For the first 10 days of our stay in Goa, we chose an inexpensive hotel, the main thing was that it was quiet and had good reviews. The sea view resort did not appear at first - there is a reddish dirt road leading to it, there is almost no territory, the building itself faces the sea and is all hidden in the shadow of palm trees and greenery. There is construction going on next to the restaurant and rooms. Compared to neighboring hotels it doesn't look very good. We were lucky, we got the best room 101, there was construction right under the window, but it didn’t bother us much. The room is incredibly spacious with a huge bed, once covered with a canopy, a tiny balcony and an old wooden cabinet with a lock instead of a safe. Soap and toilet paper They forgot to put it in, but they brought it quickly, and you can’t count on shampoos here. There are mosquitoes in Goa, they didn’t bother us too much, but we need a fumigator. Onat first glance, a complete idyll: from the windows you can see the ocean through the palm tree crowns, and the sound of the surf can be heard day and night, the hotel is located right on the shore. But there is also a fly in the ointment - there is no beach, because the hotel is built near a lava reef, regularly flooded by the tides. To the right of the hotel there is a shallow lagoon; at low tide the water goes hundreds of meters away. The beach on the left is a little better, but at low tide you have to waddle over sharp reef rocks to get to it, and at high tide you can’t get through at all - walking on the flooded reef is extremely dangerous. The hotel restaurant is located on the terrace right above the reef, the prices are a little high, the food is not very good, but sitting in the evening with a bottle of beer, listening to the sound of the surf and the rustling of palm crowns, is very soulful. The head of the restaurant is a great guy, Semi, sometimes I gave him a tip, and as a result I was assured of his goodwill. The sand on the nearest beaches is slightly black and fine, like powder, the entry into the water is gentle - great for children, not so much for adults. In the first days it was stormy, so the water was very cloudy. There were days when, because of the waves, my wife didn’t swim at all, but at least I didn’t care! The first evening we were shocked by an incredible tide: within a few hours the water, which had recently been splashing far from us, came close to the restaurant and the waves began to violently hit the base of the veranda. Not only we were surprised, but also the natives. Just at this time, a typhoon was raging in Kerala and its echoes reached us in the form of strong excitement and a couple of small rains. What’s also shocking is the indifference of the Indians: a wooden ladder leads from the restaurant veranda to the reef; two steps broke and took almost a week to repair. I was one of the first to try out the new product, and, wow, both new steps broke under my weight - it’s good that I didn’t hurt myself! Breakfast was at the hotel, and, by Indian standards, very good. For lunch and dinner we went next door on the right to the Golden Goa restaurant, I recommend it. The town of Ashvem is quite boring, but we liked it when we were bored and took long walks hiking along the beach to Arambol or south.

Victoria, Kira

We vacationed with a friend at the beginning of April 2018. We arrived at 10, we were immediately sent to breakfast and placed in an excellent room with a balcony, a refrigerator, air conditioning and a kettle with dishes were free. The food is delicious, but the breakfast is monotonous. Cozy room on the 2nd floor. Wi-fi was free throughout the hotel. The hotel is located on the 1st coast, from the restaurant great view to the ocean and waves that crash against the rocks in the evenings under the light of night candles. I would like to pay special attention to the staff! Polite, always helpful and kind. But in general, sunbeds on these beaches are free, the beaches on the right and left are very beautiful, quiet and quiet. After 10 pm, the lights in the entire village turn off! On the shore, the film crew was caught in the middle more than once! Can you imagine? Indian movies were filmed on our beach! There are many cafes on the beach and in general there is a hip atmosphere... Nearby are all the necessary shops, an exchange office and rentals.

Excellent location, 20-30 from the sea. Own mini beach. The hotel feels like a solid 3. Clean, cleaned upon request. The downside is that breakfast is monotonous - scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs. Prices are moderate compared to their neighbors. Suitable for guests with children.

The hotel itself may not be the worst. Not bad for your budget. I was very pleased that the hotel is very close to the beach, there are sun loungers from the hotel that you can always use, a beautiful view from the rocky shore, it’s the only one in the area. The place itself is not at all crowded, there are very few tourists and residents around, I don’t know whether this is good or bad, but after 22-23 there was absolutely nothing to do, there was nowhere to go that wasn’t too far away. The hotel room itself was clean, the only thing I wasn't pleased with was the rusty wardrobe from the past with a non-working safe and the strange bathroom, it was always wet because... The shower is located between the sink and toilet, where water drains onto the floor. The staff, if you leave the key, will clean at least every day, but to change the bed it is better to ask separately, it takes a long time to clean, it took half a day before they started cleaning, it’s not very convenient, the staff there is not efficient at all, there is often no one at the reception, the waiters are from the cafe They will even carry cola from the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes. And we don’t recommend eating in the hotel cafe, we got food poisoning on the 2nd day of rest and lost a day of rest in agony, the staff just shrugged their shoulders and mumbled “okay”...

