These rules establish the internal rules of residence at the PARK-HOTEL PORTO MARE, the rules of check-in, the rules for using the Hotel property and the scope of services provided, the Responsibility of the Hotel and the Guest.

1. FUNDAMENTALS :

1.1. The concept of “Hotel” should be understood as: the territory of the PARK HOTEL “PORTO MARE” and other objects that ensure its functioning, the Administration.

1.2. The concept of “Hotel Guest” should be understood as a person located on the territory of the Hotel, using the Hotel’s services, including accommodation services.

1.3. The concept of “Hotel Visitor” should be understood as a person who is on the territory of the hotel, using the services of the hotel, without accommodation services, on the basis of receipts for payment for Hotel services, confirming the basis for the legal stay on the territory of the hotel, or according to the agreed application of the Hotel Guest.

1.4. The concept of “Service Rendered” should be understood as an action performed by the Hotel employees to fulfill their obligations in accordance with the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” and other regulations governing different kinds activities.

1.5. The concept of “Gross violation of the rules of stay at the Hotel” should be understood as a situation in which the behavior of the Guest prevents the administration of the Hotel and its staff from properly performing their duties to ensure the rest of other Hotel Guests or his actions insult the honor and dignity of the service staff, Hotel Guests, as well as violates these Rules and norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.6. The concept of “Contractor” should be understood as a legal entity providing accommodation and accommodation services at the PARK-HOTEL PORTO MARE Hotel, located at the address: Republic of Crimea, Alushta city, Perekopskaya street, building 18.

2. POSITIONING RULES

2.1. Checkout time is 11:00. Check-in time is 15:00.

2.2. Upon check-in, the guest must provide:

  • Foreign citizen or stateless person: passport of a foreign citizen (another document recognized by the Russian Federation as an identity document of a foreigner), birth certificate of persons under 14 years of age, document of a foreign state recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a person without citizenship, temporary residence permit for a stateless person, residence permit for a stateless person. For foreigners from countries with a visa regime in relation to Russia, a visa valid for the entire period of stay at the Hotel and a migration card.

2.3. Upon check-in, the Hotel administrator gives the Guest:

2.5. Children accommodation:

2.6. The administrator of the reception and accommodation service issues a registration card for the Guest indicating the Guest's full name, check-in/check-out date, room number, the Guest's signature, and also issues the Guest a key to access the room. 2.7. By providing documents, the Guest gives his consent to the Hotel to collect, store, process and destroy his personal data after 2 years (for the purposes established by the legislation of the Russian Federation).

2.8. Payment for accommodation services is carried out according to the price list approved by the Contractor in Russian rubles.

2.9. Registration of Guests who are citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay at the hotel is carried out in accordance with the Rules for registration and deregistration of citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 1995. 2.10. Registration at the Hotel of minor citizens under 14 years of age is carried out on the basis of identification documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or close relatives, accompanying person(s), document certifying the authority of the accompanying person(s), as well as the birth certificates of these minors.

2.11. Registration of a foreign citizen and stateless person at the place of stay in the Hotel and deregistration of them at the place of stay are carried out in accordance with the Rules for the implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 15, 2007 No. 9 “On the procedure for carrying out migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation.”

2.12. The hotel has the right to refuse check-in to the Guest for objective reasons:

  • The guest is in a state of strong alcoholic or toxic intoxication, uses obscene language, is rude, violates public order, has animals, birds, reptiles, as well as explosive, flammable, lubricating, active and dangerous chemical substances and/or cylinders with liquefied or under pressure with gases, etc., violates the requirements for Guests arriving at the Hotel.

2.14. If a child is identified with a disease: ARVI (acute respiratory viral infection), ACD (acute intestinal disease) upon check-in, as well as during the period of Guests’ stay, the Hotel provides Guests with the right to choose: check-in at another hotel, check-in to an isolation ward for the entire period of the disease, hospitalization to the hospital in accordance with the mandatory health insurance citizens. The presence of a medical certificate about the epidemiological environment from the child’s place of residence cannot be a reason for parents to refuse a preliminary examination of their children by the Hotel’s pediatrician upon check-in at the Hotel.

