Ordzhonikidze Crimea where is the best place to relax. Ordzhonikidze: we really enjoy our holiday in Crimea. Private sector housing: hotel in Ordzhonikidze, near Koktebel

Ordzhonikidze will be interesting to visit for both lovers of beach and active recreation. Nearest railroad station- Feodosia, and the airport is Simferopol. Therefore, when planning your trip to Crimea, you must arrange transit in advance with a local taxi service if you choose private sector, or in a mini hotel. However, these costs are easily compensated for, because prices for rental housing and other services are lower here than in Feodosia, Koktebel or other cities on the Crimean coast.

If you decide to organize your vacation without intermediaries, then you have two options. Firstly, you can use numerous booking sites, where you can look at photos and find out prices current for 2020, or come to the city and choose the option you like right on the spot. In the second case, prices will be much lower, and perhaps you will be lucky to live near the sea, but in the first case, you are guaranteed to have housing by the time you arrive. Ordzhonikidze is also perfect for lovers of wild recreation with a tent.

The cost of living in Crimea and Ordzhonikidze, in particular, should not change much in 2020, which means that the price of an apartment by the sea will average 2000 - 2500 rubles, which is comparable to a holiday in the resorts of the Krasnodar region.

Rest in the private sector Ordzhonikidze.

After the military factories in Crimea were closed in the 90s, the only option for the region not to fall into decline was to develop the private sector. The private sector does not imply any restrictions on living conditions. You don’t have to share an apartment with the owners or go to the pump for water. Often, apartments that owners offer for vacation have water, both hot and cold, air conditioning, and wi-fi. If you are planning to go to Crimea with a large family and children, then you can rent a small house. You will not be disturbed by the noise from the disco, which could be in the hotel. In addition to not having to share a room with extra beds, you can cook your own lunch using fresh ingredients bought at the market. You can rest assured that if you rent a house with a garden, the owners will happily treat you to fresh and juicy fruit.

The benefits of holidays in the private sector cannot be overestimated. You are completely free in your movements. You are not tied to one place, you can devote one week to a beach holiday and rent a house by the sea, and the second week you can move closer to the mountains to make it more convenient to go on bike rides. Fortunately, a holiday in Ordzhonikidze gives you a wide choice of ways to spend your time.

It rises on one of the “segments” mountain range Biyuk-Yanyshar – Kiik-Atlama. The origin of the cape's name is still controversial. According to one version, it is interpreted as “stupid walking.” An equally popular translation is “wild goat jump.” The third theory has culinary motives and hints at the similarity of the cape with a Tatar dish made from puff pastry.

The village has a more clear past. He got his name in honor of the Russian revolutionary Grigory Konstantinovich Ordzhonikidze, who came from the family of a small nobleman. Until 1937, other variants were common: Kaigador, Provato, Provalnoe and Dvuyakorny. In 2000, the village almost acquired the name “Zurbagan” in honor of the fictional seaside town from the works of Alexander Green.

In May 2016, the village of Ordzhonikidze was renamed as part of Ukrainian decommunization. According to the provision, the name “Kaygador” will come into force after the hypothetical return of Crimea to Ukraine.

History of Ordzhonikidze

Detailed documentary references to the village date back to the end of the 11th century. At that time, an Armenian-Kipchak fortress and a monastery rose here, and in the Neolithic era - the settlements of ancient people. In the Middle Ages, thanks to advantageous position, the settlement became one of the ports of the Genoese Republic. Mostly the ships of poor merchants trading with Caffa (now Feodosia) moored here.

The further fate of the village remained in the shadows until the beginning of the 20th century. What is known is that after devastating battles with the Golden Horde and the Tatar-Mongols, it turned into a modest fishing village. In 1911, construction of a plant began here, where naval weapons were later tested. The initiator of the project was Admiral of the Russian Fleet M.V. Bubnov. By the middle of the century, a village grew up near the military enterprise.

