Monument to the hole
One of the strangest monuments in our city (and perhaps the strangest) is the monument to the hole. Yes, you heard right, exactly the hole. In 1996, another project was launched to improve the city, in particular its pedestrian zones. Two architects Dukhovny and Chernov, together with the sculptor Ivanov, drew up a project and began to implement the monument.
