Butovo Park - Transport Middle Ages: The largest residential area was left without public routes. Butovo Park - Transport Middle Ages: The largest residential area was left without public routes The final stop in the Moscow region

The Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of the City of Moscow has approved the opening of more than 40 new suburban routes. Corresponding changes were recently made by the transport department to the register of routes between Moscow and the Moscow region. New elements of the route will appear in almost all areas of the Moscow region closest to Moscow.

In Moscow, the final destinations of the new routes will be the metro stations Altufyevo, Annino, Dmitry Donskoy Boulevard, Vodny Stadion, Volokolamskaya, Domodedovskaya, Zhulebino, Zyablikovo, Lyublino, Mitino ", "Novogireevo", "Novokosino", "Pervomaiskaya", "Skhodnenskaya", "Troparevo", "Tsaritsyno", "Shchelkovskaya".

In the Moscow region, the final destinations of the routes will be located mainly in new residential neighborhoods or on the territory of shopping centers.

It is planned that private carriers will operate on most routes, and therefore no discounts on travel on new routes will be provided to passengers.

The exact timing of the opening of new routes is still unknown. The fact is that, according to current legislation, transportation between Moscow and the Moscow region is legal if there are permits from both the Moscow and Moscow region transport departments. In the Moscow region, passenger transportation is managed by the Ministry of Transport of the Moscow Region, and this authorized body has not yet given its consent to the opening of new routes.

In the near future, the situation with the organization of passenger transportation between Moscow and the Moscow region, which connects more than 500 bus routes, must change for the better. On January 11, 2016, the main provisions of the new Federal Law No. 220-FZ “On the organization of regular transportation of passengers and luggage by road and urban ground electric transport in Russian Federation and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation.” According to the new law, transportation between Moscow and the Moscow region will be organized in the manner determined by the agreement that Moscow and the Moscow region will be required to conclude in the coming months. After this, it will be enough for carriers to obtain the right to obtain one permit from a single body created by the authorities of Moscow and the Moscow region.

During the visit of Governor Andrei Vorobyov to the Leninsky district, the problem of difficult transport links in the new multi-storey blocks of Drozhzhino suddenly surfaced.

“We don’t have city transport, we only have commercial transport!” mothers and children who came to the opening of the new kindergarten complained to the governor. Andrei Yuryevich called to account the head of the district, Oleg Khromov, who said that the administration is already solving this problem with the Ministry of Transport.

Everything would remain within the bounds of decency if minibuses worked properly in Mortongrad. Residents of the concrete jungle would wait with grief for the complete commissioning of the microdistrict and the launch of budget buses. But recently, the inhabitants of both Butovo Parks lost even commercial flights. In particular, route 1091 was banned. And its drivers hung provocative advertisements on the doors of their cars with the following content:

“According to the city Vidnovskaya prosecutor’s office, routes from new areas of the Moscow region are inappropriate, since the population is provided with transport along the Warsaw Highway. Based on this, it prohibits the activities of carrier enterprises.”

For people who need to get to work every day, and from September to kindergarten and school, this was a blow. Let us add that the day before, carriers also increased tariffs for their services. It is characteristic that no one warned the injured party in advance about the cancellation of transport links. People were left completely unaware of what was happening.

Route 1180 continued to operate, leading some to conclude that competitors were competing for the market. Be that as it may, it is absolutely savage to make ordinary residents victims of this struggle, especially given the current fares.

Another version is the requirement of the Ministry of Transport to equip all minibuses with validators, which some commercial carriers are rebelling against. The cost of installing a validator is mentioned, which allegedly amounts to about 40 thousand rubles. The refuseniks ended up losing their licenses, and their clients were trapped.

It is not surprising that desperate people launched an electronic petition demanding that the transport links between Butovo Park2 and Butovo Park2b be improved with new routes.

The text of the petition exhaustively explains the catastrophic transport situation in the Drozhzhino area:

On behalf of the residents of these areas, we would like to inform you that from the beginning of the route (Butovo Park 2B, Yuzhnaya St. 25 and 23), the travel time to Warsaw Highway for a healthy person will be 30-40 minutes on foot. Children, elderly people and people with disabilities this path is almost impossible to overcome.

Before these routes are cancelled, minibuses were overcrowded, and in educational and winter time Huge queues line up for them. The Butovo Park 2 and 2B microdistricts are almost completely populated. During this time, along Varshavskoye Highway. no routes have been added. At the Varshavskoe highway stop. 261 During peak hours, people storm buses and minibuses. In response to requests from residents of the Butovo Park 2 microdistrict to allow a stop for buses 737, 848,858 passing by from Shcherbinka towards the Dmitry Donskoy Boulevard metro station, a refusal was received from Mosgortrans with the explanation that these routes do not serve the Moscow Region and there is not enough transport. Today, it was possible to get out of the area quickly and without a fight by taxi. At the Varshavskoe highway stop. 261 stormed passing minibuses and buses. As a pregnant woman, I can't interfere with an angry crowd. And I can’t afford to take a taxi every day. Thus, we ask you to reconsider the decision to cancel routes from new Moscow Region microdistricts or to appoint other carriers on this route. All conditions have been created for the work of carriers - stops have been established in microdistricts. Only now there is no one to serve them.”

The petition was sent to the Governor of the Moscow Region, to the Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow Region, as well as to the head of the Leninsky district.

Trying to clarify their future, residents of Mortongrad held a spontaneous evening meeting, which was attended by a representative of the disgraced carrier Saturn Travel and deputies of United Russia. The results of this gathering are still unknown.

A very interesting proposal was made to hold such meetings with the participation of all representatives of the transport market, demanding from them a report not only on the legality of their work, but also on the appropriateness of the tariffs imposed.

As a reference, we add that Drozhzhino-1 is currently home to 4,857 residents
Drozhzhino-2 has 6,283 inhabitants. The population of the entire Mortongrad is 11,140.

This figure will grow by leaps and bounds. Why did they forget to let the bus go at least towards Vidnoye for these people? After all, the region bears a number of serious social obligations to them.
