We were in Cuba, Varadero, in February 2019 for 2 weeks, Grand Hotel Caribe Puntarena Playa Caleta, standard room with ocean view. I decided to write a detailed review out of respect for tourists who want to receive everything that was promised and paid for after a 13-hour butt crush on the plane. So, in order;

For some reason the tour operator sells the hotel as 4*, although everyone else (I mean Canadian and German tour operators) sells this hotel as 3* Considering that this is Cuba, we have 2* - 2.5* with 3* elements such as swimming pools, number of restaurants , bars, territory and beach. But guys, this is all in need of cleaning, washing and repair for a long time. The hotel is practically on the beach, at the beginning of the Varadero spit. There is a free bus to the city market 3 times a day. 3 hours to Havana by vintage car for 35 suc per person. or at excursion bus for 95 cu pers.

The rooms are small, with a balcony, and if you have a sea view, then wow if you are in the Saleta building.
The mattresses and pillows are old and uncomfortable, they stink like all the furniture. Hot water in the morning and after 6 pm. Bed linen is changed once a week. The staff is lazy and spoiled by the gifts and tips Canadians give them. Everyone brings clothes and shoes to Cuba, especially for children, cosmetics, bicycles, etc. Perhaps those who took it well did not feel it, but many, when sober, complained of a strange smell in their rooms at night. I confirm - this is the smell from gas emissions from the area opposite the hotel. And the guide confirmed this. And this happened every night and often in the morning.

Food. This guys is a test of the strength of your stomach. Everything in the buffet is cold, but you have to stand in line for hot food - to fry meat or, rarely, fish. Vegetables and fruits are second-rate, they don’t know how to cook. I don’t know where they get such papaya and pineapples. In the evening, from restaurants you can go to Chinese (don’t think it’s CHINESE) and international. Cuban - I don't recommend it. They don’t know how to make cocktails, they serve them in soft plastic cups. No mojito (mint is in short supply). Coffee - if you are a coffee lover, you don’t need to go there. You need to come to the buffet when it opens. Food runs out quickly and if it is replenished, it will not be soon. The tables are cleared, but not set, and there are no clean cutlery.

Beach and ocean. Well, actually this is the main segment of the trip. The beach is good for swimming and walking. It was comfortable in February, without sweltering heat. The sunbeds are old and torn, you have to take them early in the morning, there aren’t enough for everyone. The pool is free, the water is cold. The children's pool is not open. There is no bar on the beach.

Evening. A dance group show (not bad), a disco in the Puntarena building and 2 bars, for the hungry, a bar with hamburgers after 11 pm. On the territory and in the lobby there is partial darkness, light bulbs are saved.

If you are not bored and have read this far, then I dare to give advice

You have a modest budget and you HAVEN'T BEEN to this region, you like to drink/smoke - fly in. The best time is the end of February, March, April. It is cold in December. In summer it is very hot, but cheap.

You have been to the Dominican Republic or Mexico, or maybe on a cruise in the Caribbean, you DO NOT need to go to Varadero, and especially to this hotel. If you are going to Cuba, then choose other resorts - Holguin, Cayo Coco, Cayo Santa Maria-The hotels there are newer, the service and food are better.
You may ask the question, why did we fly to this hotel? Logical. These guys were very cheap for 2 weeks, and the flight took 3 hours. Flew away from winter. But never again. Been to many times Caribbean region, at resorts and cruises, if you have questions - you are Welcome!
Natalia.

