They settled us along a 15-room stretch in the far part of the main building. The room is spacious, very clean, the furniture is not damaged. The plumbing was brilliant. The tiles are not chipped and clean. And separate faucets in the shower (for safe and unsafe exits).

In the hallway there is enough space for a wardrobe with automatic lighting, a safe (with an outlet in the middle - for charging bodies, for example), a mirror and hangers.

The room was cleaned efficiently and carefully, and every day there was no warning with a special sign on the door. It seems that Tuesdays have a “day without cleaning” as part of the hotel’s eco-policy, but if necessary, they can clean up on this day. It was astonishing to those who, having forfeited a dollar, checked us when we turned around, and then the girls yelped especially.

The territory is majestic, overlooked and feared. During the active period of the cicadas, they muffled all other sounds:). Turtles, lizards, and cats were often found on the territory.
The main restaurant - well, I just don’t know what those who have a small choice of food in this hotel eat at home. Very tasty stewed tongue, grilled dorado, walnut moussaka, crayfish, various types of pilaf, ravioli with cheese or spinach, garnish with the chef almost every evening. At gala night on Saturday, restaurant guests are treated to musicians with a violin and an accordion, and on Turkish evening during the week - various local instruments. There was also a magnificent frosted cake in pastry, which was carried through the entire hall with fireworks - there was a cow in the background, and in the middle there were 3 frozen balls of various relishes.

Vegetables, fruits, malts are beyond all praise. In the evening we were trying to come early in the evening to grab a table on the terrace overlooking the hotel grounds and the sea. The waiters are prompt, the dishes are bright, and they always respect the cleanliness of the room.

By the way, ala carte, we especially liked the Turkish one more for the Italian taste than the location. Whoever will be in Italian - delicious tiramisu and pasta with seafood, and everything else and even salads - even average (in the main restaurant it’s better).

BEACH! Please, my greatest point, which I cried out in suspicion. In fact, he’s cool, and it’s not without reason that he’s called a black ensign. The sand is nice, pebbles 1-1.5 m at the entrance to the sea and behind it there is again a receiving sand under your feet. On our first evening the water temperature was 28 degrees, so it’s more neutral))). The sunbeds were gone at any hour of the morning/day/evening. The guards and guards were alert and reacted quickly to any situation. I recommend the beach, in a word.

In the bars along the beach and pool there is local cognac and martin - quite decent, you need to ask about them. well and various cocktails, incl. Milk shake, of course. The cava is good in Turkish or freshly ground from the machine (cappuccino, latte, espresso, Americano), cocoa is also available in various locations, not least in the lobby.
Animation - well, it’s good, everyone praises it, now you can find something interesting to do. Raju would like to go to the underwater cycling track in the pool ;). Children from 4 years of age are engaged in face painting, craft quests, small prints and everything else at a normal level. A black T-shirt and a Panama hat with a toucan - as a gift.

The reception responds instantly, well done.

You also need to mention the SPA center. The hammam and sauna are cost-free, and for an additional fee there is a program for 2 years with foam massage, salt peeling and stone therapy. It’s really, really good, you can get a house for 60 dollars. Welcoming is guaranteed.

Coxsackie viruses were not detected, soda creams and hand sanitizers on the skin.

Among the shortcomings are insatiable tourists who have deprived themselves of food and fruit on plates in restaurants. Well, it’s already the moment of changing the skin.