In case of failure to comply with the requirements of this paragraph, the Guest must leave the Hotel premises as soon as possible, and the Hotel will return to the Guest the funds paid for services, minus the cost of services already provided, within three working days.

3.2. During Guests' stay in rooms with kitchen areas, full responsibility for the correct and safe use of kitchen equipment, cleanliness of dishes, storage of prepared food, etc. lies with the Guests. It is prohibited to cook food for commercial use, using open fire, with a strong specific odor.

3.4. The Hotel territory, entrances, internal staircases and halls are monitored by video cameras. All information is recorded, recorded on digital media and stored. In case of delay in the Guest's departure, the accommodation fee will be charged in the following order:

  • from 3 to 6 hours – fee for half a day;
  • from 6 to 24 hours after checkout time – payment for a full day.

3.8.2. In the period from May 1 to October 31, in case of early check-in from 00.00 minutes before the established check-out time, subject to prior notification to the Hotel and confirmation of the possibility of such accommodation, the fee will be charged per night at the standard rate according to the Hotel's price list. If the Guest's check-out is delayed from 3 hours to 24 hours, the fee will be charged per day of stay at the standard rate according to the Hotel's price list.

3.8.3. The minimum paid period for Guests to stay at the Hotel is one day (24 hours).

3.9. Personal security who arrived with the Guest must be located in the Guest's room (payment for accommodation according to the hotel price list) or in a separately rented room for security (payment for accommodation according to the hotel price list) or outside the Hotel. On the territory of the Hotel, personal security must be unarmed.

3.10. If the Guest is absent from the room for more than a day after checkout time, the contractor has the right to create a commission and make an inventory of the property located in the room. Material assets are registered and transferred for storage according to the rules for storing forgotten items. The number is not saved for the Guest.

3.11. Authorized employees of the Hotel have the right to enter the room during the absence of the Guest, in case of operational necessity.

3.12. In case of gross violation of public safety rules and public order, public morality or fire safety rules on the part of the Guest or a visitor to the Hotel, the Hotel has the right to terminate the contract for the provision of services immediately, draw up an act on this violation, inviting, if necessary, law enforcement officers.

3.13. In case of detection of acute diseases in the Guests of their children during their stay: acute respiratory viral infections, acute respiratory infections, the Hotel provides Guests with the right to choose: accommodation in another hotel, accommodation in an isolation ward for the entire period of illness, the right to treatment in a hospital in accordance with the compulsory health insurance program for citizens. 3.14. The book of reviews and suggestions is kept by the Hotel administrator and is provided upon the Guest’s first request. Comments and complaints are considered no later than one month from the date of filing the complaint

3.15. In the event of a shortening of the period of stay at the initiative of the Guest, the Hotel returns to the Guest the funds paid to pay for services, minus the cost of services already provided and the amount of expenses actually incurred by the Hotel, equal to the day of accommodation ordered by the Guest within three working days.

4. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST, HOTEL VISITOR.

4.1. The Guest / visitor, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, compensates for damage in cases of loss or damage to property due to the fault of the Guest / visitor.

  • the amount of damage caused in the event of loss of hotel property is determined taking into account market prices.
  • in case of flooding of the room, damage to furniture, glass, or other property due to the fault of the Guest/visitor, they are paid the cost of repair and restoration work and downtime of the room during its repair.

If there are facts of damage caused by the Guest/visitor, the Hotel employees draw up an act of damage to the Hotel property in three copies: the first is transferred to the hotel accounting department, the second - to the financially responsible person, in whose account the damaged Hotel property is included, and the third is handed over to the payer - the Guest/Visitor

4.3. 5. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR

5.1. The Hotel Administration is responsible for the safety of the Guest’s personal belongings in the room, with the exception of: Money, valuables and securities, as well as jewelry. The Contractor is not responsible for property, cash, jewelry and documents left unattended by guests on the hotel premises.

