We and our two children vacationed in the hotel at the beginning of November 2018. We chose a number with the prefix new. Liked everything! Large green area, many pools, good breakfast, excellent room, hotel location. The hotel is located in the very north of PATONG beach, where there are few people and clear sea. We got up early, had breakfast at 7, went to the sea, the only thing we need to do in the evening is to take towels, because handing out at the pool starts at 8. The sea is right across the road, a security guard helps you cross it, goes out onto the road with a red flag and cars stop) on the beach at this time there is practically no one, only athletes running past. By 10 o'clock we returned to the hotel and spent time in the pool, by this time water aerobics began, the animators from Croatia were very positive. Near the hotel, if you go to the left, there are many cafes, shops, massage parlors, etc. There is a Banglaroad toilet in a 20-minute walk, if you go through it to the right there is a huge shopping mall Jungleceylon, a large street with European Cafes, where we had dinner, because... We did not appreciate the second restaurant, the menu is short and there is nothing for children to eat. There are two Cafes, the Belgian one is very good, we had dinner there a couple of times, about 1000 baht for three.

We booked a Deluxe room with a pool view in the main building of the Phuket Graceland Resort Spa. Upon arrival, we were accommodated in the Sunset wing, in a room on the top floor overlooking the pool and partly the sea. This room is considered more expensive, but we were offered it without any additional charges, for which special thanks to the reception staff. I can only say good things about the room. Comfortable, soft double bed, new furniture, large table, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. There was a table with chairs on the balcony; my wife and I loved to sit there and enjoy fruits bought at the Patong market. The hotel area is gorgeous. Palm trees, flowers, exotic shrubs are everywhere, birds are singing. Several swimming pools for children and adults. Sun loungers were free at any time. The beach is across the road. The beach is sandy, the sea water is clear and incredibly warm. The resort center can be reached in about twenty minutes. The distance from the center makes the hotel even better; there is no noise, hustle and bustle here. What I didn’t particularly like was the monotonous breakfasts. There seems to be a wide choice of dishes, but every day you get very tired of the same thing. Otherwise, our holiday here brought us a lot of pleasure.

I spent New Year's holidays with my girlfriend on the island of Phuket at the Phuket Graceland Hotel, which was chosen based on positive reviews. Upon arrival we were informed that the standard room we had booked was occupied. Before we could recover from the shock, we were immediately offered a family room. When we entered it, we were left in shock. Two rooms, two bathrooms, a huge jacuzzi. Modern technology. And all this without any additional payments. Cleaning was regular and thorough. The maids did not leave a speck of dust behind. Meals were taken only for breakfast. I have never seen such an assortment of dishes. Yes, the menu doesn’t change, but during the week we didn’t have time to try everything. We traveled around Patong by tuk-tuk, it’s more convenient and colorful. From the excursions we chose boat trip on uninhabited islands. It took two hours to get to the islands, they gave everyone anti-sickness pills and offered soft drinks. The resort beach is wonderful. The water is warm. We saw jellyfish, but they don't sting. Some tourists even picked them up. As a result, we carried out great holiday under the scorching sun of Thailand, when all our friends were freezing at home from the cold!

Two married couples vacationed at the hotel with friends from November 11 to November 25, 2019. We took the Gracelend Suite Seaview 2 Bedroom. We really liked the room. There were 2 bedrooms with King size beds and balconies that overlooked the central pool and the sea. Lying on the bed you could see the beach and the sea.
