If desired, hotel guests can rent sun loungers and umbrellas here, visit the shower room, and have lunch or dinner in a coastal cafe. Prices for food in public establishments on this beach are low. The food served here is most often delicious and, of course, always fresh.

Many travelers believe that relaxing on the beach located opposite the hotel is convenient, including with children. The sand here is small and soft, and the entrance to the sea is very gentle. The ocean water in this place, like almost everywhere else in Thailand, is very warm.

City infrastructure near the hotel

The Anda Beachside Hotel 3* is located, as already mentioned, almost in the very center of the town. Within walking distance of the hotel there are many shops, inexpensive cafes, luxury restaurants, clubs, massage parlors, etc.

Hotel guests should definitely visit, for example, the Karon night market. It is open two days a week - Thursday and Tuesday - from 16:00 to 21:30. If desired, residents of the center can purchase souvenirs, food, beach accessories and even traditional medicine here. This market also sells very cheap and tasty ready-made traditional Thai food.

In addition to the Karon night market, next to the Anda Beachside Hotel 3* there is the famous Dino Park (2 km). This big park entertainment for hotel guests, of course, is definitely worth a visit with children. Here you can, for example, look at life-size dinosaur sculptures, caves with live bats, an artificial volcano, etc. Adult tourists often visit this park to play mini-golf.

Available attractions

Unfortunately, there is no tour desk at the Anda Beachside Hotel 3*. Therefore, guests of this hotel buy trips to various interesting places in Phuket in the city. You can, of course, if you wish, explore the sights of this resort on your own. Not far from the hotel there are, for example, such interesting places, like the Temple of Truth, Wat Yang complex, Big Buddha, Observation deck Pratamnak, etc.

