AND THE SET DOES NOT EVEN INCLUDE SUGAR, SALT, OR BAG TEA. AND THIS BAG OF TEA, AS I SAW, IS IN THE DRINK MACHINE FOR 45 RUBLES PER SINGLE BAG!!! Vasily Mishchenko (): I was traveling to Moscow from Essentuki with my wife on this train. (Car No. 1, second floor, seats 81,83). It was our first time traveling on a double-decker train. Overall, the transport did not disappoint. The shelves are comfortable, the temperature in the compartment is normal, the air conditioning worked properly. Three toilets, there was never a line during the entire trip, convenient trash containers. At first glance, the windows seemed a little low, so the view leaves much to be desired. At eye level there is a bar separating the lower and upper parts of the window. In the hallway, the windows are generally at chest level, so it’s not very comfortable for an adult to look out. Also, obviously, there is not enough space for luggage. It is difficult for four passengers to place it under the lower lockers. WI-FI would be useful in such a composition. We are completely satisfied with the work of the conductors, M. Sharapova and A. Parfyonova. Immediately after departure, they clearly explained where everything was located, toilets, water, boiling water, when lunch would be served. Polite, conscientious and friendly. The carriage and toilets were clean. We arrived in the capital in a great mood. Thank you very much for such a service!

Nina (): Service unsatisfactory. The conductors are inattentive. When we boarded the train in the evening, no one came or explained anything. The next day we waited for lunch to no avail, and when we went to find out, it turns out we had to order it in the evening. That is, if you don’t know, you may be left without food, which is included in the ticket price. The impudence is indescribable. The conductor used a vacuum cleaner, literally shuffled the carpets in the compartment twice and that was it. What's the use of such cleaning? They insistently ask for a phone number to leave a review. Unpleasant service.

Denis (): We went to compartment carriage. Already at the station in Kislovodsk, this carriage seemed suspicious. It is lower than the main one, and appearance wants to leave the best. Inside, it became clear that the suspicions were not in vain. There is no luggage rack above the corridor. The air conditioner made noise like turbines. At the same time, it is hot below if you add heat. But the cold wind still blows strongly at the top. I had to use newspaper and tape =). I would like to make a separate point about the doors, which in Siemens carriages are no longer compartment doors, but interior doors. Well, there’s no need to even say that it’s not convenient. They have one more feature - they cannot be opened from the outside. That is, if you leave the compartment, you either leave the doors wide open, which can slam shut at a turn, or one of your neighbors will have to help you take your seat. At the same time, there is a peephole in the door =). Further, for those who sleep on the bottom bunk, I advise you to wear earplugs, because this German miracle creaks/knocks/crunches so much that it seems like someone is hitting you on the head with a hammer. It’s also very disappointing that there are no white curtains, which add coziness during the trip, and you can close them if you need to, for example, change clothes. To summarize, this carriage is clearly inferior to single-story domestic super carriages with round doors. Moreover, it loses in all respects. And I’m sure our car costs much less. Why do Russian Railways buy this for internal lines? We would leave Russia-Germany for messages.

Sergey (): I traveled on this train in compartment car 4. Everything in the car is beautiful, the conductors try and earn their living honestly, for which I thank them. However, behind the beautiful screen lies one terrible feature. I drove to Rostov and didn’t sleep all night. Blame it on the terrible air conditioning in the coupe. The fact that it makes noise like a diesel engine is nonsense. There is a terrible draft on the upper shelves even at the minimum setting. At the same time, it is hot for those who ride from below. You can feel sorry for the lower passengers and increase the air conditioner more, then it is not known what diseases the upper one will inflict. I had to sleep under a blanket and sweat a lot, and my head and ears were in the wind. In general, some kind of fascism. I wanted to get off the train at night and ride at least on a handcar.

Natalia (): I had to travel on this train (Kislovodsk - Moscow, train 003) 05/12/20014. I had 9 carriages. The mood was ruined immediately upon boarding the train. When I entered the compartment, in the place that was intended for me, a man of Caucasian nationality was fast asleep. The conductor said that it’s okay, he’s going to Rostov, he has the top bunk and he’ll take it later. The man did not have any belongings with him at all. It seems that he went into the compartment to sleep before Rostov. Subsequently, some dissatisfied statements began from the conductor. The mood was ruined. We often talk about the manner of service from the staff, but in this situation there was such dissatisfaction that I completely didn’t want to ride on this train, I just wanted to cry. I had to change my ticket to another carriage. And how pleasant it was when, having just approached the 6th carriage, we heard a friendly word - hello, welcome... Throughout the entire journey we heard only friendly words, a kind smile on our face. I wish there were more such wonderful people!
