Hello. Was there in November 2016. Lovely hotel, wonderful beach, good food, cleaning, wonderful territory. The only bad thing about the sea was that it was stormy, but you could swim and sunbathe by the pool. Great excursion to Dalat. If I don’t find anything new, I’ll go this year. By the way, the cafes near the hotel are very cheap and the food is delicious. Don't just go where the guides advise.

Enjoyed a long-awaited trip to Vietnam in mid-April with my husband for ten whole days! We have long dreamed of visiting this country and forming our own opinion about it. The Ocean Star Hotel was recommended to us due to its good value for money and first beach line. We arrived at the reception at lunchtime and check-in went very quickly. Standard room on the second floor. There is everything you need for your stay. Of course, repairs would not hurt, but everything is not bad. The main thing was that there was hot water, daily cleaning, and quiet in the evenings. In general, life here calms down around eleven o'clock in the evening. There is no animation in the hotel. There is an outdoor swimming pool. In the evening the water is very warm, there are a lot of people in the pool. Breakfasts are, in principle, filling, but monotonous. Every day the same thing. There was enough to eat. The beach is luxurious. Fine, clean sand. The entrance to the sea is gentle. There are free sun loungers in both sun and shade. There is a standard set of attractions on the beach. Among the excursions we chose the seaside village of Boke, where you can buy seafood and Dalat for pennies. There are a lot of shops, markets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies nearby. The holiday exceeded all our expectations!

This is the fourth time we have vacationed in Mui Ne. We are traveling with a friendly group of three guys – childhood friends. We liked the hotel. If you are not pretentious and don’t look for flaws that are absolutely everywhere, then you will like it. The area is compact, well planned, clean. Large outdoor swimming pool. In the morning the water in it is cool, and in the evening and at night it is very warm, as it heats up during the whole day from the sun's rays. The room is standard. Bed, wardrobe, bedside table with mirror, bathroom. There is a TV with several Russian channels. The safe was not used. The staff is smiling and helpful. Breakfasts are plentiful. We ate our fill. We don’t eat that many dishes for breakfast at home. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Entrance to the beach is free, as is the use of sun loungers. We swam from morning to evening. You can have lunch and dinner in any cafe. In principle, prices are the same everywhere, as is the menu. We ate delicious seafood. Also great lemon rum, cocktails and local beer. We will come here again next year!

Conducted in Vietnam the winter vacation. We went in mid-February and created a kind of summer for ourselves in the middle of a blizzard and cold weather. We went with my husband and five-year-old son. We purchased a tour to the Ocean Star Resort hotel. It is located on the first beach line. There is a private beach, very clean sand. The sea is magnificent. There are practically no waves. In ten days there was a storm only once, the rest of the time we swam a lot. There are free sun loungers, no need to reserve them in advance, there are enough free ones for everyone. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool. It is open 24 hours a day. They clean it once a day, don't worry. The room is standard and decent. Neat bathroom. There is a hairdryer, TV, safe, air conditioning. The hotel has a SPA salon. Prices for procedures are higher than street prices, but the quality of services is appropriate. The massage is very professional. I liked the breakfast at the hotel; we always left full. We had lunch and dinner at Madam Dean's small cafe. It is located a few steps from the hotel, I recommend it. While on vacation, my son’s ears hurt; it is best to get treatment at Dr. Dong’s hospital, which is three hundred meters from the hotel on the left side. We went on an excursion to Dalat, visited a silk factory, rode on a suspended cable car. Fishing in the open sea gave me a lot of impressions. My husband and son's catch was prepared for us right there on the boat, it was great.

Ocean Star Resort is located in Phan Thiet, on the shores of the South China Sea. There is a golf club 1.5 km away Sea Links, 7 km away is the Thien Hau Pagoda, 11 km away from the Cham Towers of Poshanu, and 40 km away from the “Reclining Buddha” on Mount Taku, the most big statue in Vietnam. Important information:

Payment is made not for the number of people, but for the entire room.

Ocean Star Resort has its own wide beach, located 100 m from the main entrance. There are a large number of sun loungers with mattresses hidden from the sun under stationary umbrellas made from dried palm leaves.

The length of the beach is 200 m. The beach area is covered with fine white sand.

Next to the recreation area there is a volleyball field, 2 mini-baths for rinsing your feet, and a shower for rinsing your whole body. The entrance to the sea is gentle, the bottom is sandy without stones. During the beach season you can swim here with children of any age. During the windy and rainy season, it is best to relax without children.

There is a small open space on the beach bar Marina Beach Bar. Opening hours: daily from 10:00 to 16:30. All drinks and light snacks are subject to payment.

Sellers of exotic fruits walk along the shore throughout the day. However, the cost of the offered product is very high. For 1 coconut, sellers can ask for $20-30. It is cheaper to buy fruit in markets, of which there are a large number in Phan Thiet.

Regardless of the season, the sun at the resort is very strong. So as not to get burned and get sunburn, It is not recommended to sunbathe on the beach without a special cream with at least 50 SPF protection. You can ride a jet ski on the beach.
