Reviews about this hotel on various websites are not very good (most often they talk about “killed” rooms), which scared us before the trip, but we still took the risk, and for good reason. Our trip was during the low season - early December, for 3 nights on weekdays. For this period - excellent, there were very few people, at lunches, in the indoor pool, in the children's room - just great! However, the entertainment program for the day (mainly for children) was still announced and quite extensive, we did not always see it, probably there was no demand. In the evening we went to a mini-disco for children, the animator girl was simply wonderful, she entertained the children as best she could) I suspect that in high season it may not be so comfortable here, since public infrastructure The hotel is not very large in relation to the number of rooms. We werewith a 1.5 year old child, so a review for parents of small children: the children's room is just great, a lot of different toys, spacious, with a very pleasant teacher. I would leave the child with her (this is possible without parents from the age of 3). There's even a console for dads in the gaming room. A crib was brought to the room immediately upon request - wooden, with a pillow and a set of bed linen, but we did not use it, because... the side seemed low. In the "restaurant" there is a separate table for children, with children's dishes, in the form of a car, a blender for kids, a microwave. There are boiled vegetables, i.e. You can also make a puree. There is always broth available on the children's table (a plus for us, it was used to “build” chicken soup for the child when it was not available for adults). Regarding food for adults, it is quite varied; it is clear that they are trying to create the widest possible menu from a certain set of products. You definitely won’t go hungry, but don’t expect much excitement about the food either. But in general, the day did not change, and there were some pretty tasty dishes. There are many different salads, sauces, and there is always a choice of meat and fish dishes. Cons - bread and pastries are cheap and tasteless. The filling in pancakes or dumplings is impossible to eat, it is clear that the most cheap option. The big minus is that there is no approximate composition of the dishes, at least the type of meat (what is in the salad or in the cutlets?) I don’t eat pork and sausage, it was inconvenient for me to guess where they are. Just put a small sign next to it. Well, often what was left uneaten for breakfast ended up in a different interpretation for lunch. For me this is not a minus, it is frugality. In general, the food is rather a plus; there is intermediate nutrition (snacks, sandwiches, some cold snacks), but we didn’t really use it. I liked the deluxe room, interesting design, like the whole hotel, sea view, balcony, but I forgot to warn you on check-out about the annoying creaky door to the bathroom (504). They cleaned every day and the room was quite clean. The bed was wide with a double mattress, which was a big plus. Summary: I would return to this hotel, overall I liked it!…

From the first minute there were negative emotions, we were checked in at 15:00 instead of 14:00, the rooms were not ready, no one even said “sorry”. Further, the heated swimming pool on the street does not work in the winter, of course I don’t really understand why it is heated in the summer, and this was not indicated when booking, we were very upset that for 10 thousand rubles the entire hotel had to swim in a small indoor pool. Buffet became much more modest than a year ago, we had a “superior” room in which there was black mold in the shower. The highlight of our stay was that all night there was ventilation in the wall, or something else, in general there was a hum that did not let us sleep (room 215). We barely waited until 8 am and ran away from this hotel. And yes, when we went to the reception in the morning to show how noisy it was in the room, the noise stopped)) in general, disgusting for this considerable money.
The only thing that pleased me was the fast and free delivery of ice to the room.

It all started with registration, we arrived around 15:00 and were met with a queue at the hotel reception, the rooms were not ready yet, none of the staff wanted to explain anything, they apparently think that this is normal. As a result, we were checked in around 16:00. As for the food, you won’t see anything particularly sophisticated either... everything is like in a canteen, the smell of sweat from the clothes is also appropriate. There are no good juices, everything resembles diluted UPI. One of the rooms we had was of the “VIP” category, and on the second day of our stay, water began pouring from the ceiling directly into the baby’s crib. Well, at least they moved us to a similar room, but the situation was still unpleasant. Another moment was not very pleasant with the restaurant, we couldn’t wait for the elevator to get from the 7th floor to the 8th, to the restaurant, we decided to take the stairs, all the doors were locked, the waiter from the restaurant opened the doors for us and didn’t even say hello... There is no politeness from the staff at all, everyone walks around with dissatisfied faces. Will we come to this hotel again, DEFINITELY NOT.

Apparently, in order not to create a global congestion at the entrance, on December 31, the girls at the resettlement asked us to leave our passports and a certificate for the child at their reception so that we could pick it up later. But we were never reminded to pick up our documents. And they were not given them out when leaving the hotel. As a result, we drove from Anapa to Novorossiysk, turned around and went back to get the documents. WITH baby. This is definitely a bug. 3. When we arrived on December 31, since we arrived with an infant, we did not take the New Year's banquet. No announcements were made to me during the check-in process. Imagine my surprise when we came for dinner with the whole family and it turned out that dinner was canceled because they were having a New Year’s banquet. We stayed at the hotel from January 2 to January 6, 2020. And we were very disappointed: - the service is terrible, Starting from the reception. The first impression was already spoiled. The girls didn’t explain or tell anything. I had to extract answers from them to questions about the hotel and its services. They checked us in for more than two hours. It’s good that the chief administrator helped, special thanks to her for that, she quickly found us free rooms and checked us in. What other administrators did not want to do, for reasons unknown to me. The questions are answered incorrectly. Before arriving, they gave one piece of information over the phone several times, but upon arrival they refuted it - “an information mess.” The rooms are stale, there is mold in the shower, the taps are wobbly, there is an unpleasant smell, the lighting is terrible. Everything in the shower room is rusty. The highchairs are dirty, it’s unpleasant to put a child there, the strollers are generally dilapidated. Nothing is clear with the elevator, as if there was a failure in the system. Sometimes we had to wait for a very long time when it was not very busy.

Why is there no free parking? If you position yourself as all-inclusive, then such a small thing as free parking can be done for guests. This is the first time we have encountered this. We vacationed as a family with 2 children. We checked in quickly. Beautiful, well-groomed territory, pleasant hotel interior. I liked the all-inclusive meal plan, everything was fresh and tasty, you can come at any time and there will always be a choice of dishes.

There is one big minus that outweighs all the pros! No soundproofing! I can understand music until 23.00, there are no problems with that, clearly at 23.00 everything quieted down... everyone except the children! I understand that many parents came to relax, but these are your children and please keep an eye on your children! It just amazes me what kind of disrespect for society! So if you want to get some sleep, then feel free to move into separate buildings, it will be quieter there, but in the cool season it will be inconvenient to go to the spa.