Family of four: two adults and two children aged 5 years and 1 year 2 months. We had a great rest and our vacation was not overshadowed by anything!
The early booking price suited us quite well. We knew that this was not a luxury hotel, but an ordinary hotel with a concept family vacation. We didn’t have any pretentious hopes, so we weren’t disappointed. Only at the end of the holiday, when apparently there was already 100 percent occupancy, were there noticeable differences at the beginning of the holiday (beginning of the season) and at full occupancy.
Food: adults and children - at an excellent level the first week (diversity of the adult menu, no queues near the grill, fruits and strawberries), then it was also good, but there were more people and there were a few queues. The children's menu is simpler, but there is something to feed (porridge, eggs, pasta, mashed potatoes, mashed vegetables, vegetables, turkey meatballs, sausages, chicken, soups were not always spicy in Turkish). For mothers there are sterilizers, a microwave, a blender (3 attachments, always clean during my rest period). In general, of course, there is a focus on Russian cuisine, but for now it is still cuisine with a strong Turkish accent. It all depends on what children are used to eating at home. My children did not go hungry, because they are fishy creatures, especially yearlings, and at home they are accustomed to eating lentils and porridge. We ate both in the children's restaurant and from the adult table. (I had with me 12 cans of different types of baby meat puree, I ate it once a day, and 2 types of instant porridges / buckwheat and rice - I took it in case of a virus, fortunately they were not useful). There were no viruses in our period. I’ll say right away that we took all precautionary measures - we didn’t swim in the pool, we often washed and treated our hands and mouth. (hand sanitizer, antibacterial wipes and miramistin), to prevent intestinal infections in the middle of the rest, I fed everyone with enterofuril. Sanitizers in the hotel on every corner. I took the older one to the baby club twice for half an hour to bake a pizza and fly into space. A huge first aid kit was lying idle, hurray!
Beach: sandy, but there are pebbles, I saw that it is cleaned at night. With two children and a stroller, I didn’t want to walk around and look for free sun loungers... I didn’t have to, there was a person who removed the towels of tourists who simply occupied the sun loungers in the morning. You could complain about the lack of free space via WhatsApp to a representative, and the issue was resolved immediately. In general, the representatives (Tatiana, Rusim, Ali) worked well.

Check-in: arrived at 2.40 am, almost 12 hours before check-in. Checked in immediately ($10). A tea set in the room came in handy after the flight. We took a regular room without a balcony, since the standard rooms like the rooms without balconies are equipped with mini balconies with dryers facing the street. We were lucky, although we lived in standard life, but away from noisy places. We slept with the windows open, there was no noise and we didn’t use air conditioning. The mood area is quiet, but far from the beach and restaurant and the floor is tiled, standard wooden. Cleanliness: the room was cleaned and towels and bed linen were changed every day. The floors are being wiped - at first I thought they were just vacuuming, but it turned out they were lightly wiped - as if each room had its own attachment for a mop, I looked specifically at it.
Entertainment: the animators and show programs are excellent. There were “stars” like the White Eagle group and sports coaches.
The hotel area is very large and there are many areas for privacy. It used to be 2 different hotels. The children have a great time, lizards, squirrels, white rabbits in the bushes, turtles running around (we had our own pet turtle named “flashlight” who lived in our wing and came to spend the night in the same place). In general, the department met our expectations and we had a great time! Thank you!

On the plus side, it is worth noting Martini and J&B whiskey, but only at the bar in the 18+ area by the beach. Even with children sleeping in a stroller in the evening, from practically the only cozy and quiet place by the sea (zone 18+) the waiters, and then the guest relation, kick out quite harshly, albeit tactfully. And this is a hotel where there are almost as many children as adults.
The beach is long, but half of it is narrow and strewn with pebbles. Food without much choice, but periodic themed dishes. You may not get into the free A La Carte, even if you try to sign up at the beginning of your vacation.
In general, this is a pretty good hotel for families with children, but only if it is not the season and the price is adequate, taking into account the nuances described above.

