We liked everything, but everything is not for everybody. This is a village. No entertainment, restaurants or entertainment. Suitable for quiet rest and relaxation. You will find everything you need on site or nearby. There are swings and hammocks on the forest beach. They provide prices and towels for staying in the shade of trees or on the beach. There is a party by the pool, but we are not fans. Of course, everything is more expensive than usual in Phuket. Yes, no planes are seen or heard)

The wait to check into the room took about 2 hours. The room was very dirty when we checked in. The restroom was not only not clean, but as if it was deliberately soiled with feces. Well, you yourself understand what impression of the hotel one gets in such a situation. And after all this was removed...the staff was waiting for tips on the doorstep. I don’t want to post photos of it all...but it’s all there. I’m already silent about the inflated cost of everything in this hotel, so the hotel takes advantage of the fact that it is located on the outskirts.

I liked the beach and the pool. But! The hotel is certainly not to blame for this, but still the plankton bit too much to the point of an allergic reaction on the skin.

Good hotel for your money. A little "tired", but overall not bad. The rooms are clean, cleaning is done regularly and efficiently. Breakfast is super, for every taste. There is both European and Asian cuisine, a lot of fruits, sweets... The area is well-groomed, the pools are clean. But there are not enough sunbeds during the season... You can install them under the trees at the entrance to the beach, then there will definitely be no problems with this... The beach is magnificent, fine sand, there are no people at all, and the sea is clean, good entrance, moderately deep.. There is a shop, a small fruit shop and a cafe nearby. But there is no active infrastructure, so if you are looking for fun, this is definitely not the place... This hotel is for have a relaxing holiday, without noisy animation..

The hotel is really tired.. the area is poorly maintained.. the pool is muddy.. they cleaned it with an external filter, apparently there are problems with the cleaning system.. the linen has holes.. the air conditioner works like a vacuum cleaner, I slept with earplugs. On the plus side, there’s a good choice for breakfast. Looks like it’s included in the charter program, since almost all of us are people..)

Stayed one night before flying out on our way back. The most disappointing thing was the hotel management. From chain hotel You expect consistency in quality down to the details. But not in this case: (The rooms are of course clean, well-designed, the area is green, but the management of this particular hotel is, to put it mildly, “strange.” Let’s start with the fact that it took us 35 minutes to check in! To top it off, they also asked for a deposit, I haven’t encountered such an attitude towards clients for a long time... The next surprise was that the room did not include breakfast (my mistake), but the surprise was not that, but that the cost of this breakfast was $20. per person, this is almost 35% of the room price!! Further more, you won’t be able to pay for this breakfast right away, you need to go to the restaurant in the morning and pay there, they don’t offer anything on the menu, you just won’t be able to ask for coffee in any of them. There are two hotel restaurants nearby! Alcohol by exorbitant prices(I have not seen such prices anywhere in Thailand from Chang Mai to Ko Lipe). Bottom line - the hotel is suitable for families with children (don't forget repellents, there are swamps with mosquitoes around), if you want to pay for everything at once and not move anywhere for 7-14 days (children will be looked after, a splash pool with access to the bar and nannies to your service), but absolutely not an option for one or two nights if you are just traveling.

The hotel is not new, overpriced. The room was not new, the shower did not work, so there was no hot water in the room. The location right by the sea makes up for all the shortcomings of the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel from December 16-21, 2019. Very beautiful, large area. Great breakfasts! Large warm pool next to the beach, massage services. We took a room with a pool - we liked it. Cleaning is poor, otherwise everything is fine. We enjoyed our holiday.

This is very unpleasant. We can say that this is the problem of a guest who does not know in English, but, in my opinion, this is a problem of the hotel, whose staff does not care about their guests. There is a Russian-speaking employee, but he is not always on site; if you force the staff to call him, this solves the problem, but they are too lazy to figure it out themselves. 2. I often live in hotels and am used to arriving in the evening at 6 pm and asking for a lunch box so that they would give me at 21 pm if I need to leave in the morning. In this hotel, the slightest complicated action is not acceptable for the staff: at first they refused me, saying that it was very difficult to prepare it and they would not have time until the morning. After I insisted, called a Russian-speaking employee, etc., they reluctantly agreed, but did not prepare anything, for example, a sandwich, which they usually make, but simply served some rolls. There are other examples, with taxis, for example, the same story. In general, the staff’s goal is not to make guests’ stay at the hotel comfortable, that’s for sure. 3. Again, location. The hotel does not have shops or currency exchange offices. If you want to buy, say, cola with whiskey or chips, then it won’t work. The hotel does not have any normal cafes nearby, and in general, in my opinion, there are only two of them nearby. I had dinner twice at a cafe on the beach, next to the hotel. The quality is disgusting, I do not recommend it to anyone. It is better to eat at a hotel, but it is also not tasty, with a very high price tag. Other hotels I stayed at on this trip had noticeably better food at a lower price tag. 4. This family hotel, so if you want a break from the kids, this is not your choice. I wanted to take a break from the children, but this hotel They didn't bother me at all. 5. In general, I will say this - this a good place rest, it seemed to me that the room and the hotel were truly cozy and comfortable.
