Just returned from the hotel today. While my impressions are fresh, I’m sharing my review.
The hotel is located 20 minutes from the airport. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, at 20.30.
At the reception we were greeted by a pleasant Russian-speaking man who immediately offered to go in for dinner, after dinner we were seated immediately, since there was no one else there at that moment.
The young man showed us to the room, helped with luggage and the vacation began...
1. Number
We took a room overlooking the pool/sea. I’ll say right away that I didn’t see the point in paying extra for the view from the room with the hope of getting a sea view. The hotel has very few rooms with sea views. It was possible to book a land view calmly and cheaper.
We were placed overlooking part of the pool on the second floor.
The room was ordinary, nothing remarkable, there was a welcome plate of fruit on the table, juices, water, beer, sparkling water in the minibar. Refilled daily.
There were four of us vacationers, including two children aged 3 and 6 years old.
Upon arrival in the room, two additional beds were installed in the form of a folding bed with normal mattresses; they occupied the entire room, from the bedside table to the window, with no space between the beds. That is, it’s like one bed for four in the whole room. I immediately called the reception and asked to replace one bed with a children's playpen bed and to bring a children's potty to the room.
Within half an hour everything was replaced. For this, instead of rating 1 for the service, I gave it 2.
Since this is where the service at the hotel ended... But more on that later.
Pool view rooms are quite noisy. Music is playing loudly, hotel employees are passing by with carts, and other guests are talking. In principle, this did not bother me, since the child slept well with the sounds and the open balcony. But maybe for some, the quieter the better.
2. Cleaning
It so happened that our room was cleaned only 3 times during our entire stay (9 nights).
Since the time for cleaning the room fell during the children's nap, on the second day of my stay I contacted the reception with a request to clean the room either before 13.30 or after 15-16 hours.
It should be noted with what indifferent face they listened to me, wrote something down on a piece of paper or pretended to, since in the next two days the situation did not change and no one came to us to tidy up... Only after 4 days they began to come earlier. I don’t know if the request was taken into account or if the cleaning schedule just got weirded out. Most likely the second. Because it gave the impression that the hotel staff, in principle, do not care about the guests and their requests.
I can't rate the cleaning very well. Well, satisfactory. Vacuumed, changed bed linen 2 times in 8 days. The trash was removed from the trash cans, but the rest was not touched. Even the small pieces of soap on the sink were put on a paper backing and only one new one was left for 4 times. Apparently soap, shower gels and everything else are in short supply.
3. Territory
That's what's great about the hotel, it's the territory. A large number of pine trees, various shrubs, everything is in bloom, dry leaves are removed, the paths are tidied up.
There are many places where there is shade. It's nice to walk around the area.
The pool is beautiful and big. In principle, it is not difficult to find sun loungers by the pool. But if you are interested in a specific place, then it is better to reserve it in advance.
There is a small pool with slides, but we were not able to evaluate them.
Since the next day after arriving at the hotel, my children took turns getting ill with enterovirus infection (coxsackie). First, the eldest child broke out in a rash and had a fever for two days, followed by the youngest on the 4th day with similar symptoms.
4. Beach
The beach is wide. There are not enough sun beds under the awnings for so many people, so you need to take them early in the morning. We realized this immediately on the first day, since there were no free sun loungers in the shade around 10 am.
The entry into the sea is small pebbles about 2 meters and for very small children the entry is unsuccessful, not flat. It was ok for a 6 year old, but not for a 3 year old.
During our holiday at sea there were always waves, so the water was always cloudy.
It was possible to observe the clear sea only until approximately 9 am. Foam often appeared from nowhere.
5. Bars
In principle, it should have been fine for those who liked to drink there. Alcohol is available in the lobby 24 hours a day.
Alcohol is also available in the bar near the beach, in the pool, in the tower bar.
I can’t rate it, I hardly drank it. Sometimes I had a mojito or white wine at the main restaurant with dinner. For my taste it's normal. I often took nuts from the bar. There are almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, pistachios and some apparently local nuts.
Everywhere in the bars there is also tea, coffee, juices, and carbonated drinks.
I once tried to get a cocktail for a child in a pool bar, I managed to catch the attention of one bartender, I asked him a question about the drink, first in Russian, then in English, he didn’t understand anything and just stupidly walked away from me, I followed him, and he He just turned away and began to ignore me. I didn’t go to the pool bar anymore...
6. Restaurant
The restaurant is something... On the first evening I was shocked by what I saw.
Upon arrival, we immediately went to the restaurant for dinner, the time was about 20.30.
There were no empty seats in the main hall of the restaurant, so we went outside. My eyes widened when I saw enough tables without visitors, but littered with dirty dishes. There was srach everywhere. At first I thought it was some kind of accident on the first evening.
But no. The restaurant is dirty, the tables are poorly cleaned, and there is always crap on the floor that they take their time to clean up.
There are always so many people, it’s a problem to find a free, clean table. If there were no free tables, then the adults were already seated at the children's tables.
Even for breakfast, four of us sat at a table for six people, at which two had apparently eaten earlier. And so we had breakfast for half an hour, and someone else’s dirty dishes stood there for the entire half hour.
They don’t have time to clean the tables, there is always no cutlery, or the dishes are removed, the table is not wiped well, all the crumbs are not removed and clean cutlery is placed on them.
I mostly went for the cutlery myself; they are in the waiters' cabinets. I opened the drawer, and there were forks lying among the crumbs...
In principle, I didn’t notice any service in the restaurant. Yes, the waiters were serving someone, but for example, they came to us with the question “what will you drink?” They came only once on the first evening.
Throughout the entire vacation, no one even approached. She got the cutlery herself, sometimes she even wiped the table herself, she brought drinks herself. Very a large number of soft chairs are dirty, stained, crumbs. No one bothers about cleanliness there. In general, I was simply shocked by such dirt in a 5-star hotel.
Among the waiters, no one ever greeted or smiled.
There are 4 points around the restaurant with coffee machines. Several times there were no mugs in any of them. Some mugs were poorly washed.
The coffee machines themselves also don’t have time to refill. For example, when preparing cappuccino, water is poured instead of milk, or there is no coffee.
One time there wasn't even a single tea bag.
The food itself is unremarkable. Every day the same thing.
Meat: chicken, turkey, beef cutlets, kebab.
The cooks can’t cope with so many people, they don’t have time to cook, and a queue accumulates for the dishes that are in demand.
Although they say once there were even shrimps, but the first 5 people took them apart)))
The first ones with strawberries were also a disgrace. They brought out small bowls with 3-4-5 berries in each bowl. The waiter did not have time to take the tray into the hall when several people swooped in and took everything apart in 15 seconds.
Then it became better with strawberries, they began to take them out in dishes and they stood quietly, no longer needed by anyone, since basically they were still like grass. Good only as a decoration for desserts.
The restaurant has separate children's tables and a buffet.
It contains some of the same cakes as in the main hall. Vegetables, French fries, burger parts, chicken or turkey, including boiled, porridge, pasta, mashed potatoes.
Also the assortment is the same every day.
7. Animation
I don't know, haven't tried...
I rarely saw the animators myself. The child refused to stay in the miniclub; there didn’t seem to be anything particularly interesting there. But we didn’t really need it.
In the evening there is either a show by visiting artists or live music.
8. Internet
Wifi is available, including on the beach. But it disappears periodically. It’s possible to talk on a video call, for example, in principle, but it’s dull.
Well, if you just sit and read something and send a photo, that’s fine.
I also remembered that for a trip to the pharmacy (if there aren’t any nearby, you can take a bus, the stop is nearby) I decided to exchange 5 dollars for lira.
Hotel guide sent me to the reception for an exchange. At the reception they once again looked at me indifferently, a man went somewhere and said that they didn’t have lyres)) I asked: seriously??? Does the Turkish hotel not have Turkish Liras? To which I was advised to go downstairs and ask at the market. And in the market they told me that the hotel strictly forbade guests from changing money to them)
In general, not a hotel but a complete misunderstanding...
But in general, I would turn a blind eye to all the shortcomings if it weren’t for the most important thing - the dirt in the restaurant. This is the main horror.
Therefore, think a hundred times and choose another hotel.