During the Soviet era, the secret factories “Gidroapparat” and “Gidropribor” were located on the territory of the future Ordzhonikidze. There is a version that the residents signed a non-disclosure agreement, since many worked at these enterprises. After the collapse of the USSR, the factories ceased to exist. The village began to develop as a Crimean resort. In September 2008, a international festival architects "Zurbagan". More than 600 young talents took part in it.

In the spring of 2014, Ordzhonikidze became part of Russia. At the same time, the famous “Gidropribor” resumed its work.

Access to these places is possible only through “goat paths” in the mountains, so there are practically no people here. Tourists with tents often relax on the beaches together with nudists, but this proximity does not burden either one or the other.

Travelers note: the water near the shores can be cloudy. The reason is therapeutic mud, which has a positive effect on the condition of the skin and the body as a whole.

Most often, vacationers book rooms in mini-hotels and guest houses scattered throughout the coastal village. Boathouses, analogues of small hotels, are becoming increasingly popular. Let's sum it up

Summing up the review of the Orjo resort, it should be noted that it is perfect for family vacation, as well as for young people who prefer active recreation and a healthy lifestyle. Many people visit this resort to enjoy horse riding, explore new walking routes, diving and magnificent scenery.

Here you can meet vacationers who come only here every year, thanks to the good ecology, quiet and have a relaxing holiday, hospitable residents and a special atmosphere of relationships between visitors.

Urban settlement Ordzhonikidze is part of the urban district of Feodosia, located 15 km from the center of Feodosia, 14 km from Koktebel. The people have adopted the abbreviated name of the village - “Ordzho”. Geographical position Ordzhonikidze is very interesting: the village is located on the steep cape of Kiik-Atlama, which juts out into the sea for almost 4 km. The local landscapes are very unique: the steppe Crimea in this area is experiencing bizarre metamorphoses, gradually turning into a mountainous one. From the side of Koktebel, Ordzho is washed by Provato Bay, and from the side of Feodosia - by Dvuyakornaya Bay.

Holidays in Orjo. IN Soviet time the village was non-tourist, it was closed to visitors from out of town, because... There were two military factories here that produced torpedoes and hydraulic equipment. In the 90s of the 20th century, production fell into decline, and Ordzhonikidze simply had no other alternative but to seriously engage in attracting tourists. Over the past years, the initial tourism infrastructure has developed: private hotels, cafes, resort goods stores, and attractions have appeared. However, in Orjo you still cannot see stormy nightlife and bustle large resorts, large entertainment centers(dolphinarium, water park, etc.) are located in neighboring Koktebel. Ordzhonikidze is a place for a relaxing holiday without pretensions to excess. Accordingly, prices for rental housing and all related services are lower here than in Feodosia, Koktebel and many other places along the Crimean coast. It is represented mainly by rooms in guest houses, rooms in mini-hotels and individual turnkey apartments. Several years ago, a complex of boathouses "Katran" was built near the village, where the most comfortable rooms are offered at more high prices, from such a boathouse-hotel you literally immediately go out onto your own spacious beach, which is why the popularity of “Katran” is growing from year to year.

Nature in the Ordzhonikidze area over the past centuries it has been subject to minimal human influence, and you can immediately see and feel it: picturesque natural landscapes, clear sea, fresh air. The village is a “dead end”, there is no transit transport through it, it is always quiet and peaceful here. Orjo is surrounded by numerous pebble beaches with varying degrees of tourist density. Eat great places for a “wild” holiday right by the sea. Get to Orjo Currently it is most convenient to own car. You can also get to the “district center” of Feodosiya by intercity bus from most cities in southern Russia; in Feodosia you need to change to shuttle bus to Ordzhonikidze. The nearest airport is Simferopol (125 km). To save time and nerves, it is better to book a transfer from the airport to Orjo in advance from an official taxi service, or from the mini-hotel where you prefer to book a room. Trip to public transport will require transplants and will take a lot of time.