All the reviews are fair - the views are gorgeous, convenient access to the beach despite the mountain, accessibility to the nearest population (three shuttles one way from the hotel, or you can walk), private beach with free sun loungers and umbrellas, 2 sets of beach towels, free water in the room and in the gym, luxurious (and already varied!) breakfasts. All this is in a real jungle, very green and beautiful. Yes, there are monkeys (rarely, because they scare them away) - can be solved by calling a person with a slingshot)), there are mosquitoes (few) - can be solved with fumitox, the prices on the beach are high, but this is a question of convenience. And you don’t have to assume that the room has just been built just for you. The hotel is excellent and definitely recommended for a visit.

Excellent hotel on the mountain with its own funicular. Luxurious views of everything - sea, jungle, waterfall. Great beach. It's shallow at low tide. We reached the corals of the neighboring island. We lived in a large building near the sea. Fine. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Kai Bay along the beach in the shade. You need to go up near the reception to the barrier, cross the bridge and immediately turn left. Index Porn Bungalow. Not a joke. Return to the sea and go to the pier with boats. Then follow the road to the right to 7 Elevan. There is a shuttle 3 times a day. Sometimes it's crowded. In the low season there is an ambush with exchangers. There is a bank on Klon Prao and it is open 7 days a week. This hotel has several nuances that you need to pay attention to. Shoes! Constant inclines, feet sweat or after a shower. IN wet season easy to walk on the slopedangerous! Monkey!!! Cute, fluffy, impudent thieves with decent teeth. Any scratch from this beast can cause trouble to your health. This is the only serious reason not to come here with small children. And for romantics there is Romantic Road! Check with your hotel about the flowering time of frangipani (a type of magnolia). There will be a lot of photos and impressions. The rest is in other reviews.

After reading the reviews, we decided to visit Sea wiu on this trip and paid for a superior room near the beach in this hotel for 7 nights on the website. We are traveling with a 5-year-old child, we bought a room for 19,800 baht, plus we paid an additional 2,100 baht for the child, for a total of 22,000 baht. The room was in the reception building, upon entering the room there was a persistent smell of mustiness and dampness, and in the bathroom all the seams were covered in mold. We turned to the reception with a request to change a room without mold, we were given a choice of 3 more rooms in the same building, but they were all exactly the same damp, smelly and moldy. When leaving the room the wall is stained, a photo of everything is attached. The hotel itself has a large beautiful area, with 2 swimming pools, restaurants, and a children's club. Located far from civilization, there is a free shuttle to the village, butreturn by taxi at your own expense. The hotel was purchased on the 101tour website, and it positions itself as 5 stars, but this is far from true, so of course this hotel We will not recommend anyone to go and we will not return ourselves. In Thailand we were in Pattaya, Phuket, Khao Lak, in hotels of different star ratings and price categories, we know about humidity and level of service, in Ko Chang for the second time and here this is the third hotel, but this terrible attitude and we didn’t see the amount of mold. We visited Centara Tropikana, Paradaiz Ko Cang and were delighted with both, but this hotel did not live up to expectations, unfortunately.

