Disgusting hotel!! Old, shabby, the plaster is falling off in pieces everywhere, there is no lighting on the hotel grounds, if you want to take a walk in the evening, take a flashlight!! We changed three rooms, one had a bathroom like in a barracks, in the second the ceiling leaked right onto the bed!! In the third, thank God, everything was fine. But there were always no towels, towels and bed linen were in the best traditions of an old communal apartment - yellow, washed out, the bed was not changed!! The cleaning in the room is disgusting, there is always sand on the floor, and other people's hair, you have to beg for shower gels, there is no hair conditioner. Food for a solid deuce. The food is not tasty, in some places it is not edible!! The meat is dry, everything is overcooked, the cheese doesn’t look like cheese at all, in general the economy class is tough. No questions about bread and desserts. There were fruits. Local alcohol sucks. You could drink a mojito, and even then, not every bartender prepared it properly. In the canteen, the ceiling was leaking so much that there were puddles all over the hall, and there were buckets. There is nowhere to go outside the hotel, three souvenir shops and that’s it! There is garbage on the street, a lot of abandoned buildings. Beach - algae on the shore, cleaned so-so. There are sun loungers, even with mattresses. The towels are old, but at least they provide them.

We rested at the hotel from 09/26/19. to 09/07/19 three adults and a 4 year old child. Everyone liked the hotel. Nice area, lots of sunbeds both by the pools and on the sea. Our room was changed from standard to female. The room is very big. Everything worked, they cleaned it every day. Shampoos and gels were not replenished, but we didn’t ask. The diet lacked seafood, but everything else was tasty and varied. Various alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails for children. Wine in bottles. There is a lot of animation, if you want you can find something to do. I didn’t go to the spa treatments, I can’t evaluate it. They did not notice any bad attitude towards Russians. We had a great time.