From some reviews I was even a little shocked. There are a lot of tastes and opinions, BUT people! First of all, keep in mind that this is Cuba, here even 5* does not reach the standard four. Again, such a magical, amazing, excellent and so many other epithets can be chosen, you won’t see an ocean anywhere else! Even though the country was lost somewhere in the 50-60s, and a scoop blows across its entire territory, the service is at a good level, even if you squeeze on tips, and if you don’t skimp, you can get VIP service for pennies. We arrived early, immediately at the reception they gave us 10 euros (by the way, I advise you to take euros to Cuba, it will be more profitable when exchanging) and we got a room right away, and even with a view of the ocean. Don't forget the smile. In some cases you can get more for it than for money)). The room is on the 5th floor, spacious, naturally not new, this is also expected, but for a gift from the homeland in the form of tights, chocolate and ordinary felt-tip pens, our room was almost perfectly clean. After we met our maid Raquel and left her tips several times, we became almost best friends). The hotel also takes good care to ensure that there are no insects on the premises and in the room. We were not bitten by a single mosquito or bug. Our new friend immediately changed our bedding to something new and clean, brought us fresh towels, so we rested in comfort. And the cost of a hotel on the first line, and even in Varadero, turned out to be very pleasant. A few words on nutrition. You can eat in the restaurants of both hotels. There are some shortcomings in terms of queues and a slight shortage of dishes, but if you ask the waiter, they will find a comfortable table, bring drinks, and the cutlery will always be clean. Selected certain time, half an hour later, after opening, and there are no longer any queues, and the choice of dishes remains the same. So you shouldn’t rush to the opening and stand in a crowd with everyone. Plus, the hotel is not expensive, and the majority of the contingent are our compatriots, so draw your own conclusion about where the queues come from)). You can still dine in restaurants à la carte, but you need to book in advance, and time is also limited. My husband and I, again for a smile, and not without the ubiquitous Cuban bank note, agreed, and we had a table in the restaurant almost every evening. Thus, both time and nerves were saved. It was possible to have some good fast food by the pool; in the main restaurant there was not much choice, but meat, poultry and fish were present every day. There are not many fruits, more vegetables, but we recharged ourselves with vitamins)). Again, the alcohol in the hotel is of high quality, and if anything, you can buy almost everything from the bartenders, much cheaper than in stores. The main thing is that we received the pleasure from the ocean and sun that we planned to get in full, and even more.

For a long time we were looking for something that would fit within the budget and with normal conditions and finally found this hotel. The main big minus is that the rooms are very old, and considering that the hotel is a state-owned hotel, no one is in a hurry to update anything. The furniture is already old, in general, nothing is falling apart, and the bed is fresher in relation to other furniture, but it still looks a little sad. Although it is comfortable to sleep and if it were not for the dull look of the furniture, the overall stay is quite comfortable. The food is quite good, the choice is of course not ice, you won’t go too fast, and if you rest for two weeks, everything will get pretty boring, but the food is well prepared; there are no problems with alcohol. Sweets, fruits, ice cream, everything is available. There was also plenty of meat to choose from, but don’t count on much food at sea. Yes, we didn’t really need it) Plus you can visit ala carte restaurants for free, which also diversified our menu quite well. The only thing that is a little inconvenient is that you need to sign up for them. Well, what can you do, what price is this and the hotel. But all these disadvantages are covered great beach and the whole general flavor. Plus the hotel is far from the center, but they transport you there and back every day for free. It's not that important, we were looking for inexpensive option for the sake of the beach. I also want to say thank you to all the hotel staff. Even if the service is not exactly excellent, the people are pleasant, cheerful and kind. A couple more points. Upon arrival, they will offer to take a room with a sea view for an additional fee, we paid an extra twenty dollars and the view is much better, which is, in principle, a trifle for the money. And it’s great that you can rent a canoe and catamaran for free for half an hour a day. I wouldn’t recommend going to this hotel with children; the food is not very suitable for children, but overall everything is fine!

The choice fell on Varadero because of the entertainment and good beach. It’s a bit far from the hotel to the very center of Varadero, but there was also something to do nearby. Now about the hotel itself. Some things have been recently renovated, the area is large and clean, two swimming pools, a lot of palm trees and greenery, good wide beach with clean sand, warm ocean. That's it in a nutshell. We arrived early and were checked into our room almost immediately, without paying extra for early check-in. Our room was on the canal side, but the view from the windows was also very picturesque, especially in the evening. The advantage is that there is less wind on this side, and you can sit on the balcony in the morning or evening. Our room was after a little renovation. The bed was a combination of two, but you could sleep. The cleaning was good, for a small tip they could rotate various figures on the beds and in the bathroom. In general, although the hotel belongs to the state, it is quite decent. We didn't stay in the room, but otherwise we were satisfied with everything. The hotel is budget-friendly, so we saved money on entertainment, excursions, walks, clubs, so that’s why we flew)). We found a hotel very quickly, arranged everything quickly, and the price turned out to be cheaper than that of the tour operator. The hotel itself has its own free entertainment. You could rent a boat or catamaran for half an hour and ride on the waves. The beach is generally very cool. The sun loungers themselves are not entirely new, but there were always plenty of them. You didn’t have to take a seat in the morning; you could come at any time and find a free one. The food in the restaurants is good, there is not much variety, but there was some every day. Chicken, beef, fruits and vegetables. There are also very good A-La Cartes, you can sign up for each of the four in the morning for the evening. Of course, their dishes are tastier and their service is better. If we talk about the service in general for the hotel, then don’t count on much, it is a state-owned hotel. But tipping here does a good job of changing the attitude towards you for the better)). Two cookies on the bar, and rum and drinks will immediately be an order of magnitude higher. So, if you don’t plan to spend all your time only at the hotel, then it will suit you both in terms of room and food.

