Opinion, September 2019:

What has been done in the village? Of communications, only electrical networks function. Gas should appear, but when is unknown. It has been promised for so long that the prospects seem more and more illusory. Residents have doubts that gas will ever appear. The road is not very good: the 1 km long section from the asphalt exit to the checkpoint is inconvenient. In some places there are potholes, in others there are slides, and in the off-season the soil is washed away.

The land on which the Finnish Village CP is located had the status of DNP. This meant that registering in houses was much more difficult than if the status was individual housing construction. The long-awaited transfer of land from DNP to individual housing construction has taken place. This happened due to the inclusion of KP in the village of Kiskelovo. Now obtaining permanent registration is no longer a problem.

The monthly maintenance fee for the village is 3 thousand rubles, not too much and not too little. This includes road maintenance and repair, security and waste removal. In general, everything is being done, there are no complaints.

The level of development of its own infrastructure leaves much to be desired. There are on-duty playgrounds and sports grounds. Residents have to use external infrastructure. Closest located settlements Leskolovo, Verkhniye Oselki, then Kuyvozi, etc. There are kindergartens, schools, some large stores, consumer service centers for citizens, and medical care institutions. But, of course, you need to understand that this is a suburb, and in principle it is not capable of matching the infrastructure of a metropolis.

Sales in the village have been completed. Now it is a fully realized project.

The composition of alternative settlements has not changed since last year. This is still KP "Arly", and.

Opinion, July 2018:

The destination is popular for recreation, the places are picturesque, the distance from the city is moderate, communications are available, transport accessibility not bad, roads are good. By the sum of all factors "Finnish village" It is quite suitable for a country holiday, and for permanent life outside the city. True, the plots here belong to the category “for dacha construction”. There was talk of transferring them to individual housing construction, but so far there has been no change in category. There are already many cottages built in the village, houses of different levels, among them there are quite a few quite respectable ones.

The disadvantages of the village include the fact that not all of its territory is fenced along the perimeter (judging by the panoramas posted on the official website), as well as the fact that the issue of gas supply has not yet been resolved. In company "Inprom" report that technical specifications have been received and are underway design work, however, it is still difficult to say when the main gas will come to the village.

The village is progressing quite successfully on the market. Over 85% of its proposals have already been implemented. At the beginning of July 2018, there were just over a dozen plots of land for sale in the Finnish Village. As an alternative, you can also consider nearby cottage villages, etc.

Opinion (June 2015):

Considering that the project developer has not changed its policy regarding promotions and special offers that could attract more customers, the pace of sales can be characterized positively: approximately a quarter of the plots remain for sale. About 50 houses are at various stages of construction. The declared infrastructure is, for the most part, organized: there is electricity in the village, and the owners themselves handle the water supply. The only thing that the project developer has not yet completed is gasification. And despite the fact that the timing of the gas supply was not initially specified, living without gas is still problematic (first of all, it is expensive, due to the high electricity consumption). The good news is that gas specifications have been received and network design is underway. However, the developer does not risk talking about specific dates.

Opinion (November 2013):

In a cottage village "Finnish village" The construction of cottages is in full swing. This means that sales within the project, although not quickly, are still going on. To date, a little more than 50 plots of land have been sold, which is approximately half of all those put up for sale. The result is not bad, considering that the developer is in no hurry to pamper its clients with various promotions and discounts that are so popular in most other companies.

Opinion (August 2012):

When visiting the property, you pay attention to the landscaping and good roads inside the village. The sites have been electrified, but large-scale construction has not yet begun. There are only one or two houses under construction. Despite the low cost of one hundred square meters, the property does not cause rush demand among buyers. Perhaps this is due to the absence of a lake or river in the immediate vicinity of the village.

Interview with a representative of the Inprom company (2015)

Original taken from aquatek_filips What does an ideal village look like?

But once upon a time it was Russia...
I understand perfectly well that the trend now is to be proud of Russia and criticize everything Western.
Even if something we have is much worse than theirs.
In this case, many arguments will be found that lead away from the essence, but elevate “ours.” No, there is nothing bad in patriotism, on the contrary. Patriotism perfectly contributes to the fact that ours was not only no worse, but even better.
You just need to not blindly throw your hats in when “they” are better than “us,” but look carefully, learn, take the best and do at least as good as “us.”
Then you won’t need to find any arguments. Let “they” find them in attempts to justify their “worse”.

This was a preface and explanation of a dozen beautiful photographs.
These night photos show the most ordinary village in the south of Finland, of which there are a dime a dozen in this country. But what does this village look like!
Where is the dirt? Rusty tractors and motorcycles near the yards? Leaning fences? Abandoned houses with empty window sockets?
Why instead of them there are neat cottages, street lighting, lots of road signs and just crazy beauty that you want and want to photograph?
I no longer want to photograph our trashy villages, I want our villages to look as beautiful and neat as the photo below.
Why can't our villages be like this? After all, they can!

2. The street is lit, there are a dozen signs at the intersection.
Please note that on the left under the spruce there are four containers for separate waste collection.

3. At midnight everyone is asleep. There is absolutely no one on the streets.
There are signs on the sides of the road in case of heavy snowfall. They mark the edges of the road.
On the right under the sign are mailboxes.

4. No human-sized fences.
Many houses have no fences at all.

5. Night tale. It is not surprising that this country was “chosen” as the birthplace of Santa Claus

6. Houses, fences, trees at the entrance. Everything is neat, smooth, painted...

7. Sometimes you get the feeling that you are at some kind of exhibition

8.

9.

10.

14. Entrance to the cafe. And snowfall.

After all, it was once part of the Russian Empire.......
