In Sokolniki Park

In Sokolniki, there are two outdoor swimming pools in the summer: an adult 10x20 meters and a heated children's 5x10 meters. There is a volleyball court, table tennis tables, showers, sun loungers, towel rental and summer cafe. On Saturdays there are beach parties with DJs.

There are no prices for summer 2020 yet, last year they were like this:

  • entrance to the “VIP” zone on weekdays for the whole day - 1400 rubles, per session - 700 rubles; on weekends for the whole day - 2000 rubles, per session - 1000 rubles
  • children under 12 years old on weekdays for the whole day - 500 rubles, per session - 300 rubles; on weekends for the whole day - 800 rubles, per session - 400 rubles (entrance without a sun lounger)

The park has three pontoon pools right on the water: two adults measuring 15x5 meters and a depth of 1.5 meters with a capacity of 50 people and a children’s “paddling pool” measuring 3x5 meters and a depth of 60 cm. The swimming season in the Russian capital officially opened on May 25, 2018. School lake in Zelenograd

Located near the Big City Pond, Shkolnoye Lake got its name due to its close location to two schools that appeared as a result of intensive development in Zelenograd. The school lake appeared artificially: once upon a time it served as a reservoir to replenish water for locomotives traveling from Moscow to St. Petersburg. With the advent of electric trains, the need for railway transport in water disappeared, and now School Lake is a joy local residents and visiting Muscovites.

Meshcherskoye Lake

In pre-revolutionary times, the lake and the village belonged to the princely family of the Meshcherskys. Now the dachas have been replaced by cottages, and next to the lake there is big park, rich in beautiful and rare plants. The length of the lake is just under 600 meters, and its width is just over 200.



The water in the lake is clean, the beach is sandy. Before lunch, it is very calm, quiet and beautiful here, especially on weekdays, so people often come here for morning fishing. There are toilets, changing cabins and even showers, but unfortunately there are no sunbeds or umbrellas. There is a paddling pool for children and a volleyball court for athletes. Boat rentals are available and the nearest café is a 20-minute walk away.

"Beach Club" (Royal Bar)

Beach complex « Beach Club» is located on Leningradskoye Shosse, behind the Olympia Park business park and the Dynamo swimming pool. Serebryany Bor, beaches No. 2 and 3

Serebryany Bor is an island connected to Moscow by the Khoroshevsky Bridge. There are two beaches on this island where you can officially swim (although the website says three). You can drive a personal car only with a special pass, but you can travel freely on public transport and by taxi.



If you arrive by minibus, you will immediately find yourself in front of beach No. 3 “Admiral”. There are many different activities here: ping-pong, volleyball, football, boat and catamaran rental, and all this for money. There are changing cabins, showers and toilets. There are also many tents that can be rented for celebrations, so you can often find walking weddings and corporate parties here.

Beach No. 2 is located higher. It is better to relax here with children: there is a mini-zoo, a well-equipped children's playground and a trampoline. As on the third beach, here is a sandy and grassy beach, the bottom is muddy.

Somewhere near beach number 3 there is a nudist beach. Be careful if you are not prepared for such sights.

Levoberezhny Beach

Levoberezhny Beach is located in the bay of the Vorobyovka River, where ships never sail, so the water here is clean and quickly warms up quite quickly. In general, the beach was formed as a result of the construction of a canal, so there is a lot of sand here.

The Pool

There are two swimming pools (adults and children), a cafe, parking and Wi-Fi, and it’s all open from 9:00 to 22:00.