Of course, I’m not an expert and we were in Cuba for the first time and I’m writing a review for the first time, but a holiday in Cuba is not Egypt or Turkey, but something else. People don’t come here for service, but rather to get to know the country. The people and atmosphere here are completely different. But these are, of course, purely my impressions, but now we will definitely visit this country. The hotel, of course, is not new; everything is outdated, and the hurricane was a little battered, although everything seemed to be restored. Well, this didn’t affect the rest. I'll start with nutrition. We didn’t leave hungry, but don’t expect super large variety. There are many side dishes of beef, chicken and pork prepared in different ways. The ala carte restaurants did not make any impression at all; the main restaurant and the ala carte seemed to me to be the same thing, served differently. We really liked the grilled meat and fish. I would have liked more vegetables and fruits, but there was a choice. Sweets, ice cream, everything is there. Alcohol is ok, but I can’t judge adequately here, we don’t drink much, but I liked the rum) Well, I think these things are purely individual; in general, we are not picky) Yes, everything is already outdated, but at the same time, nothing is falling apart. Everything you need is probably in the room, just missing a dryer, they could come up with something. They clean well. The bed is comfortable, although the bedding is not new, it is not worn out to holes either. Well, these are all minor things. The beach was very clean and clean beautiful view There are a lot of sunbeds, although not all of them are new, but at least you didn’t have to borrow) On the beach you can ride a catamaran for free. I was simply delighted with the beach; this is not Turkey. Well, the Internet is a different matter; however, in other hotels it’s the same; it’s paid by card for 1.5 cookies for 1 hour. Well, we didn’t come to sit online, so I think it’s a small thing. well in overall hotel Of course it’s not ideal, but it’s worth the money. We’re happy with everything!

In Varadero, the communist paradise built in Cuba has cracked. This resort is the most bourgeois-decaying part of Liberty Island. There is everything here, even golf courses - the only ones in the country. The beaches of Varadero are an endless strip of white sand stretching beyond the horizon. On the sea side, the coast is reliably covered by the largest in the Caribbean. Thanks to it, the water here is very warm, without waves and dangerous inhabitants.

Varadero is chosen by families with children because of the gentle slope into the sea, young people - for fun parties and discos, and American pensioners - for the highest level of service and services. The hotels in this resort are mostly represented by global chains, predominantly Spanish: Barcelo, Sol Melia, Iberostar. Many hotels in last years began to practice the “All inclusive” system. This article is dedicated to the Bellevue Puntarena Playa Caleta Resort. Read below about how to relax in this hotel.

Tours to Cuba: what you need to know about them

Despite the similarity in ideology, Russian tourists discovered Cuba relatively recently: five to ten years ago. And until now, only the richest of our compatriots have set foot on the Island that defeated the revolution. Yes, trips to Cuba cannot be called budget. But this is solely due to the high cost of a transatlantic flight. Therefore, if you have a dream to see the mausoleum of Comandante Che Guevara, smoke a personally rolled cigar, lie on the snow-white beaches of Varadero and drink coffee in a bar where Hemingway himself visited, you need to know some tricks.

Firstly, when should you go to Cuba? The climate on Liberty Island has only two seasons: high and so-called wet. But daily rains do not mean round-the-clock downpours. Precipitation lasts for a maximum of two hours, and it does not in any way affect the temperature of the air and water.

Secondly, you need to constantly monitor airline stocks. It is during the rainy season that you can most often catch tempting offers.

And thirdly, travel with children. Often hotels accommodate and feed young guests under the age of twelve for free. And this is very economical. A typical seven days in a three-, four- or five-star All Inclusive hotel, including air travel and transfer to the hotel, starts at forty thousand rubles per person.

Resort Features

The Bellevue Puntarena Playa Caleta Resort 4* hotel is located a thirty-minute walk from the center of Varadero. By the way, water surrounds the hotel on two sides: on one side is the ocean, and on the other is the Paso de Malo canal.