So, we arrived with a small child 1.8 at 5 am. The child was sleeping in the stroller after a heavy overnight flight and we were not checked in! Sad. It's a shame. And it's hard for a small child. Why doesn't the hotel make concessions for such kids? We even gave money to the reception and they still didn’t check us in. This is the beginning of horror! On the third day of vacation, the child’s temperature rose sharply on the beach. I ran to the medical center with the child in my arms. The nurse... without looking up from watching the series on YouTube, gave the thermometer and again continued to mark the series. Why does the hotel even keep her????? The thermometer showed above 39.... She said go to the room and knock off the thread. OK. Let's go. The temperature did not drop and I had to go to the hospital through my insurance. I won’t describe the events for a long time. The next day the child was covered in a rash! 2 days of rest have already been taken away. The child did not eat, lost weight and was studied. Ok, let's move on... and then it's even better. We needed silence and they promised it to us in the court zone. These are houses on the territory. Our little one goes to bed at 9-10 pm. The tour operator assured that this was a quiet, quiet hotel. But I forgot to mention that across the road from it there is a wild Turkish hotel, where the Turks themselves vacation, because from Friday to Sunday there is a wild buzz, weddings! I'll start with choosing a hotel. It took a long time to choose the hotel because... We traveled for the first time with a small child. Based on the reviews and description, I really liked it.
My daughter endured the flight well. The hotel is located relatively not far from Antalya, etc. We arrived well too. We were at the hotel around 4.30 in the morning. We checked in within an hour. The room was excellent, with a balcony on the 3rd floor in the life building. The room had a crib. The hotel area is very large, green, clean, well-groomed. The beach is sandy. There are a few pebbles at the entrance to the sea, but this is not critical. The sea is warm. For children, what is needed. There is a children's pool, but the water there is icy. An excellent playground. There are different slot machines but this is paid. Regarding the animators, I can’t write anything because the child is 1.4 years old and we didn’t let her in. There was also a baby club, but we didn’t have time to get there. Regarding food for the child, in the Tukan restaurant they only took bananas and yogurt. There was nothing more to taste there. There is something to eat in an adult restaurant. Our child already eats everything. So there were no problems with nutrition. From fruits
apples, pears, watermelon, melon, plum, grapes, orange, grapefruit. Bananas only for children. The food is monotonous, you get bored very quickly. But there is enough fish, chicken. There was lamb and beef. Vegetables and fruits are tasteless. But this is everywhere in Turkey. For breakfast there was always fresh orange juice. There was white, red, rose wine in the refrigerator. We liked it. You can make your own coffee. There are coffee machines with natural coffee, which is not available in all hotels. There are not many high chairs, but there were enough for us. The restaurant area is not very large. I was very pleased with the coffee shop, where you can sit quietly with a cup of coffee. The bars have paid and free cocktails. Cool chill out area, but we weren't there.
It all started very well. But on the 3rd day of our long-awaited vacation, our child’s temperature rose to 38.0. And the next day a rash appeared under the diapers. At first they thought it was chickenpox. We read forums about chickenpox in Turkey, where it was written that they were not allowed out of the hotel until complete recovery. And this is not very convenient. We decided to treat ourselves. We didn’t walk around the hotel. We ate in turns. The child was fed in the room. We didn’t go to the sea. The child had a fever for 3 days. Every day there were new rashes. But no longer characteristic of chickenpox -feet, fingers, around the mouth. For treatment, I can recommend KALMOSAN lotion, it relieves itching, dries, has an antibacterial effect. Of the antipyretics, I had Nurofen with me, it brings down the temperature well, but best of all is something with paracetamol. And antihistamines, we bought them in ZYRTEC pharmacy. They sprayed their throats with Hepilor, he also had it with him. As for pharmacies, this is a problem. They close early. We bought in Antalya. There are many pharmacies in Antalya near hotels. We saw one in Belek.
Despite the current situation, we did not hang our noses. When my daughter felt better, we rented a car, the cost per day was 50 euros and saw the sights of Turkey. Believe me, there is something to see. Regarding shopping, I can recommend the Dipo outlet.
In the end, I can say that we liked the hotel as a whole. But the current situation with the disease is not. Take care of your children. Do not visit the pools.

Therefore, there is not only a swimming pool, tennis and babysitting services for young guests, but also children's clubs, divided by age: baby (1 - 3 years old), toddlers (4 - 12 years old), mungo (3 - 6 years old) , Magik (7 – 12 years old), for teenagers (13 – 16 years old). You can easily leave the guys to the animation team and go relax without them. In the meantime, they will play with them, conduct educational activities, organize competitions and outdoor activities. Prepare for the fact that your child will not want to leave the hotel, because he will really like the animation.

Nadezhda, 25 years old: I liked the fact that when the hotel was fully booked, there were no queues anywhere, and there was enough of everything. The sound insulation is excellent, we couldn’t hear neighbors with small children, and the music on the street didn’t bother us either. The only negative for me is the lack of entry into the sea via a pontoon; I like to go into clear water; I would move the buoys further away. There were a lot of active classes, even at seven o’clock in the morning there were already 5–6 people in the gym, which was a pleasant surprise. I can’t find fault with the room, for some reason I expected the worst, so I was pleased.

