Lighting a fire and using barbecues in all forested areas of Moscow, with the exception of specially designated areas, is prohibited. Violators face a fine of 3 to 5 thousand rubles.
Even if barbecue cooking is permitted, this does not mean that nearby trees can be used for firewood - only coal is allowed to be used as fuel, and for illegal cutting there is a fine of 5 to 200 thousand rubles.

Kuzminki-Lublino
The territory of the Kuzminki-Lublino park is large and divided into three parts - cultural (church, old manor and museums), leisure (attractions, beach, cafe, boat station) and forest (walks among lindens and ancient oaks). A large number of picnic areas are located on the shore of Shchuchye Lake and near the Shibaevsky Pond.

Northern Tushino
A similar division into parts can be observed in the Northern Tushino Park. Only here it is an attraction area, a walking area and a special place for barbecue lovers. Free areas with benches, tables and barbecues are located on the embankment of the Khimki Reservoir. The beach is within walking distance.
A picnic can be combined with active recreation- tourists praise local cycling routes. You can rent a bicycle here in the same way as a children's electric car or golf cart. Cons: inconsistent toilets and a lot of competition for best places, especially on weekends. There are also picnic points a few kilometers from here - along Vilisa Latsis Street in the Aleshkinsky Forest Park.

Troparevsky Park
This place is somewhat inferior to its neighbors in terms of amenities and relaxation comfort. And this is its main charm. In Troparevsky Park you can find deserted paths, hand-feed squirrels and even get lost. In a word, for a short time you will feel yourself among almost pristine nature. There is also less competition for picnic places, of which there are about two dozen - with gazebos, tables and, as a rule, high barbecues. In short, an excellent option for those who are willing to endure some inconvenience ( hiking to your destination from the metro, mosquitoes, lack of a variety of entertainment and attractions, a small number of toilets) in order to isolate yourself from the bustle of the city.
How to get there: The park is located close (about two kilometers on foot) from the Yugo-Zapadnaya and Konkovo metro stations.
Setun River Valley
The largest in Moscow nature reserve(area - about 700 hectares) invites everyone to barbecue. In the valley there are several cozy picnic points with gazebos, bins and toilets, tables and benches. You should look for them at the beginning of Starovolynskaya Street, on Kremenchugskaya, Dorogobuzhskaya and Nezhinskaya streets. While the area near the picnic area can be quite crowded, there are many secluded spots scattered around that are perfect for walking.
How to get there: Tsaritsyno metro station, then a half hour ride by bus No. 151 to the 3rd Radialnaya Street stop, then on foot, following the directions according to the signs.
Kuskovo
In the Kuskovsky Forest Park, picnic areas are located along Rassvetnaya Alley and near the Big Palace Pond. Altufyevo
In the very north of Moscow, on the territory of the Lianozovsky tree nursery (in the area of Leskova and Melikhovskaya streets), there are also several picnic points. The areas are equipped with tables and benches, canopies and barbecues. Each can accommodate about ten people. There are dry toilets nearby. Competition for these places is usually not very strong.
There are shops nearby. In other words, this is not the most common recreation area among vacationers, which will undoubtedly play into the hands of those barbecue lovers who get here.

Izmailovo
The picnic areas here are located not on the territory of the park of the same name, but in the nearby Izmailovsky and Terletsky forest parks. There are more than two dozen of them with large oak tables, benches and, as a rule, barbecues. The latter were installed here a long time ago and partially failed, having burned out. Therefore, it would be a good idea to bring your own equipment for frying meat.
In general, there should be enough space for everyone in Izmailovo, because there are not so many vacationers. Another convenience is parking nearby (on Chechulina Street and on the Main Alley). Among the disadvantages is the abundance of garbage, which is not always removed on time.
How to get there: the points are scattered in forest parks within walking distance (1–3 kilometers) from the Partizanskaya metro station.
Kolomenskoye
You can cook kebabs in Kolomenskoye in the embankment area, located a couple of kilometers from the estate of the same name. There is everything you need here: gazebos, tables and barbecues, about a dozen points in total. In the hot season, after a picnic you can go for a swim; the beach is open. There is also a place for a walk here, although the landscapes may be more sparse than in the other parks considered. This zone cannot be called completely removed from city noise - the roads lie very close to the embankment. But you can easily and quickly get here and combine barbecue cooking with an excursion to the estate.

Teply Stan
In the Teplostan Forest Park (near Ostrovityanova Street) there are paid picnic houses for barbecue lovers. Inside - everything you need for have a nice rest: benches, folding tables and barbecue. However, the price of approximately 4,500 rubles per hour will seem “biting” even for big company. But the rental price includes everything you need - from skewers to charcoal for ignition.
