We can say that there are no managers here, and if there are, it’s time to fire them for such work: 1) on the beach and pools you have to get and lay the mattresses on the sunbeds yourself; they only lay them on a few sunbeds, if someone comes more people then they themselves have to take out the mattresses from the piles piled on top of each other and open umbrellas for themselves, the staff stands nearby, chatting with each other, they don’t even consider it necessary to help. On the tables, the salt shakers were either empty or everything was packed into one lump so that the salt could not be shaken out. For lunch and dinner, they don’t put paper napkins on the tables, of course there are rag napkins, but after I came across a napkin with dried food residue, I doubt the hygiene and am afraid to wipe my mouth with them. On the positive side: the hotel is near the airport after a 9 hour flight, 5 minutes and you are at the hotel, you were quickly checked in without any delays, the staff at the reception works quickly, we arrived at 14.10 so we were quickly sent to the dining room to eat, the Russian girl Svetlana who helps the vacationers is very smart, everything calmly explains, thank you very much.
