When we contacted the reception, we were politely told that our accommodation was the farthest from the reception and therefore the Internet did not work well. We had to go down two floors to the pool, but even there the loading speed was not Hi speedy as stated. In general, I got the impression that rocket tourists were provided with better rooms than those booked online. Most of the rooms have a beautiful view of the sea and only a few rooms have a view of some kind of landfill. We ended up in these several... The room on the 7th floor had a magnificent view. Good breakfast, not too crowded. The pools (there were 3) were very nice and clean. Room service was also very good.
It was unpleasant that the elevator only went up to the 5th floor, and then we had to climb the stairs for a long time. People our age should be accommodated on floors with an elevator.

Nice, friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Excellent value for money and quality. NORMAL breakfasts, but the menu for the rest of the day is really good. Great pools. Almost all attractions and entertainment are nearby. There is also a very beautiful beach very close by.
When booking, you can order a buffet breakfast, which is served in the Ocean View Restaurant, next to the lobby, from 6:30 am. The choice of food for breakfast is very large and varied, from light vegetable stews, omelettes, fruits, cheeses, breakfast cereals with milk and pastries to more substantial hot and meat dishes with rice and noodles.
After 11 a.m., the restaurant is open à la carte and serves international or Asian cuisine, as well as fresh grilled seafood. Light snacks, cocktails and drinks can also be ordered at the bar near the pools. During the day, there is a coffee machine in the lobby with several types of delicious complimentary coffee. Please note that drinks purchased outside the hotel are not permitted in the lobby or at the pools.
An alternative to eating at the hotel is the numerous restaurants and cafes located on the way to the beach. For those who do not risk trying Asian exotics, there are establishments with traditional Russian cuisine. A little further, twice a week in the temple building it opens food market. Grocery stores are also within walking distance, including a 24-hour 7Eleven. And shopping lovers will be able to test the skills of the chefs shopping center Patong, a short tuk-tuk ride from the hotel. Perhaps we were very tired from the road since we traveled to Moscow overnight by train and then spent almost a day there (departure at 16.00), but the first impression was depressing. They gave us a room right away, without waiting for check-in time, which we were incredibly happy about. Number 2501. The first one at the fork of the first tier. The room is as dark as a den. Damp. The room was full of mosquitoes, especially in the bathtub, and there was some kind of stench in the bathroom - it seemed to be caused by the fan that was turned on with the light. I didn’t have the strength to figure it out, I really wanted to sleep. As soon as we lay down, some constant rumbling and noisy conversations of the staff began. Since everyone passes by this room, there is also a path along which they carry bottles of water. You can’t open the curtains, because in this place they also stop to chat, you can’t sit on the balcony - everything is in plain sight. In general, the superior room was not great at all. The rest of the superior houses were higher, maybe it was better there, I don’t know. But we didn’t like the design of the dark overhanging roof. We changed to a deluxe room in the third building. After walking around the entire hotel, we realized that the 3rd building was perhaps the best. The balconies are made so that you can sunbathe naked, which I enjoyed with pleasure. View of the sea and pond. In the remaining buildings, the balconies are made in a cascade. The only disadvantage of the location of the 3rd building is its access to the road. It is noisy to sleep with the window open. I think it's better on the 5th floor. But after that den, this bright room made me very happy. The audibility is very strong in the buildings, but somehow it didn’t bother me much if the neighbors were normal. Vacationers - Russians, Germans, French... Many elderly German couples. There are mosquitoes, but, oddly enough, they don’t bite. Maybe full?
Breakfasts. Everything has already been written before me, I’ll only add what I haven’t read anywhere. There are queues during rush hour from 9-10, those with children or threes wait in line longer. If you are a couple, then you have to sit at the table with strangers since the tables are 10 cm apart. 2 tables side by side for 4 people. They serve tea and coffee - you don’t have to get up.
Hotel location. Before you go, look at the map. I don't know why I didn't do this. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the sea, but not through pleasant territory - construction, sewage ditches. If you cross the road right away, there is a bridge and you can walk along the pond(?) - it’s more pleasant. Walking this route towards the sea you can see a small market. I liked it, but we never found out what days it works.
The massage is decent at the hotel, the price is 1.5 higher - but it’s worth it. In the popular Nin massage, the masseuses constantly chat among themselves discussing clients and laugh when they hurt.
Among the living creatures, two well-fed rats were seen in front of the hotel, large Thai cockroaches, mosquitoes and lizards.
And yes, the towels are all grey. They and the bed were changed, it seemed to me, every day. As for accessories, there is everything that was written about.
By the pools with sun loungers, fruits fall on their heads :) Then they give off a sour smell, not very pleasant.
