Torn beds, rags sticking out. There is dust everywhere, the floor is washed only in the center, and then every three days. The door to the terrace can only be opened by brute male force. And the lock on this door is an iron pipe spaced from the wall. All the neighbors hear the noise from it.

Soft pillows. The hot water never ran out. It was quite quiet, although not far from the road.

The roof in our room was leaking, it rained for two days - it was dripping from the ceiling. Soap could be put on, inconvenient sockets, very small table, no microwave, oven, small refrigerator. Internet is paid and quite expensive in the room.

Cheap hotel in convenient place, close to the ocean and exiting the city by car, you can almost always find parking.

Disadvantages: 1. Wi-Fi only works at the reception, near the pool, and then only intermittently. 2. The view from the room leaves much to be desired (it overlooks the balcony of the neighboring block). 3. Lack of parking. You need to look for a parking space on the neighboring streets adjacent to the hotel. 4. Water in the shower gets on the floor, which is not very pleasant. 5. The beds are spreading and creaking quite a lot, but you can sleep. 6. If you do not close the door to the balcony, then at night the noise of neighbors talking from other rooms may disturb you. 7. There is a smell of chlorine in the pool.

Convenient and relatively comfortable. The ocean is just a stone's throw away. We were here from 5.10 to 11.10.2019. Chose convenient option residence with good location and they were not mistaken in their choice: the walk to the nearest beach “Troy” along a shady alley is no more than 5 minutes; to Siam Mall no more than 10-15 minutes; no more than 8 minutes to fruiteria; to Siam Park no more than 15 - 18 minutes, bus station and Magma 5 minutes. There are two swimming pools. The room is large, bright, clean, with good furniture. The kitchenette is fully equipped with good utensils. There is a small refrigerator, induction hob and microwave. Room cleaning is regular, as is trash removal. Quite quiet at night. There is enough space in the room, on the terrace there is a table, chairs, a device for drying clothes, there is a lot of space. Good a budget option accommodation for your own money.

Our apartment was very far from the reception; it was inconvenient to walk uphill, downhill, or up stairs with suitcases. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, it was very hot, and at the reception, when asked to move us to another room with air conditioning, they said that it was 2 stars and none of the rooms had air conditioning. We suffered for 2 days. There was a bathhouse on the second floor, it was better on the first floors, and then it turned out that you could rent fans from them, but no one told the reception about this, we had to go uphill and downhill with a fan. There were cockroaches in the room on the second floor(

We got a room in Paradeiro 2. Immediately after washing, the sink in the bathroom was clogged. In the morning we reported this to the reception, 15 minutes later they came and cleaned it. It didn’t help, the water was constantly standing in the sink. The next surprise awaited us on the way to the beach. The entire side of the hotel, in where we lived is located along a ditch with a sewer.... Maybe it burst recently, maybe it’s always like this here, I can’t say, but the smell of the sewer in the heat is terrible!!! During the 4 days and 5 nights of our stay, this disgusting smell was... stronger, sometimes weaker, but it was always there. This is rather a problem not only of the hotel, but also of the city, but the fact is a fact. We left the hotel with great joy and of course we will not return here. The price tag for staying near the gutter is clearly too high.

The room is excellent, everything you need is there. I only needed a cloth in the kitchen))

It was dirty, there was always sand in the room, the floor was not washed, there was a layer of dust on the door. This is what immediately caught my eye. The cleaning lady didn’t even come onto the balcony; they tried to wash the table themselves, but it turned out to be useless. The administrator, Mila, was asked to have the staff clean the room or leave cleaning supplies (so she could tidy up herself) and received an incomprehensible answer. Wishes to the administrator: to be friendlier and kinder to clients (when using the computer at the reception (2 euros - 30 minutes), there was a question about the operation of the computer, and that the administrator simply ran into the utility room). The hotel has 2 buildings, perhaps you will be accommodated in a different one than the one stated (the 2nd building without a pool, if this is important to someone, then you should pay attention. For us it was not important).

Great location, spacious room, separate entrance to the room.