What is Varadero famous for? First of all, its beaches. The sand in this part is like flour of the highest quality and grinding. Plus, there are palm trees and other exotic plants on the shore. Another “trick” of Varadero - Coral reefs. They protect the coast from waves and attract divers like a magnet. Therefore, the main contingent of tourists at the resort are young guys of athletic appearance. To give divers something to do after sunset, Varadero has many discos and nightclubs. Snow-white beaches and the gentle slope into the calm, lake-like sea also attract families with small children. Many hotels in Varadero are on the first line and offer all-inclusive meals.

Territory

The Puntarena Playa Caleta Resort 4* hotel is a seven-story building. It was built a long time ago, but in 2005 it was completely reconstructed in accordance with modern standards. Back then the hotel was simply called Playa Caleta. Now the hotel has acquired a second twin building, which is called “Puntarena”. Between them there is a huge swimming pool, tropical garden paths, and a bar. The territory of the hotel, as reviews say, is large, like country hotel. The buildings themselves have a lot of greenery. You feel like you are living in the jungle, and not in a seven-story building. In addition, the hotel has a good location. On all excursions, tourists are picked up from it last and brought in first. There is a shuttle service to the center of Varadero from the hotel. free bus. There is a lighthouse next to the hotel. Pelicans like to gather there in the evenings. The birds are almost tamed by tourists who feed them fish.

Guest rooms

For an additional fee at the reception in the Bellevue Puntarena Playa Caleta Resort 4* buildings you will be given a room with an ocean view. But this is not necessary, the reviews say, since the second half of the rooms also overlook the water, only the bay. The rooms may seem cramped (especially the triples), but that is the style of Cuba. Each room has its own balcony.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. Technical equipment includes a TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, a safe and a minibar. If you leave a tip, they will clean up very diligently and weave all sorts of shapes out of towels. But even without financial incentives, linen and towels are changed every day. There are no divisions into room categories in the hotel. Soundproofing in the rooms is good.

Nutrition

Those tourists who ordered “All inclusive” claim that this program operates around the clock. This means that you can practically not leave bars and restaurants. The alcohol is very good, especially dark rum and various cocktails: Pina Colada, Cuba Libre and others.

The cafe serves delicious ice cream and offers natural coffee and fresh fruit for breakfast. As for the food in the main restaurant, which serves customers in a buffet style, it corresponds to the declared four stars. There are always several meat, fish and vegetable dishes. In addition to the main Vista al Mar, the Bellevue Puntarena Playa Caleta Resort 4* hotel has three a la carte restaurants with Creole, Italian and Chinese cuisines.

Some tourists ordered only breakfast, given that food prices in Cuba are quite low. Most of the guests were satisfied with the morning meal. They serve everything that Europeans are used to eating for breakfast: sausages, toast, muesli, yogurt. Reviews mention that they provide a lot of fruits, including exotic ones.

Beach and pools

The canal on the city side once served as a pier for small ships. Now there are no boats there, but neither is the beach. Everyone swims in the ocean. The beach at the Bellevue Puntarena Playa Caleta Resort 4* hotel complex is beyond praise. Even those reviews that described the hotel in gloomy tones sing praises to its coastline: White sand and crystal clear turquoise water.

The resort of Varadero has its own diving school right in the hotel. Sun beds and umbrellas on private beach there are plenty of hotels. The hotel complex has a huge swimming pool, stretching windingly throughout the entire territory. There is also no shortage of beach equipment in its area.

Services

Hotel Bellevue Puntarena Playa Caleta Resort 4* (Varadero) offers its guests a free shuttle to the city center. Those who do not want to be bound by a bus schedule can rent a bicycle, motorbike, or even a car at the reception.

The hotel also offers currency exchange. True, reviews recommend acquiring local pesos at the airport (the exchange rate is better there). Wi-Fi internet connection is available for a fee. The speed is sufficient to communicate with family via Skype. The hotel has a doctor's office, and you can hire an individual nanny for your child. The hotel takes care of the health and beauty of its clients. On site there is a tennis court, a diving school, a small golf course, a SPA center with a sauna and massage room. Children can frolic in game room, and adults can dance at the disco in the evening.

Bellevue Puntarena Playa Caleta Resort 4*: reviews

Many tourists liked the Puntarena Playa Caleta Resort hotel. Some say that the hotel fully lives up to its four stars, while others even think that it deserves five. The rooms, although small, are equipped with new furniture, and the view from the window is such that you forget about all the minor shortcomings. The staff is very helpful and friendly, many speak Russian.