5.2. The Hotel is responsible for the loss of funds, valuables, securities, jewelry of the Guest, provided that they were accepted by the Contractor for storage or placed by the Guest in an individual safe provided to him by the Hotel. The hotel is released from liability for failure to preserve the contents of such a safe if it proves that, under the storage conditions, anyone’s access to the safe without the Guest’s knowledge was impossible or became possible due to force majeure. A guest who discovers the loss or damage of his belongings is obliged to immediately notify the Hotel administration about this. Otherwise, the Contractor is released from liability for failure to preserve things.

5.3. The Hotel is not liable to the Guest for direct or indirect losses and/or lost profits arising from temporary absence telephone communication and/or mobile (cellular) communications and/or access to the Internet and/or interruptions in their implementation, as well as for other circumstances outside the control of the Hotel.

5.4. The Hotel is not responsible for the health of the Guest or Hotel visitor if he consumes drinks and products purchased outside the Hotel.

5.5. The hotel is not responsible for the work of government and service services (emergency shutdown of electrical energy, and as a result of elevators, water supply).

5.6. The Hotel is not responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations and damage caused to the Guest's property due to force majeure circumstances (flood, hail, etc. weather and natural disasters, military operations, national crisis, strikes in an industry or region, actions and decisions of government authorities, failures in telecommunications or energy networks, actions of malware or third parties aimed at unauthorized access or disabling a software or hardware system) , and also does not compensate for the moral damage caused by them to the Guest.

2.5. Children accommodation:

2.9. Registration of Guests who are citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay at the hotel is carried out in accordance with the Rules for registration and deregistration of citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 1995. 2.10. 2.12. The hotel has the right to refuse check-in to the Guest for objective reasons:

In the period from May 1 to October 31, in case of early check-in from 00.00 minutes before the established check-out time, subject to prior notification to the Hotel and confirmation of the possibility of such accommodation, the fee will be charged per night at the standard rate according to the Hotel's price list. If the Guest's check-out is delayed from 3 hours to 24 hours, the fee will be charged per day of stay at the standard rate according to the Hotel's price list.

3.8.3. The minimum paid period for Guests to stay at the Hotel is one day (24 hours).

3.9. Personal security who arrived with the Guest must be located in the Guest's room (payment for accommodation according to the hotel price list) or in a separately rented room for security (payment for accommodation according to the hotel price list) or outside the Hotel. On the territory of the Hotel, personal security must be unarmed.

3.10. If the Guest is absent from the room for more than a day after checkout time, the contractor has the right to create a commission and make an inventory of the property located in the room. 4. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST, HOTEL VISITOR.

4.1. The Guest / visitor, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, compensates for damage in cases of loss or damage to property due to the fault of the Guest / visitor.

5. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR

5.1. The Hotel Administration is responsible for the safety of the Guest's personal belongings in the room, with the exception of: cash, valuables and securities, as well as jewelry. The Contractor is not responsible for property, cash, jewelry and documents left unattended by guests on the hotel premises.

5.2. The Hotel is responsible for the loss of funds, valuables, securities, jewelry of the Guest, provided that they were accepted by the Contractor for storage or placed by the Guest in an individual safe provided to him by the Hotel. The hotel is released from liability for failure to preserve the contents of such a safe if it proves that, under the storage conditions, anyone’s access to the safe without the Guest’s knowledge was impossible or became possible due to force majeure. 5.3. 5.6. 3.8.3. The minimum paid period for Guests to stay at the Hotel is one day (24 hours).

3.9. 5. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR

5.1. The Hotel Administration is responsible for the safety of the Guest's personal belongings in the room, with the exception of: cash, valuables and securities, as well as jewelry. The Contractor is not responsible for property, cash, jewelry and documents left unattended by guests on the hotel premises.

