almost insane state. It was gratifying that at least dinner was waiting for us in the room: a plate of cold cuts and a plate of chopped tomatoes and mozzarella.
I was pleased with the hotel itself - the rooms are spacious, with high ceilings and normal air conditioning. Cleaning was done daily, and they managed to do it in such a way that we didn’t have to sit in the lobby while the room was being cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised by the daily change of bed linen (this doesn’t happen in every 5-star hotel), I’m just not talking about the towels. And the maids were extremely understanding: they stuffed two “pancake-shaped” pillows into one pillowcase (at least you can somehow sleep) - and they do this in the following days. The only small drawback of the service is the inability to rent beach towels. But as practice has shown, our tourists were not bothered by such little things - and white hotel towels often flashed on the beach.
Food at the hotel is a separate issue. In most cases, guests took either breakfast alone or breakfast and dinner. However, dinner can be replaced with lunch, especially since the restaurant is open. The limited hours for lunch and dinner are a little annoying: 12.30-13.45 and 19.30-20.45, respectively. Late arrivals are considered solely as a tourist problem, because after 9 pm the restaurant generally closes.
The breakfasts are quite filling, but monotonous: boiled eggs, cold cuts and cheeses, yoghurts, fruits, dry cereals, jams, croissants and perhaps that’s it. There is no hot food provided: no scrambled eggs, no pancakes, no porridge (as it seemed to me, the only thing they baked for breakfast were croissants - practically in my presence they were laid out from a sheet pan). The exception is an egg, which you can boil yourself in a container of boiling water.
Lunch or dinner - “all card” system or menu. They bring you a small list consisting of 7 dishes. From this list, you choose from the first 4 - the first dish, and from the remaining three - the second dish. You can also order a side dish: grilled vegetables, salad, tomatoes or French fries. Well, again, you order dessert from the list that the waiter names. In general, you can’t do without the help of the service staff, because first the name of the dish comes in Italian, then in Russian. It's unclear what kind of translator they use, but the names of the dishes have little substance. I will give just a few examples: “Goat spiced with oil”, “First salt with vegetables”, “Reducing pork into green pepper”. The latter, by the way, is a baked loin with gravy, and not peppers stuffed with pork, as the name might suggest. But even consultations with specialists do not always save the situation. I ordered the dish several times, tried it and gave it all to my husband for “disposal.” Because for me personally it was not edible. Fortunately, a rather large piece of watermelon for dessert created the desired feeling of fullness. (I must make a reservation - it’s not tasty for me, I’m quite picky about food, but the rest of the family ate it with great pleasure).
The average list of dishes is as follows: the first 4 dishes are usually risotto (rice with sauce and something: seafood or mushrooms), two versions of pasta with different sauces and fillings, and soup (the latter is not always the case). The second 3 are meat, fish and some other dish: Parma ham with melon or mozzarella with tomatoes.
Sanremo itself is classic resort town with a bunch of hotels. There are not so many special attractions that are definitely worth seeing. The opening hours of the shops are very stressful - almost all of them are open from 9-10 am, close for siesta at 12.30-13.00 and after 15.30-16.00 they open again until 19.00-20.00. After 8 pm, not a single supermarket is open, and most shops are no longer open. So tourists have a choice - either relax at the seaside or go shopping.
Seaside holidays are a separate issue. The beaches there are urban, but almost all private rental. An umbrella and two sun loungers cost 15-16 euros for the whole day (by the way, half of the beaches are also open until 19.00). And one more thing - only the Italians thought of providing sun loungers and sun loungers on the beach at different prices (you can only sit in the latter). By the way, individual hotels have agreements with specific beaches - on a preferential price and on the possibility of using a locker, which is provided to other mere mortals for a fee.

Good afternoon I want to write a review about my trip to Kaliningrad. The tour was called "May in Kaliningrad" from 1.05 to 5.05. There were four of us traveling: 3 adults and a 12-year-old child. Olga Grishanina helped us a lot with the selection of the tour. Now about the trip. We lived at the Moscow Hotel. Very cozy, comfortable rooms, polite staff, varied delicious breakfast. Convenient location, the excursion bus pulled up to the hotel. The guides very thoroughly told the history of all the places we visited. I felt genuine love for native land. The tour program was intense: city tour, Baltiysk, Yantarny, Svetlogorsk, Schaaken Castle, Curonian Spit. The best impressions. A small piece of Europe in Russia. I would like to go back there on my own and just walk around the places I liked the most. Breathe the magical air, a mixture of sea and pine needles. Thanks to Olga Grishanina, everything was well organized. Tour What's rich in Astrakhan (4 days) on May 1st. The driver met me and took me to the place where I would reunite with the group. The hotel is normal, located right next to the Volga promenade, the breakfast is varied. I didn’t really like the guide who accompanied us on days 2-4 of the trip. In Elista, we paid for a Kalmyk lunch, but they gave us a regular one, because... she had no lists of who ordered what. Wonderful organized tour Two capitals of the Caucasus. I was alone with a friend. We met in Baku and checked into a hotel in the city center. All days with the two of us there was a driver in a brand new Chevrolet and a tour guide. The program is very educational and interesting. The people are friendly and very friendly. The city is amazingly beautiful. It's worse in Georgia. We checked into a hotel in the mountains, from where we could only get to the city by taxi. The excursions brought together different people from different tours each time. There is nothing in common with the schedule from the appendix to the contract. And “a feast in a real Georgian family with an abundance of dishes, wine and chacha” is at your own expense. True, there was a master class on cooking khinkali and khachapuri. You can listen. Uglich, old City with temples and museums, a beautiful embankment along which we walked in the evening and admired the sunset. And the ensemble "Kovcheg" sang to us. Fabulous. Everything was interesting, you can’t just write it like that, but the museum of Russian vodka surprised me! Especially the medal for drunkenness and some names of vodka. Myshkin made me laugh with his “mice.” Cheerful and charged with vigor, we arrived in Martynovo. We met the Katskari. The Katsky dialect has its own dialect, where you are surprised and laugh, sorry. And then lunch from the Russian oven, baked milk and pies. I was with my granddaughter, she is 11 years old, and the next day she said to me: “Let’s go again, I haven’t seen enough or heard enough.”