The hotel is very good!!! I advise everyone to visit it, during the entire stay there were no problems, everything was at the highest level. We decided on " Honeymoon» relax in this hotel. We arrived at night. Transfer to the hotel is approximately 40 minutes. We warned the tour company that we were newlyweds and they promised us a number of services, which they sent by mail. Upon arrival, there was a cake waiting for us (the size of a cake), a bottle of the cheapest local champagne (why cheap, because it was poured in the central pool during the disco. 2 boxes were poured out), a basket of fruit (a plate of fruit? a pear, an apple, 2 plums , a peach and a handful of cherries), sweets (a couple) and on the door there was tulle waiting for us, folded towards the center, supposedly in a rose. They also promised a gazebo on the beach, but then they said that they only had it for money. Only 80 euros per day. And priority reservations for restaurants on site. The reservation was that you had to come early in the morning two days in advance and try to score a place in the restaurant. There was no priority. Moreover, you cannot book for more than 2 days. The biggest plus of the hotel is its territory. Large, green, cozy area, restaurants and buildings are conveniently located. Night disco I couldn't hear it from the room. There are many sun loungers and canopies on the beach, you can hide from the scorching sun. They were always free. I don’t even want to write about cleaning. It was all very creepy. Although we asked to clean the room only 3 times in a week. Cleaning consisted of changing towels and straightening the sheets. ALL! Towards the end of the holiday, we returned to the room after the beach and the picture that was cheerful above the bed was simply lying on the pillows. After another trip, 2 cleaners were sent to customer service and asked what was wrong! I had to tell them how to clean the room, that they should at least vacuum the carpet sometimes and wipe off the dust. They ruined the entire holiday experience! The hotel is mainly family run. 90% families with children. Of these, 60% are Turkish. If it weren’t for the price and the hotel’s claims to be 5 stars, there would be no complaints. But such service is level 4 for Turkey. I do not recommend the hotel!