5.2. The Hotel is responsible for the loss of funds, valuables, securities, jewelry of the Guest, provided that they were accepted by the Contractor for storage or placed by the Guest in an individual safe provided to him by the Hotel. The hotel is released from liability for failure to preserve the contents of such a safe if it proves that, under the storage conditions, anyone’s access to the safe without the Guest’s knowledge was impossible or became possible due to force majeure. 5.3. 5.4. The Hotel is not responsible for the health of the Guest or Hotel visitor if he consumes drinks and products purchased outside the Hotel.

5.5. The hotel is not responsible for the work of government and service services (emergency shutdown of electrical energy, and as a result of elevators, water supply).

5.6. The Hotel is not responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations and damage caused to the Guest's property due to force majeure circumstances (flood, hail, other weather conditions and natural disasters, military actions, national crisis, strikes in the industry or region, actions and decisions of government bodies authorities, failures in telecommunications or energy networks, actions of malicious programs or third parties aimed at unauthorized access or disabling a software or hardware system), and also does not compensate for the moral damage caused by them to the Guest.

2.5. Children accommodation:

Registration of Guests who are citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay at the hotel is carried out in accordance with the Rules for registration and deregistration of citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 1995. 2.12. The hotel has the right to refuse check-in to the Guest for objective reasons:

3.10. If the Guest is absent from the room for more than a day after checkout time, the contractor has the right to create a commission and make an inventory of the property located in the room. Material assets are registered and transferred for storage according to the rules for storing forgotten items. The number is not saved for the Guest.

3.11. Authorized employees of the Hotel have the right to enter the room during the absence of the Guest, in case of operational necessity.

3.12. In the event of a gross violation of the rules of public safety and public order, public morality or fire safety rules on the part of the Guest or a visitor to the Hotel, the Hotel has the right to terminate the contract for the provision of services immediately, draw up an act on this violation, inviting, if necessary, law enforcement officers.

3.13. In case of detection of acute diseases in the Guests of their children during their stay: acute respiratory viral infections, acute respiratory infections, the Hotel provides Guests with the right to choose: accommodation in another hotel, accommodation in an isolation ward for the entire period of illness, the right to treatment in a hospital in accordance with the compulsory health insurance program for citizens. Exacerbation of a chronic disease, if indicated, consultation and hospitalization in a hospital in accordance with the compulsory health insurance program for citizens. In case of failure to comply with the requirements of this paragraph, the Guest must leave the Hotel premises as soon as possible, and the Hotel will return to the Guest the funds paid for services, minus the cost of services already provided, within three working days.

3.14. The book of reviews and suggestions is kept by the Hotel administrator and is provided upon the Guest’s first request. Comments and complaints are considered no later than one month from the date of filing the complaint

3.15. In the event of a shortening of the period of stay at the initiative of the Guest, the Hotel returns to the Guest the funds paid to pay for services, minus the cost of services already provided and the amount of expenses actually incurred by the Hotel, equal to the day of accommodation ordered by the Guest within three working days.

4. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST, HOTEL VISITOR.

4.1. The Guest / visitor, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, compensates for damage in cases of loss or damage to property due to the fault of the Guest / visitor.

You need to understand:

  • the amount of damage caused in the event of loss of hotel property is determined taking into account market prices.
  • in case of flooding of the room, damage to furniture, glass, or other property due to the fault of the Guest/visitor, they are paid the cost of repair and restoration work and downtime of the room during its repair.
  • in case of damage to equipment: bedspreads, bedding, furniture, lighting fixtures, floor coverings, etc., the guest/visitor pays the cost of cleaning them
  • If it is impossible to restore the original appearance of things (hotel property), the Guest/visitor shall pay their retail value at the time of damage.

If there are facts of damage caused by the Guest/visitor, the Hotel employees draw up an act of damage to the Hotel property in three copies: the first is transferred to the hotel accounting department, the second - to the financially responsible person, in whose account the damaged Hotel property is included, and the third is handed over to the payer - the Guest/Visitor

4.2. Animators and employees of the live corner only help organize leisure time; parents are responsible for the children.

