Rules for conducting a Mega-Quest at the Turkey Festival
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.2. Quest duration: June 14, 2019 from 12:00 to 19:00, June 15, 2019 from 12:00 to 19:00, June 16, 2019 from 12:00 to 17:00.
1.3. The purpose of the Quest is to inform Participants about the regions and culture of Turkey, the services of Partners and Participants of the Festival (hotels, tour operators, airlines, etc.).
1.4. Territory of the Quest: Russian Federation, Moscow, st. Mantulinskaya, no. 5, Krasnaya Presnya park.
1.6. Quest Sponsor: the organization providing vouchers for hotel accommodation, indicated in the certificate and signing it as an undertaking to issue a prize in the form of a voucher to the Winner.
1.7. The quest is not a lottery or other risk-based game.
1.8. People who have reached the age of 18 and live in the territory can take part in the Quest Russian Federation, who are not employees of the Organizer and have registered to participate in the Quest in accordance with section 2.1. of these Rules (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”).
1.9. Employees of the Organizer and members of their families, as well as other persons involved in the organization and conduct of the Quest and members of their families are not allowed to participate in the Quest.
1.10. The organizers inform about the ongoing Quest by posting advertising and information materials on the Internet resource http://turkey-fest.ru and on the Festival’s social networks: Facebook , VK.com , Instagram.
1.11. This text of the Quest Rules is not a public offer in accordance with Art. 435 and part 2 of Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.12. There is no fee for participation in the Quest. The entire Quest prize fund is formed at the expense of the Organizer.
1.13. The full text of these Rules is posted on the Internet resource http://turkey-fest.ru.
1.14. Participation in the Quest constitutes the Participant’s agreement to comply with the requirements of these Rules.
1.15. If circumstances arise that prevent one from fully or partially fulfilling the obligations to conduct the Quest, the Organizer has the right to change these Rules or cancel the Quest. Notification of Participants about changes in the Rules or cancellation of the Quest is published on the Internet resource http://turkey-fest.ru.
1.16. The Organizer monitors the Participants' compliance with these Quest Rules.
2. ORDER OF THE QUEST
2.1. Registration procedure for participation in the Quest:
2.1.1. During the period from August 1, 2018 to August 9, 2018 inclusive, online registration of Participants is carried out on the website http://turkey-fest.ru. Online registration is not a prerequisite for participation in the Quest.
2.1.2. For online registration, Participants fill out a form on the website http://turkey-fest.ru and indicate the data required for registration. After filling out the form, the Participant receives a personal identifier (number), which he brings with him to the festival in printed or electronic form.
2.1.3. Participants who have not registered in advance should go to the Quest registration counters located at the entrances to the festival during the Quest opening hours specified in clause 1.2. of these Rules, and are registered in person.
2.1.4. One person can register to participate in the Quest once.
2.1.5. When registering to participate in the Quest, the Participant is obliged to provide the Organizer with the required reliable information about himself and their documentary evidence. By registering to participate in the Quest, the Participant confirms that he is an adult citizen of the Russian Federation. If it is discovered at any stage of the Quest (including when issuing prizes to winners) that false data has been provided, the Organizers have the right to cancel the Participant’s registration and refuse participation in the quest and the issuance of a prize.
2.1.6. Registration for the Quest is considered as the Participant’s consent to the processing of his personal data by the Organizer in any way in order to fulfill obligations to conduct the Quest, as well as to the transfer of his personal data to third parties who directly implement the terms of the Quest, and with whom the Organizer has concluded a corresponding agreement.
2.1.7. By registering to participate in the Quest, the Participant gives the Organizer permission to use the information provided by him to announce and cover the Quest in the media, on the Internet resource http://turkey-fest.ru and on the Festival pages on social networks: Facebook , VK.com , Instagram without additional notice or compensation.
2.1.8. The Quest organizers have the right to send information and advertising messages to the Quest Participant at the email address specified by the Participant when registering on the Website http://turkey-fest.ru.
2.2. Procedure for participation in the Quest:
2.2.1. A participant who registered in advance during the Quest opening hours specified in clause 1.2. of these Rules, comes to the Quest registration counters located at the entrances to the Festival and presents the ID or its electronic copy. The Registrar issues a Participant's Passport to the Participant and pastes a barcode with a unique individual Participant number on it (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant Number”).
2.2.2. The participant randomly visits the Festival sites participating in the Quest. At each site, the Participant approaches the Quest Leader and completes his task. For successful completion of the task, the Participant receives a mark in the Passport.
2.2.3. The participant can complete participation in the Quest at any time, but no later than 17:00 on August 12, 2018. To do this, the Participant visits one of the Quest Registration/Finish counters located at the exits of the festival. At the finish line, the Participant presents a passport with thirty (30) marks, the registrar makes a note in the Participant database that the conditions for participation in the prize draw have been met.
2.2.4. The registrar places a coupon with a copy of the Participant Number into the lottery machine, which is then used to draw prizes on stage.
2.2.5. Only the Participant who has visited all the Quest sites and received all the marks from the presenters for completed tasks has the right to take part in the prize draw.