Tourists are advised not to sit in a hotel, but to travel actively, because prices in Cuba are low. To begin with, you can take a ride around Varadero on an open-top bus (5 kuk). Then go to Havana - this is a “must-see” in Cuba. Tourists recommend paying the excursion company only for the transfer (60 CUC in both directions) without the services of a guide. In Varadero itself, it is worth visiting Varahikakos Park, where there is a cave with bats.

immediately upon arriving at the hotel I wanted to drop everything and rush back home) we were terribly upset. the hotel is still not 4 , not even 3, so hard 2))) but after being on the island we realized that by the standards of Cuba this is a full-fledged 4 . We talked on excursions with people from other hotels and it was either even sadder or the same, but at the same time people paid much more for the trip. Therefore, if you love Cuba, then this hotel is the ideal combination of price and quality. but after a trip to the Dominican Republic, everything here seemed gloomy and sad. everything in Cuba and in this hotel in particular revolves around tips. nothing can be done without a cookie (local currency. We were told that it is necessary to change it, but no. It’s not necessary. And excursions and rum and tips can all be bought perfectly in euros and dollars, you can only buy the Internet in cookies, but for this at the reception the exchanger is enough) I won’t write about Cuba itself, everything here is subjective. the ocean is beautiful, but it is stormy and there is always wind. By the end of the vacation my ears were hurting. about the hotel itself - algae live in the pool. for 11 days, 3 days it did not work at all. They are in no hurry to wash or drain the water. Just sprinkle as much bleach as possible. the bar in the hall is open around the clock, they will pour you rum and 7 am for breakfast))) but absolutely everything is bad!!! and rum and beer and juices and drinks. At first it’s unbearable, but after 3 days you get used to it. plates on buffet frankly dirty, everything tasty is swept away at once and rarely is more added. but there is always an abundance of rice, beans, beets and cabbage. but on the plus side there is always a ton of ice cream. not great, but very normal. The room stock is falling apart like the entire hotel. the elevators don't work. ask for floors 1-2, in fact it will be 3-4, since 1-2 are the lobby and restaurants. There will be a view and you won’t be tired of walking. for a view of the ocean they can ask for 10 euros per day, we didn’t even bother, we had no plans to sit in the room, and the view of the canal is very pleasant, but the wind blows from the ocean, it’s noisy with the windows closed))) oh, on the side The hotel is a huge construction site, but don't be alarmed. Everything in the country is state-owned, hotel construction sites do not belong to the people, so no one is in a hurry to build anything. Cubans are such lethargic people that something is actually being done there an hour or two a day and you don’t hear it. The beach itself is simply huge! a lot of seagulls and pelicans, very cool communication birds. but the ocean is active, there are often waves. no one cleans up the algae (((a lifeguard will pass by at most once a day and collect as much large garbage as he can handle (maximum bottles or cups) there are only enough sunbeds if there are waves, if the ocean is calm, then after 9 am you can’t find a sunbed) but you can come at lunchtime and there will always be free sun loungers, since only our compatriots have the habit of taking up space with towels, Canadians (and there are about 40% of them in the hotel) calmly leave with their things for lunch; by the way, in this hotel, besides Canadians, almost all the rest are Russians (%10-15). other nationalities), and ours behave disgustingly in restaurants. They create crowds everywhere and grab everything they see even if they can’t physically eat it, but this happens, unfortunately, in many places, you should only go to this hotel if you have money. no, but I really want to go to Cuba.

We spent a wonderful two weeks at this hotel. We were pleased with everything here: from the staff to the beach. Everyone is very friendly and will always help if you need anything. The gorgeous view of the ocean from the room was a delight to the eye every morning. I would especially like to mention the restaurant. The cooks are simply gods of cooking! They manage to make incredibly tasty dishes from completely ordinary and familiar products. In general, the service here is truly excellent. We will definitely come here again.