4.3. In case of smoking in the room or on the balcony, the Guest pays for the service “Elimination of the consequences of tobacco smoke” in the amount of 3,000 (three thousand) rubles”, in case of repeated violation of the Rules of Accommodation in the form of smoking in the room or on the balcony, the Guest must leave the Hotel territory in as soon as possible, the Hotel returns to the Guest the funds paid to pay for services, minus the cost of services already provided and the amount of expenses actually incurred by the Hotel, equal to the day of accommodation ordered by the Guest within three working days

5. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR

5.1. The Hotel Administration is responsible for the safety of the Guest's personal belongings in the room, with the exception of: cash, valuables and securities, as well as jewelry. The Contractor is not responsible for property, cash, jewelry and documents left unattended by guests on the hotel premises.

5.2. The Hotel is responsible for the loss of funds, valuables, securities, jewelry of the Guest, provided that they were accepted by the Contractor for storage or placed by the Guest in an individual safe provided to him by the Hotel. The hotel is released from liability for failure to preserve the contents of such a safe if it proves that, under the storage conditions, anyone’s access to the safe without the Guest’s knowledge was impossible or became possible due to force majeure. A guest who discovers the loss or damage of his belongings is obliged to immediately notify the Hotel administration about this. Otherwise, the Contractor is released from liability for failure to preserve things.

5.3. The Hotel is not liable to the Guest for direct or indirect losses and/or lost profits arising from the temporary lack of telephone communications and/or mobile (cellular) communications and/or access to the Internet and/or interruptions in their implementation, as well as for other circumstances beyond the Hotel's control.

5.4. The Hotel is not responsible for the health of the Guest or Hotel visitor if he consumes drinks and products purchased outside the Hotel.

5.5. The hotel is not responsible for the work of government and service services (emergency shutdown of electrical energy, and as a result of elevators, water supply).

5.6. The Hotel is not responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations and damage caused to the Guest's property due to force majeure circumstances (flood, hail, other weather conditions and natural disasters, military actions, national crisis, strikes in the industry or region, actions and decisions of government bodies authorities, failures in telecommunications or energy networks, actions of malicious programs or third parties aimed at unauthorized access or disabling a software or hardware system), and also does not compensate for the moral damage caused by them to the Guest.

6. IT IS PROHIBITED ON THE HOTEL TERRITORY

6.1. Break the silence after 22:00 hours

6.2. Use of tees and extension cords, personal electrical appliances, including heating ones (electric stove, electric kettle, iron, etc.), except when these devices are included in the standard room equipment or issued for use by Hotel staff. If these rules are not followed, the equipment will be confiscated until the Guest leaves the Hotel.

6.3. Conduct your visitors to the Hotel territory, except for the case provided for in clause 3.3. These Rules of Residence.

6.4. In your absence, leave unauthorized persons in the room, and also give them the keys to the rooms.

6.5. Remove food, dishes and cutlery from the Hotel restaurant. Buffets do not offer take-out service. The desired dishes can be purchased by paying their cost according to the price list.

6.6. Carrying and storing weapons, explosives, flammable, caustic and toxic substances. Guests who have the right by the nature of their activity to carry and store weapons are required to provide documents certifying this right at the request of the Hotel Administration; weapons should be understood as the means specified in the law of the Russian Federation “On Weapons”.

6.7. Storage and unauthorized use of pyrotechnic products.

6.8. Bring pets into the Hotel territory and stay in Hotel rooms with pets.

6.9. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Hotel, including rooms and balconies. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas

6.10. Leave children unattended on the Hotel premises; in the pool and sea - for children who cannot swim.

6.11. Drinking alcoholic beverages purchased outside the Hotel outside the room.

6.12. Bring and use narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.

6.13. Listen to loud music or movies after 22:00.

6.14. Adults and children (over 6 years old) are not allowed in the children's pool.

6.15.Use obscene language.