We stayed in this hotel in November 2019 for 2 weeks. We read a lot of reviews and were worried about the deposit and room checks. But none of our fears were confirmed in practice. I'll start in order: 1. About check-in. We arrived at the hotel around 11 pm (about 1.5 hours from Phuket airport). They accepted us immediately, took $100 as a deposit, but did not check in (check-in is the same as everywhere else at 14:00). We left our things, changed clothes in the toilet, went for a walk and eat. We returned to the hotel at 1pm and were immediately taken to check-in. The hotel has two buildings, we lived in block B, it stands opposite the block with the reception. We were probably lucky, because... We were accommodated on the fourth floor with access to a shared balcony and sea view. 2. About the number. The room is large, bright, with panoramic views. In the roomair conditioning, safe, mini-fridge, TV, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, bathroom accessories. We dried our things on the common balcony, nothing was missing. I saw rooms without a balcony. Indeed, it’s a bit difficult in these ones, because there is strong humidity outside, which also collects in the room. We often ventilated our room before turning on the air conditioning. 3. Location. The location of the hotel is incredible - Karon beach is across the road, a bus stop is within walking distance, a lot of cafes, shops, fruit stands and more. 4. Service. The room was cleaned every day, very clean, towels and linen were also changed every day. Breakfasts from 6:30-0:00. For breakfast there were: fried eggs, sausages, ham, rice, noodles, vegetables, cereal with milk, juices, coffee, tea, toast, vegetables, butter, jam, bananas, watermelon. This is more than enough for breakfast. Yes, breakfasts never change. But this is not an AI system, where there is a huge variety every day. If you're tired, you can go eat at a cafe. Everything suited us. The hotel also provides beach towels, which can be changed every day, as well as umbrellas for us in case of rain. The hotel has a rooftop pool, but we never got to it because... the sea cannot be replaced by anything. 5. About pleasant things. On the ground floor of the building there is a massage parlor. Prices are the same as everywhere else. Amazing massage and attention. I recommend. Try starting with a foot massage, about Thai - you need to think about it) 6. Eviction. When checking out, you hand over your room key, the girl from the reception goes to the room, checks it for damage and then returns the deposit. We didn't have any problems. The only negative in our case is the shared balcony. Often in the evenings someone would sit there, talk, and smoke. I don’t like noisy companies and smoking, so this upset me a little at first, but then I stopped noticing it. This is my personal attitude towards such a pastime, and not towards the hotel. There are absolutely no complaints about the hotel. After we visited this hotel, I can say one thing - it was unforgettable vacation both on the hotel premises and outside its walls. Family holiday in November 2017
My husband and son bought a ticket, namely to Karon beach, Phuket (through Anex Tour). When booking on the Anex website there was information that the hotel was offering construction works which will end on September 31st. Since we were supposed to arrive on November 2, we thought that this would not affect us. But a week later the information on the website changed and it turned out that construction work would be completed by November 15 ((. Having read reviews about accommodation with windows facing the corridor, we booked a Deluxe room. When booking, the airport was Phuket, but a week before departure we found out that the arrival would be in Krabi ((.
We flew on an AZUR air plane. On our plane, the seat arrangement was 2+4+2. Where there are 2 chairs, there is 15cm more legroom than where there are 4 chairs, so when booking online, we successfully booked (thanks to our travel agency, namely Natalya). On the plane I was pleased with a gift in the form of a handbag containing an inflatable pillow + glasses + earplugs)). The stewards asked to save this for the return flight.
From Krabi to the hotel it took about 4 hours, with one sanitary stop, at some little spot selling all sorts of things at exorbitant prices ((.
We arrived at the hotel alone, at about 11 o'clock, check-in was only at 14, so we needed to spend time somewhere. At the reception they took a $100 deposit from us (when checking out, I saw that almost all other deposits were 1000 baht) and assigned us to a specific room. Even on the plane, I felt bad, I barely survived the transfer from Krabi, but I still had to wait a few hours ((. Since the room we were assigned to was designated, I went up to it. The door was slightly open, the room was ready. When asked to check in without waiting 14 hours (citing poor health), the young man at the reception named Sky did not react. I recommend a massage in the passage between buildings 1 and 2, opposite the dining room). I’m patient with this, but here it was simply impossible to sleep from bikes without mufflers and constant beeping). behind the screen..... In the morning, at a meeting with the guide, they asked us to help us change our room. Guide Love helped - THANK YOU SO MUCH! We were transferred to a room with a balcony on the road between the buildings. The room turned out to be much more comfortable, but the water heater did not work. It was immediately repaired. The air conditioner is located on the wall, the blowing on the bed is tolerable, but we still covered it up by gluing it with tape that we brought with us. The bed is huge, very comfortable, there is an extra bed for a child. There is no clothes dryer. I had to tie a rope on the balcony. Fortunately, my health has improved and the long-awaited vacation has begun))
Beach towels are only provided at 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. We took them, but never changed them, but used them as rugs in the room)). Cleaning the room is typical for Thais (who knows, will understand)... The living creatures in the room are ants.
The mood was ruined the next day when at the reception they shoved a bag with our pillowcases into our noses. There were stains from my hair dye and something else.... I washed them off without any problems, but the feeling that your underwear is being examined almost under a microscope is disgusting ((. By the way, I asked you to leave these for me until the end of the holiday pillowcases, because in the room there is only 1 pillow for 1 person, but I would have put them on the decorative pillows in the room - they didn’t provide them!!! Upon check-out, all the bed linen was carefully examined ((. The deposit was returned. Breakfast - terribly meager and tasteless (in comparison with Baumancasa hotels Beach Resort 3* and Phulin Resort 3*). You won't go hungry, but you won't get any pleasure either. The only plus of the hotel is its location (beach, shops) and good Wi-Fi. In the hotel, before entering, there is no provision for washing your feet off the sand (like in Baumancasa), so you had to take water with you.
We took two day excursion from Anex (1st day/mainland (rafts, elephants), 2nd day/islands). Liked. Everything was organized well, although on the way back we didn’t reach the shore for 20-25 minutes. The boat ran out of gas... We hung out for about an hour in the open sea at sunset, waiting for help to come to us. Luckily the rain stopped and the sea was relatively calm. Upon arrival, an alcoholic cocktail was waiting for everyone - to calm down)).
There is no online booking for the return flight, but it is possible to buy more comfortable seats for $59/seat; we bought them by contacting our hotel guide in 1 row “A, B and C” and regretted that these were the places - there was no way to stretch my legs, except perhaps lift them onto the wall, but even so they also get numb. Only "C"'s legs could be extended, but into the passage towards the stewards. But we were the very last to arrive at registration (we already knew our places) and did not stand in a terrible line of 300 people, but sat and drank tea/coffee))
I would also like to say something about the flight! The plane was supposed to leave at 5 am, but we didn’t know from Krabi or Phuket.... There was no information about the flight at the reception! Not one day before, not later!....Your flight is your problem!.... I had to call the hotel guide, it turned out that our guide had changed! In the end, a new guide contacted us via Viber and told us what time they would pick us up!
In conclusion I will say that, because... I have something to compare with this hotel(by the way, on the Anex website it is 4*), I do not recommend this hotel for those who are not prepared for surprises in the form of: construction behind the wall, a balcony in the corridor, an unknown departure and the erasing of your stains on your bed linen....
