We visited Montenegro in June 2018. The hotel and flight were booked by Biblio-Globus, but the hotel itself was found through Travilata. Hotel "Albatross" is located at the end of the road, i.e. further there is a forest in which you could walk. And if you set a goal, then walk to the Great Beach (about an hour's journey, you need comfortable shoes and patience). The location is not bad: plus - its own beach with clean water, but the entrance is from a ladder due to sharp rocks and pitfalls, healing forest air. Minus - 30 minutes walk to the city along the embankment without a sidewalk, with active traffic. Nearby there is a paid (2.5 euro) women's beach with hydrogen sulfide springs. The Small and Great beaches are sandy, but the entrance to the water is very long and shallow. Umbrella+lounger set 5 euros. On these beaches there are taps with water to wash your feet, but there is not a single toilet or changing room. There is also a shower on the Albatross beach fresh water, and changing cabins. The hotel itself consists of a luxurious hall, 2 buildings to the left - cheaper rooms, a restaurant with a veranda and a view of the beach. The rooms are standard: TV with Russian and German channels, air conditioning, refrigerator, wardrobes, comfortable wide beds, shower in the bathroom, toilet with an overhead cistern, 2 towels for each (for some reason they changed daily, but in 10 days they never changed bed linen), mirror, 2 bottles of shampoo, toilet paper and 2 glasses. The curtain in the shower was really missing. We are warmly welcomed at the reception, everyone understands Russian (but we printed out a Russian-Serbian phrasebook and tried to communicate), we meet and take you to the airport with our own mini bus with the inscription “Albatross”, the buffet breakfast is monotonous: Olivier, sprats, cheese , ham, packaged butter, marmalade, pate, unsweetened yogurt. The coffee and juices in the vending machines are very good! Dinner is quite plentiful: the obligatory soup (different names, but essentially the same), a huge plate of meat with a complex side dish (potatoes, green peas, rice), the usual salad with cabbage, dessert (cake, ice cream or canned peach in syrup) . You can buy water at the bar, but we took it in the city or on the way to the hotel at a street kiosk. Not far from the Small Beach there is a large IDEA store. You can buy branded wines, fruits, ice cream, sweets, dairy products there. The baked goods are very tasty in Pekary. The prices are very reasonable, almost like in Moscow. Ice cream from 70 cents to 1 euro, water from 60 cents to 1.40 euros. Soup in cafe 2.50, pasta 4, a slice of pizza 1.5. But cold cuts with a side dish are 10 euros (a portion can be divided among 2-3 people). There are very few greens and vegetables (apparently there is nowhere to grow them). Excellent excursion service (absolutely everything is interesting), but “Albatross” is located far away, so all excursions are from 7 am until evening (we barely had time for dinner). An excellent guide, Larisa, knows everything about everything in Montenegro, helps tourists make profitable purchases where it is more convenient and cheaper. There was not enough entertainment in the evening (there were no events at all). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I recommend it for those who want privacy, long hiking, for lovers budget holiday.