This is not the first time we have vacationed in this hotel, as we love this place very much. We are happy with everything here. The hotel has a very large, well-groomed, green area. There are many swimming pools and a good water park. The great advantage of the hotel is its beach. There is no need to take sunbeds in the morning, as in other hotels, as there are a lot of them. Beach strip wide and long (650 meters). The number of rooms, of course, is a bit old, but this does not bother us at all. The food was also without any complaints, we had enough of everything, even extra. Aboutdrinks - as usual in Turkey, local alcohol, we are not big drinkers, so everything is fine for us. Excellent work from the staff, they always strive to make your stay comfortable. I would like to say thank you to all the reception and guest service staff of the hotel for their excellent work, especially Shafak, Aylin, Tatyana Ozkan, Kifaet, Alina and other employees; unfortunately, we don’t remember all the names. In addition, the distinctive feature of this hotel is its animation team led by Selcuk, his assistant, as well as a team of water sports guys. The guys are working at 200%! The hotel is very sporty, a lot different types sports and activities such as tennis, volleyball, football, bicycles, different kinds fitness programs, water skiing, catamaran, etc. Everyone will find something to do. On the day of our departure, in the evening there was a foam party on the beach. There were also laser shows, transformers came, several times there were soap shows where you can take and blow big bubbles yourself)) A clown came to the children once and they brought several large trampolines. The animation team - each and every one is great, everyone is always busy with something, you don’t have to be bored at all. From morning until night it was so fun, so active, that two weeks flew by like a day... For the first time, I didn’t really notice how time passed... Honestly, I left with tears in my eyes... This is the truth Paradise❤ And I really want to come back here👌 So I definitely recommend this hotel for best holiday for any - the most active or the most calm - taste ❤…

