How to get from Simferopol airport to Gurzuf. Infrastructure and public transport of Gurzuf What public transport runs from Gurzuf

I have known the routes along the southern coast of Crimea since childhood. First I went to Crimea with my parents, then I went with my friends, and now I go with my family. In Crimea I feel at home, everything is familiar, and various places bring back memories.

By car

When traveling by car, follow the signs towards Simferopol and Alushta, although it is impossible to get lost - there is only one road.

Highway E105 runs along the outskirts of Yalta and goes to. Somewhere after 13 km there will be descents to the village (there are signs).

There are several exits to the village:

  • before the "Gurzuf" stop along the Gurzuf highway;
  • exit to the left before the bridge. Then you need to drive under the bridge and go down into the village past the bus station. It is inconvenient to turn left here due to the traffic congestion;
  • The next descent into the village is located behind the bridge near the Bereket cafe.

By bus

The bus ride is the cheapest, convenient option get to . Suburban buses depart from the Yalta bus station and arrive at the bus station in Gurzuf. From there you will have to go down a little to the sea.

Buses No. 106 run every half hour from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Where can I buy a ticket

Tickets are sold from the driver upon boarding. There are always people who want to take this route, but leaving is not a problem.

Fare price

A bus ticket costs 20 rubles

By trolleybus

As a backup option, you can take a trolleybus to Alushta or Simferopol, which departs from the trolleybus station located near the bus station. Trolleybuses also run frequently, but stop only on the route. You will have to go down to the village on foot or by taxi.

You can also get to the stop on the highway by buses towards Alushta.

Where can I buy a ticket

Trolleybus tickets are sold at the box office.

Fare price

A ticket costs 20 rubles.

On the boat

A boat trip can hardly be called budget, but traveling by water is fundamentally different from traveling by bus. From the sea there are magnificent views of sanatorium complexes, villages and mountains. It is simply impossible to tear yourself away from the landscape.

Boats operate only in summer when the weather is good. There are only three flights per day: at 10:15, 14:10, 18:05. Boats depart from the pier in the Yalta port. The ticket office is located there; the chapel on the embankment will serve as a reference point.

The trip takes 1 hour, but I don’t want it to end.

The main thing is not to buy a ticket as early as possible, but to get in line to board as early as possible. The first passengers occupy the most best places: in the open part of the boat and to the left in the direction of travel.

Where can I buy a ticket

Tickets are sold at the box office on the embankment.

Fare price

A boat ticket costs 300 rubles for an adult and 200 rubles for a child.

Among the beaches of Gurzuf there is also a beach in Chekhov Bay at the very foot of the Janevez-Kaya cliff. It is considered a micro-beach, located in a small bay surrounded by rocks. A month ago I visited Gurzuf for the first time and until some time I knew nothing about this village, I had never heard of it before. We went here only because of the famous museum - Chekhov's Dacha, which I saw in the picture and really wanted to visit. In total, we spent 3-4 days in Gurzuf and in the end we really liked this place. I would love to come here in the hot season, I liked the beaches and narrow streets of the village, I would be happy to tell you what you can see here and where to stay.

Accommodation in Gurzuf:

In Gurzuf we changed our accommodation facility twice, in the first case it was the Familia apart-hotel, in the second we stayed at the Vesyoly Hotey hotel. Both of these holiday options are located in different parts village Apartment Familia are located quite far from the sea, about 15-20 minutes walk to the beach and the devices are in the city center, among the ancient streets and not far from the museum. All objects here are located quite far from the beach. Hotel Merry Hotei it is more suitable for relaxation; it is located in an area more distant from the center, where there is a long beach for tourists.

Where to stay in Gurzuf?

There are quite a lot of hotels, inns, sanatoriums, apartments and facilities for every taste where you can stay. By the way, famous Kid `s camp the international type "Artek" is also located here. Choosing accommodation on booking use the map to navigate to Chekhov Museum, if you want to stay right by the sea. The price tag for rooms near the sea starts from 3000-4000 rubles. per day. In general, there are cheaper rooms, the cost of living here is quite reasonable, housing can be rented from 1,200 rubles. If you want to stay close to the beach, and not in the historical part of the village, then it is best to choose those hotels that are located on the right side of the beach, not far from the second hotel in which we were accommodated.

There are quite a lot of cafes and restaurants here, and there is a small embankment where you can stroll. The beaches have a gentle entrance and are stone. I was surprised by one feature - all the beaches here have pinkish stones. This means that the beach is covered and the surfaces are regularly updated. We were out of season and all the beaches were closed. There were only 1-2 exits to get to the sea. In summer, you can stay here on any stretch of the beach, except for the closed area of Gurzuf (museum, Artek). The beaches are free, you can stay under an awning, each beach area is equipped with them. Marine services such as boat trips and boat trips are also developed here.

It’s definitely worth taking a walk in the center of Gurzuf; there are special courtyards here that for some reason reminded me of Georgia (although I’ve never been to Georgia). But I saw from the photographs that you can also wander among the ancient streets there. There are very interesting options here with parking, you need to see with your own eyes how locals stop cars near the house - from the outside you will never guess how they got to their home).

Sights of Gurzuf:

Among the attractions, most tourists choose to view Mount Ayu-Dag, also known as Bear Mountain, you can visit the Window Gazebo, but you need to get to it by car, you can walk along the Gurzuf embankment. For me, the main object of interest was the dacha - the Chekhov Museum, which I recommend visiting first, since I have never seen such sites before and the place is very beautiful. You can also visit the Pushkin Museum, it is in the center, and take a walk in the parks. Dine on the seashore in a cozy restaurant.

Among all the places where I was in Crimea, this is so far the second place where I would like to return, along with Laspi Bay. It is very calm here, at least out of season there were a minimal number of tourists. But it seems to me that this is not the case popular destination like Yalta, for example, so the influx of tourists here will definitely not be so abundant.

How to get to Gurzuf:

If you are traveling by car, then you will not have any problems finding the location using a navigator - it is approximately near Yalta and about 3.5 hours on the road from the intersection of the Crimean Bridge. Here is a reminder for those who are planning to get to Gurzuf without a car:

Travel time is 2 hours 20 minutes, ticket price is 143 RUB. Those traveling to Gurzuf should get off on the South Coast Highway at the “Gurzuf” or “Pavilion Gurzuf” stops. From the first one you can go down to the village on foot. From the second it is convenient to get to the center of Gurzuf by bus No. 106 or minibus No. 31B, which stop on the opposite side of the Yuzhnoberezhnoe Highway. Prices on the page are as of September 2018.

From the Simferopol railway station to the stops "Gurzuf" and "Pavilion Gurzuf" you can take trolleybus No. 52 Simferopol - Yalta. In summer it makes 28 flights a day, the first at 6:21, the last at 21:15. Travel time is 2 hours, ticket price is 124 RUB. More information about the tariffs and schedule of trolleybuses can be found on the website of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Crimeatrolleybus".

An excellent budget way to get to your destination is direct buses Airport - Gurzuf (3 times a day) and Simferopol - Gurzuf (departure from the railway station 9 times a day). In addition, dozens of buses depart daily from the airport and from the railway station in Simferopol to Yalta, passing through the stops “Gurzuf” and “Pavilion Gurzuf”. Travel time on any of the buses is about 2 hours. You can check the schedule on the website of the State Unitary Enterprise “Krymavtotrans”.

Convenient entrance to the sea, promenade, quiet. I plan to visit this place in the future and I really liked it. On occasion, if I’m in Crimea, I’ll definitely come to Gurzuf again. Clean sea, many interesting objects, it’s worth visiting.