After visiting this hotel, I fell in love with Cuba, unambiguously and irrevocably) Despite the long flight, arriving at the hotel immediately invigorated me: huge park with an incredible number of orchids! In a hotel good conditions, two swimming pools. The rooms are excellent, with ocean views. Guests are offered three meals a day with plenty of fruit and seafood. There is internet on site, although it is not of very high quality. mobile connection very expensive. The number of excursions is also worthy of praise. We were constantly taken somewhere)

A good hotel for a holiday with family or friends. Hotel on 3 . The food is average compared to the Dominican Republic. Although you can always find something to eat. There is no variety, you don’t always have time for pancakes at breakfast, and even when you stand in line, they give you a second pancake with such a look that it becomes creepy. The big minus is, of course, the slowness of the staff, complete unfriendliness. This spoiled the holiday a little. The rooms are average, nothing special, the safe did not work. There is no iron even at the reception, you can only give it to the laundry for money. One of the advantages of the beach is that it is big enough and you can always find a place, but for the last week we haven’t swam in the ocean because... was strong wind and waves. The downside is the pools, which were so dirty that I couldn’t swim in them, it was somehow scary. Be sure to sign up for ala carte restaurants. With the exception of fish, all the rest are 5+. You can eat delicious food there. One of the advantages is also the location, because... the hotel is not far from the center of Varadero and can be reached on foot. In general, for your money it’s not bad for a break from the hustle and bustle =)

What was shocking was the number of our compatriots who were always drunk, the incredible queues in the restaurant and the amount of food they took.
The condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired, it seems that the last renovation there was not in 2013, as stated in the description, but in 1983. The ocean is excellent, the beach is huge, there is enough space for everyone. We would return to Cuba, but definitely not to this hotel.

In principle, my friend and I liked Louis Colossos. Check-in went quite quickly. The apartments are excellent, there is everything you need for have a great holiday and even more. The food was simply excellent. Great amount dishes, each of which is tasty and interesting in its own way. There is a grill bar on site. We had lunch there a couple of times, the young guys start frying chicken in the morning, so there is enough of this deliciousness for everyone. We also liked the MURAMURA Chinese food tent; it’s true that it’s not open every day, but the food is so finger-licking good. Lunches were most often held in an open-air restaurant; cream soup was usually served for the first course, and meat and fish for the third course. It was a very pleasant surprise that there was always an abundance of fruit on the tables (peaches, apples, watermelon). And for fast food lovers there are even French fries and pizza. We really are more for healthy eating, so we haven’t tried them. We were lucky with the weather, it was perfect without a single cloud. We'll be back again!

I vacationed this summer with my grandson. We really liked the boarding house. The hotel employees are very nice and attentive people, they helped us deal with all the issues that were unclear to us. because We are not very good at speaking English, but the employees speak Russian very well. The location of the boarding house is quite good, next to it there are markets, a couple of fur salons and a large shopping mall, in my opinion, there is everything you need and what you might need at the resort. They took sightseeing tour around the island of Rhodes and around the city. We also visited the ruins in the city of Cameros, my grandson really liked it. Our vacation was a great success and we took a lot of photos.

Our holiday in Greece was great! For this, special thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality and cordiality. I vacationed with my husband in August. They marked us very successfully, although at first we thought it was unlucky, because... the room was located directly above the stage where all the evening shows were held, but as it turned out, the parties continued until 10 p.m., and then there was perfect silence. It was nice to go out onto the balcony in the evenings, sit down and listen to the sound of the sea surf. The territory of Louis Kolossos Beach is not very large, but the sea is literally a minute’s walk away. The sea, of course, is beyond praise, simply incredibly clean, we went up to our necks and saw our toes. Regarding the entrance, it is better to the right of the pier, there are no stones (small pebbles). We didn't take sun loungers, so I can't say anything about them. We prefer to sunbathe on the sand, so we took towels and lay down near the sea. They cleaned well and efficiently, we have no complaints about this. True, the towels were not always replaced, but we reminded them and they replaced everything for us. The hotel staff speaks excellent Russian, which was a pleasant surprise, because... My husband and I don’t speak English very well. I really liked the fact that the employees treat all nations equally politely and helpfully, they always try to fulfill all the wishes of the guests and make their stay even more comfortable. As a result, we are satisfied with our vacation, we will be in these parts, we will only stay at this hotel.

Briefly about the hotel - it’s good. We went in July with my wife and daughter (5 years old). The rooms are good, very cozy inside. The food is delicious and filling. What impressed me most was the animation. The children's program was held until 20.30, and the adult program after 21.00. The animated shows are simply brilliant, our daughter was delighted, at times they couldn’t force her to go to the sea, she didn’t want to tear her away from the animators. Every Friday they held Greek evenings, which I would recommend to all vacationers to attend. Get simply colossal aesthetic pleasure from traditional music and fiery dances! An unforgettable holiday for everyone.