Each of us is looking for something different in our vacation, which is why you can read such different reviews about the same hotel. My review is not in unison with the others who are enthusiastic. Not because I’m harmful, not because I’m mean - I just didn’t like the hotel, in particular the attitude towards the guests. I've been vacationing in Turkey for 14 years and I have something to compare with :) It took us a long time to choose a hotel. My husband convinced me that it was better to go to the trusted “Botanik” in Alanya, but I am a supporter of holidays in new places, I don’t like to repeat myself :) Criteria The choice was, of course, the interests of the child: water slides, ice cream, sand entry into the sea, children's kitchen. Children's animation has never been a priority, so we didn't bother. Also, one of the important criteria was the minimum number of vacationers from the CIS countries. We accidentally learned about TUI MAGIC LIFE WATERWORLD from friends and decided - the puzzle fits, let's fly here. I must admit, the price is above average, so we expected an appropriate level. But alas... I’m disappointed, my husband, in principle, liked it, the little one seems happy, but he doesn’t want to come back here anymore. This is the first time this has happened to him... 1) We had a wonderful arrival and departure. We were at the hotel already at 08.30, we were sent to eat in an electric car. Breakfast is standard, like everywhere else:) Then check-in... Sorry, this place is in detail, because it was problematic. Maybe someone will find it useful. I can skip the check-in block for the rest :) I initially asked for a quiet room, the main thing is that there is no road noise nearby, because road noise on vacation is annoying. Well, what do you think, they gave us a room near the relaxation pool, but the balcony overlooked the road. The fact is that we don’t turn on the air conditioning and sleep with the windows and doors open, so no matter how far the road is, you can hear it (I’m already silent about the dust). I immediately refused and went back to the reception to change it. But the lady with a bun on her head in the role of the general manager very sharply tried to convince me that this was an excellent room and try to sleep for a couple of nights, and only then change. As a result of lengthy negotiations, we were moved to a small room, quiet, but where the third bed was placed so tightly that it was impossible to go out onto the balcony. We stayed, having already given up that happiness is not in the room :) Be prepared right away that in the bathroom there are no cotton pads, cotton swabs, shower caps waiting for you, not to mention a toothbrush and paste, hair conditioner and other benefits of civilization :) Some kind of mud was poured into soap dishes on the wall with an inscription that it was 2 or 3 in one (I don’t remember exactly). So take normal shampoo and conditioner with you if you value your hair. The hairdryer is small, rattles - just tinny. I didn’t use it because I felt sorry for my hair. I recommend that young ladies with long hair take their own hairdryer. The minibar is replenished once during the entire stay; water can then be taken at the reception and bars. We lived in this room for 2 days until the air conditioner started dripping. You see, this despite the fact that we never used the air conditioner at all. The little one is always running somewhere, so a puddle in combination with closely placed beds is a guaranteed injury. The puddles on the floor and the sound of drops overflowed my patience and I voiced my complaints to the reception. Some technicians came and repaired it, but the dripping continued. And then I realized that I was really angry. I wrote an angry letter to the TUI office describing the problems and only then did some movement begin. We were offered a family room on the 1st floor with access to the lawn, but at the same time with a view of the reception, where buses with tourists arrive. This is noise, diesel fuel... The little guy liked the room, refused to watch anything else, so we stayed here until the end of the vacation. The rooms are small, but better than they were. The laundry dried well outside, because after lunch the sun was shining right here. An unpleasant moment - when checking out, they forgot the phone charger in the room. We realized it an hour later. When they arrived, the cleaning lady throws up her hands and says that there were guests and they took the charger. What kind of guests are there if no one has checked into the room yet?! Neither we nor Tatyana from Guest Relations were able to return the charger. Before this, since we moved twice, my husband’s and my son’s wet swimming trunks were left to dry in the room. We remembered - we went there, then to the reception - no, no one saw anything. There are no swimming trunks and that's it, but the swimming trunks are expensive, good quality. It’s a pity, but it’s your own fault, you have to think with your head. To our great surprise, when we returned from dinner, we discovered that they had brought the swimming trunks, thank you for that! 2) The territory is huge, but really stupid. I can't say that she is very beautiful. Forest, trees, trimmed grass - everything is normal. On the road to the restaurant every morning the new date is lined with flowers - it’s beautiful. Turtles crawl, from time to time receiving stress from the fact that they certainly want to touch, feed, lift and examine them from all sides. Squirrels are lively animals:) There are feeders everywhere for animals, so they definitely don’t starve:) 3) The kitchen is terrible. Sometimes I think, maybe I’m spoiled? Everyone writes such enthusiastic comments... For me, the variety of food is small. To say that everything is delicious is not. Mainly fried large quantities oils or spicy. Maybe the seafood salad was even more or less. On the 3rd day you already understand where which dish will be, only the type of fish or meat is different. Children's kitchen - it was not always possible to choose something for a child; the menu hardly changed. We were there at the end of June, so there were very tasty watermelons and large sweet cherries. Melons - so-so. During the whole time there were flatbreads only once and then they were given a piece per person. It was funny when a Russian explained to his Turkish auntie in pure Russian that he needed a flatbread for each person - that’s 6 pieces! Despite the queue and the surprise of the Europeans, he shoveled all the flatbreads that his auntie was preparing into a plate and tried to cut them into pieces for everyone :) The flatbreads took a long time to prepare, only 2 pieces at a time and a decent queue formed. I recommend drinking coffee at a coffee house. Very decent Turkish coffee and more, try it. In the restaurant we drank double espresso - you can drink it. Ice cream from 12.30 to 21.30. Strawberry, vanilla, chocolate. The little one ate it with pleasure, I didn’t try it. There are also pancakes next to the beach from 12.00 and some fast food. 4) The slides are not bad, but even my little one got tired of them at the end of the holiday. The pool near the slides is quite large and during our vacation it was not crowded with people, the water was clean and even hot from the sun after lunch. 5) The sea is clean and warm in the morning. Every morning the three of us swam to the buoys. This is the only time when there were no large waves. After lunch, there were waves almost every day and sometimes quite serious. You could ride the banana boat only once in the morning, and then from 11 to 12. The promised second time could be ridden in the afternoon, if there were not strong waves. In general, count on 1 time lasting no more than 3-5 minutes. The beach is sandy, there are many sun loungers on the beach, by the pool, and on the grass. 6) Shopping. Once a week in the evening there comes, let's call it, a fair. You can buy good things at a good price - haggle! It’s better to go later - the closer to departure, the more willingly the sellers bargain and concede. Also, if on the way from the restaurant you turn right, where the Shopping, Sale, etc. sign is flashing, you will find a row of shops. There you can buy clothes, bags, armbands for children, masks, mattresses, pool balls and all sorts of other things. Even tablets for heartburn and headaches :) There are also shops near the coffee house, but Nivea sunscreen costs $20, like, the original. Better take it with you!!! :) You can also take a taxi or bus to Belek (with children it’s a long walk). There are pharmacies there (note that antibiotics are by prescription), great amount shops, but bargain reluctantly. Waikiki is rather weak, although large - it consists of 2 parts (male and female). 7) The Internet is good, even large files were sent. 8) Sports here are at the level: tennis courts, a football field, volleyball, aqua aerobics every morning, with equipment, and group classes. There's plenty to do. And yet... I will not come to this hotel again... It’s not my task to recommend or not :) Everyone is looking for their own vacation, their own feelings, so prioritize and make the right decisions for yourself!…