2.3. Prize drawing procedure:
2.3.1. The prize draw is held according to the following schedule: June 14, 15, 16, 2019 three times a day at 15:50, 17:00 and 19:00 on the Main Stage of the Festival.
2.3.2. During the drawing, a representative of the Organizer removes coupons with Participant Numbers from the lottery machine.
2.3.3. The Organizer's representative announces the winning Participant Numbers aloud. The winning Participant Numbers are entered into the drawing protocol. The Participant whose Number won must be present during the drawing in person. If the Participant is absent, his number is not considered winning and moves to the next draw during the day. The Participant present in person, whose number has been announced, goes up to the stage, where a representative of the Organizer checks the winning Participant Number with the Participant Number on the Passport of the Participant who came on stage. If these Numbers match, the Organizer's representative records the name and telephone number of the winning Participant in the protocol, enters the winning Participant Number in the certificate form confirming the win, which at the end of the festival the winning Participant exchanges for a voucher directly from the sponsor who provided the prize.
2.3.4. The winning numbers are published on the Festival website at http://turkey-fest.ru and on the Festival pages on social networks.
2.3.5. If the Participant whose number was announced on stage as the winner was not present at the prize draw when his Number was announced, then that number is not considered the winning number and will move on to the next draw for the day.
2.3.6. The results of determining the Winners are final and are not subject to revision, except in cases where the Organizer reveals a violation of the Rules of Participation in the Quest committed by the Quest Participant declared the Winner.
2.3.7. In the event of a violation by the Winner of the Quest Rules, detection of facts of fraud by the Winner during registration or participation in the Quest, as well as in the event of the Winner’s refusal of the Prize, the Organizer may organize an additional Prize draw and determine a new winner. An additional drawing will be held at the end of the Festival. The place and time of the additional drawing are announced on the Festival website at http://turkey-fest.ru.
2.3.8. The organizers reserve the right to unilaterally invalidate participation in the Quest, as well as prohibit further participation in the Quest to any person who has violated these Rules.
2.3.9. One Quest participant can only win one prize.
3. QUEST PRIZE FUND
3.1.1. vouchers from the Sponsor for accommodation in hotels in Turkey for two (hotel category, number of nights and dates depend on the specific hotel).
3.1.2. All Quest participants can receive incentive prizes from Festival partners during the quest.
4. PROCEDURE FOR ISSUING PRIZES
4.1. Prizes are issued in the form of exchanging a certificate received by the Winner for a voucher for services in accordance with the Prize won.
4.2. The exchange of certificates for a voucher is carried out personally by a representative of the Sponsor who provided the prize to the Organizer.
4.3. When transferring the Prize, the Winner provides authorized representatives of the Organizer or Sponsor with his personal data: last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, registration address and postal address of the place of residence indicating the zip code, telephone number, a copy of the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, a copy of the passport certifying the identity of a citizen for outside the Russian Federation and other information and documents necessary for issuing a voucher.
4.4. The organizers are considered to have fulfilled their obligation to hand over the Prize at the time the Certificate is issued on stage. All further obligations to provide a voucher for hotel accommodation and the conditions of this accommodation are assumed by the Sponsor indicated in the Certificate and who signed it.
4.5. The organizers of the Quest do not process documents, including passports, identifying citizens outside the Russian Federation, or organize flights and transfers by any type of transport, both within Russia and to any other country.
4.6. In order to guarantee the integrity of participation in the Quest, the fairness of determining the Winners and issuing Prizes, the Organizers reserve the right to refuse to issue a Prize to Winners who are relatives. For the purposes of these Rules, relatives are considered to be: spouses, parents, children, brothers, sisters, guardians and trustees. If relatives are among the Quest Winners, then only one of them, at the choice of the Organizer, has the right to receive the Prize. If the Quest Winner disagrees with the Organizers’ decision regarding the refusal to issue a Prize for the reason stated above, the burden of proving the absence of kinship with other Quest Winners lies with the Winner who was denied the Prize.
4.7. Quest prizes cannot be exchanged and are not paid in cash.
5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS AND WINNERS
5.1. 6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZER
6.1. The Organizers undertake to conduct the Quest and determine the Winners among the Quest Participants in accordance with these Quest Rules.
6.2. The organizers reserve the right not to enter into written negotiations or other contacts with the Quest Participant.
6.3. The responsibility of the Organizers for issuing the Prize is limited solely to the specified Quest prize fund and the period of the Quest.
6.4. The Organizer has the right to transfer data about the Winners to the tax authority of the Russian Federation in accordance with the requirements of the current tax legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.5. The Organizers are not responsible for any damage incurred by the Quest Participant as a result of his use of the Prizes and/or participation in the Quest.
6.6. The decisions of the Organizers on all issues related to the Quest are final and not subject to revision.
6.7. The Organizer is not responsible for the unreliability and untimeliness of the information provided by the Quest Participants, established by these Rules, necessary to receive Prizes. 6.8. 7. FORCE MAJEURE
7.1. 8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. Participation in the Quest automatically implies familiarization and full agreement of the Participants with all the provisions of these Rules.
8.2. All controversial issues relating to the Quest are regulated on the basis of these Rules and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