The hotel is wonderful, what distinguishes it first of all is that it is located on a mountain, with a stunning view, by the way, there is an observation tower in it, in the building where breakfast is held you need to go behind the bar, walk past the toilets and go out onto the roof and then go up the stairs, the view is even better. Another highlight is the funicular that runs from the beach to the upper buildings. The wait is on average 5 minutes and the ride is 4-5 minutes. Now, in order: 1. Check-in/check-out is very fast (we got there ourselves, so there were no queues) no complaints. Deposit 2000 baht, given upon departure, also asked to provide bank card with whom the payment was made, we paid through booking (maybe other sites). 2. Number. We took a deluxe suite with sea view, located in building 3 (please note that in this building breakfasts are held) and there are a couple of points here. A positive person doesn’t need to go anywhere, he left the room and went up for breakfast, and those who are coming from the beach need to wait for the funicular (they also take you by car from the beach) and then go back. The negative point is that breakfasts take place on the 5th floor, i.e. Those who have a room for 4 may well feel every morning the full extent of the preparation for breakfast in terms of noise. We had a room on the 3rd floor, no sounds were heard. Pay attention to these points. The suites are located in building 4, they have a panoramic swimming pool right next to them, the view from the pool is slightly spoiled by overgrown trees. Walk slowly to the breakfast building for 3-4 minutes. At night, Cicadas chirp near the beach, since everyone’s balconies are closed, this may not be critical. Monkeys walk around the area. The room is large, comfortable, everything you need is there, the cleaning is excellent, you left a tip. There was a problem, the safe stopped opening, they solved it in 5-7 minutes - this is a +. Around the territory. Simply charming, a lot of greenery, a romantic road to the beach on foot, along the way there is a swing (inconvenient) just for a photo, the mountain itself is steep but it’s quite possible to go down. You can also go down from the side of the panoramic pool to make a few beautiful photos. Breakfasts. Solid 4, lacked some variety, repeated almost every day. Omelette and fried eggs are prepared in front of you, Thai meat soups. Lots of pastries, fruits, you definitely won’t go hungry, the MAIN FEATURE is the AMAZING VIEW. Beach. Great beach, the room had a beach bag for 2 towels. There are also 2 swings on the beach, there were always free sun loungers, the beach itself is secluded and there are no strangers. Relaxing is a pleasure. Photos do not convey the beauty of the beach. Some people might be put off by the stone steps, so that during strong tides the beach won’t be washed away, but you don’t pay attention to them. The beach is very beautiful and cozy. SPA. We definitely recommend visiting, top class, take classic Thai right away, 20% discount during happy hours and a discount on 1 visit of 500 baht per person, you immediately need to take 90 minutes, and use of the hammam + sauna + hydromassage pool is free, we were a couple, no one no stranger was seen. The discounted price is 1600 baht per person (tip is included in the bill!), you won’t regret going. On the beach on the left they also offer massages for 300 baht, my wife went and never went again. We don't recommend it. Cafes/restaurants were everywhere nearby. A panoramic restaurant where breakfasts are held, no complaints, only kamars, better suited for watching the sunset during happy hours or an observation tower, a cafe on the beach for lunch/dinner for two 1100-2000 baht for two, everything is very tasty, the cuisine is on the level (excellent pizza!) . If you go to the left along the beach, there is also an establishment, the kamars ate it and took the food with them, mediocre food - we do not recommend it. if you go to the right along the beach for 2 minutes there will be a Porns establishment, a great place to have lunch/dinner, prices are lower than on the hotel premises, non-alcoholic smoothies cocktails 80-100 baht, on the beach 240 baht!!! To Civilization, walk 15 minutes along the beach to the right, there are also many different cafes and shops. Wife bathed with baby elephant 30 min - 500 baht, per absolutely delighted(although I do not approve of the exploitation of animals, I wanted something exotic). There is an elephant farm next to the hotel, where you buy a ticket and in the middle of the beach you will swim with an elephant at the appointed time. Only you are the elephant, the instructor and your husband/girlfriend who will take pictures of everything =) Don’t forget to buy bananas for the baby elephant. You can find the farm by the 7 Eleven store on the right, a bus shuttle takes you there at 10.00, 13.00 and 16.00, back on foot along the beach or by taxi for 100 baht. NOW THE MINUSES: 1. The most important disadvantage is the SHALLOW SEA! For some this will be very critical; it is very tiring to go to the depths and then come back out the same way. Why is the leadership like this? wonderful hotel will not build a pier to the depth - is that a question? But on the plus side you definitely won’t drown, it’s ideal for children. This bothered me very much, in fact, the best approach is where the boats are parked on the pier, and the whole sea is covered in algae, and taking into account the fact that only at low tides it hides up to the head and only up to the neck with a height of 181 cm, it’s not always possible to be comfortable buy. It was a tiring hike to a depth of 3-4 minutes and 3-4 minutes going ashore, add the scorching sun at lunch and all the desire to swim disappears at once! The most comfortable swimming is at high tides, at low tides everything is very shallow but a completely different beauty is revealed. 2. There is no store like 7 Eleven or a fruit stand nearby to buy essentials and fruits - this is annoying. There is also an exchange office on site. 3. Inadequate prices for smoothies, cocktails/beer from a restaurant on the beach, I repeat exactly 2 minutes later the price is 2 times lower. I urge the hotel management to - Reduce prices for cocktails and beer, make the order for the Guests themselves in the restaurant, do not spoil people's vacation. That's all. Free drinking water, except for 2 bottles that are provided every day, is only available in the smaller gym, if you don’t want to buy it. There is a free bottle and replacement towels for those who worked out. The hotel is located on a steep mountain, many people crash on their bikes, so we rented a taxi for half a day for 1200 baht, there are breakfasts/dinners right next to the hotel, the taxi driver took us along the beaches, took us to a fishing village (nothing special), a bunch of Chinese junk, everything is worth it on stilts, in some places it stinks, we had lunch at the Buddha bar, we liked everything, the trick is a hole in the floor where the legs hang, the prices are reasonable. Special mention to White beach beach, exactly the middle of the beach, everyone liked swimming, but most likely there will not be peace and quiet there, there is a high density of hotels. We didn’t take kayaks, but if you do take them, swim early in the morning or closer to sunset and be sure to wear protective clothing and put cream on everything, they will burn very badly. Cheap kayak rentals near Porns. There are villas that can only be rented through the hotel website. There were a lot of Russians who came through tour operators, there were no cattle of any kind, everyone behaved civilly and calmly. Since the hotel is more suitable for a Romantic/Family holiday. In general, the hotel is ideal for 4-5 nights and we recommend taking 3-4 nights elsewhere. Thanks to those who read to the end =) I hope my review will be useful to someone. Have a nice holiday and bright impressions!
