In general, everything is not bad. A beautiful hotel, but the rooms are a bit old-fashioned, although the rooms are quite comfortable. Very good audibility. One night, a Chinese family with children came into the next room, the children were running around the corridor, running and screaming in the room, I had the feeling that they were running over my head. True, in fairness it must be said that after going to the frenzied family, the children calmed down a little. For some reason the face towels were not changed - they were there on the first day and on the last. We lived for two weeks. The same situation was with hand towels and large towels - they were given three of them for two people and not every day. I don’t know about other tourists, but I personally was bothered by the situation with checking bags at the entrance to the hotel - they had to be x-rayed and I had to go through the frame myself. We refused to go through the frame every time because we believe it is harmful to the body, as we told the hotel administration. At the same time, passing through the frame is pointless - in Bali, all the beaches are public and there are passages from the city between the hotels; any visitor can get to the beaches and to the hotel bypassing the main entrance. Actually, any local people can also come to hotel beaches quite legally without any restrictions. Locals they don’t really go there, they go to wild beaches away from hotels. By the way, we also went there, because the Westin hotel beach is very narrow and has a steep slope. When the tide goes out, the water disappears completely, and on our first day of arrival we were disappointed by the lack of water, because we really wanted to swim. Then we found places where the water does not go so far and the beach is wide, but there are no people. And at least towels. They don’t give it out there, but we went there.. I really liked the design of the lobby - beautiful carvings, fountains. Stylish and cozy. Very tasty breakfasts. There may be a lack of variety, but everything is always tasty, fresh and there is a large selection.

I haven’t encountered anything like this in other premium hotels (considering the cost of the rooms, it’s even somehow awkward to assume that a person will run away from the pool without paying for a bottle of water), but it certainly didn’t ruin the vacation.