I am sending you a review of the trip “To the origins of the Russian soul - where the Volga begins.” Tourism manager - Ekaterina Kostromina Accompanying guide - Enessa Pros: 1. Attentive manager, throughout the entire tour she was interested in its conduct. The accompanying guide is an attentive, erudite guide who provided informative travel information without tiring the listeners. Gave answers to questions about the tour. The program is interesting. I will recommend to friends and acquaintances. The driver, despite his youth, clearly fulfilled his duties and the wishes of the tourists. Cons: hotel (or rather complex) "Park Hotel "SDL". We spent 2 nights and half of the 2nd day in the "SDL" complex. Half of the 2nd day was wasted time. "SDL" did not provide a single service indicated on the website : the pool is not working (you can swim in the lake, but after the rain it’s somehow cool), there is no massage, I didn’t get into the private zoo - it was closed, a Turkish bath? per person! Part of the territory was closed, there was no access to Big Lake. Nutrition: " buffet“there wasn’t, a la carte food (eat “what’s served”): sweet porridge, unbaked omelette, pancakes on the second day are also “rubbery”, fish cutlets for lunch? (we’re on the lake, just making fish, expensive?), if you don’t pay for dinner (you don’t want to eat “what they give you”), there is nothing else, no cafe, no bar. For me, the volume of dishes was large (“a waste of money”). General impression of the trip: The local guides were interesting. knowledgeable and loving professionals, an excellent accompanying guide. I received a lot of positive emotions for the educational trip.

This August, my daughter and I traveled to France, and our route lay through Italy, where we stayed for a day at the Europa San Remo hotel. I must say that this is a colorful old hotel with unique interior items. The elevator, the staircase to the reception and even the radiators amaze with their good quality and antique atmosphere. We had a two-room apartment with high ceilings (4–4.5 meters, no less) and with total area approximately forty squares. In the first room there is a small sofa (quite suitable in size for a child), a dining table and a kitchenette, in the second there is a large sleeping bed. The room's windows overlooked the sea, and the balcony overlooked the casino. At night it is better to close the windows, it is very noisy from the highway. It's good that there was air conditioning, we slept well. The spacious bathroom has a shower cabin and bidet. All bed linen, including towels, are dazzling white. The room is clean, tidy, the staff takes good care of it. The restaurant is located downstairs of the hotel. Breakfast was simple: yoghurts, ham, croissants, fruits, cheeses, juices. However, we did not remain hungry: this was enough for a morning snack. They also brought me and my daughter coffee in a large jug (it would have been more than enough for five), very tasty, hot and strong. I must say that the location of the hotel is very convenient: it has access to the sea and the main street. There are a lot of cafes and shops here. In general, I really liked the hotel, both for the service and the unusual antique interior.

Hotel Europa San Remo is perfect place for those who are more keen to stay in an atmospheric hotel with rich history than in a faceless modern hotel with all the amenities. My family and I were doubly lucky because we visited the homeland of the song festival in San Remo and at the same time lived in a luxurious hotel-museum. Everything here is imbued with a historical atmosphere, but at the same time, comfortable conditions have been created for guests to relax. The hotel has spacious, bright rooms with big amount windows and a beautiful view of the casino. The hotel staff is important (in the good sense of the word) and exquisitely friendly, maintaining the brand of their establishment! The rooms are clean, ours was on the third floor, and were cleaned regularly by maids. Breakfast is classic European. The hotel's convenient location allows easy access to any attraction. Everything is nearby: the Walk of Fame of the famous festival, the Ariston Hotel, cafes, shops, the sea. We spent our holiday here and we certainly won’t forget it! We recommend this one to everyone unforgettable hotel! Note to vacationers: it is better to take the end room, as it offers gorgeous views of both the sea and the casino.

We were in San Remo for only one day, so we got acquainted with the Europa San Remo hotel, so to speak, on the run. We got a room on the fourth floor with a beautiful view of the sea. The room is spacious, everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. There was even one channel on TV in Russian (in addition to the others), Wi-Fi worked with varying success (it often turned off, and the password was very long). Breakfast is standard, but we also ordered scrambled eggs extra so that we wouldn’t starve all day. We had our own car and left it in the paid parking lot (across the road to the right). There is a nearby free parking, but the fee is not charged only at night, and in the morning you need to take a ticket from the parking meter, otherwise you may be fined. The receptionist offered to take the keys and do everything for us, but somehow we didn’t want to strain him. I liked everything very much, both the location and the service.