We vacationed with our family in Turkey in mid-June this year. This is our favorite country, especially the sunny Mediterranean resort town Kundu, where we rested at the Venice Hotel. We liked the hotel, very clean and cozy. We were accommodated immediately upon arrival, we didn’t have to wait long. We were greeted by a very friendly and good-natured administrator. True, the Russian language there is somehow not very good, but it was clear from the hotel workers that they always tried to please us. The hotel consists of several buildings with cozy surrounding areas and two swimming pools. Available at the hotel and private beach. The sandy beach is located a few meters from the hotel. Right on his territory. But we weren’t particularly interested in it; we mostly relaxed by the pool on the hotel grounds. Our five-year-old son took a liking to the small children's pool and playground with slides, we were calm for him, it was calm and safe there. Not far from the pool there was a good bar with various refreshing drinks. Our room was located overlooking the sea. Romance you can only dream of! The room is comfortable and clean. They cleaned us at a time convenient for us and changed towels daily. The food in the restaurant is varied, a lot of fresh fruit, there were always meat and fish dishes. But it’s better to get there at the very beginning, as food spoils quickly in the heat. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The wife and child were very happy. For us Turkish resorts always a priority.

Hello everyone! Just recently, my husband and little daughter and I were on holiday in Antalya. We chose an excellent hotel. It is simply wonderful and suits all parameters family vacation. The staff is very attentive and absolutely loves little children. Our baby was simply surrounded with maximum attention, we were very flattered by it. I won’t describe the hotel itself in detail, everything was done at the highest level. I will separately dwell on the food in the restaurant. If anyone is planning to visit this hotel with children, it will be useful to know. The menu there is varied and the dishes are very tasty. There are many dishes and national cuisine, very hot and spicy. I do not recommend giving them to children and older people; they are not suitable for everyone. For small children, a children's menu with milk porridges and pureed soups is always available. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

This year, my second-grader daughter and I vacationed at the Venice Hotel. It is located in Antalya itself, on the exotic coast Mediterranean Sea. The road from the airport was not at all tiring, and when we saw our hotel, our fatigue disappeared. The hotel is located on the first beach line. These are beautiful, bright buildings with many open balconies. The hotel has beautiful swimming pools for adults and children. We could always find free sun loungers. Near the pools there is a small bar with soft drinks and alcohol. The hotel room we were given was spacious and bright, with a gorgeous view of the sea. Our cleaning was done daily and quite well. But we were not entirely satisfied with the food. Almost all imported drinks in the hotel restaurant were paid for. The menu was also not rich. But, on the other hand, there were not many vacationers in the hotel. In general, we enjoyed our vacation. The city has a lot of children's entertainment and excellent sandy beaches. Türkiye is beyond praise for us!

Pros: The hotel room is good.The bar is cleaned and restocked regularly.The restaurant menu is varied: meat, seafood, sweets, vegetables and delicious fruits.There are no queues at the restaurant.The pool is big and good.There are slides for children.There are plenty of sunbeds on the beach.At the beach and pool bar you can always have a tasty snack and drink quality drinks.

Minuses: The shower head is not removable.Few slides for adults.

The pool bar offers quality alcoholic drinks.The beach is sandy, there is plenty of space.The animation is good, they prepare a variety of show programs for all ages.

Minuses: The restaurant staff does not have time to serve all the tables.
