We checked in, the staff were very friendly, but everything went wrong when the beds in our room were not moved together, although when booking we indicated that the beds should be moved together. We decided to take a walk and asked to move the beds. As it turned out later, my girlfriend decided to give me a gift and hid it under the bed. Upon returning from the walk, the beds were moved together, and we decided to start preparing to welcome New Year. I will omit the story about this event. In the morning, as expected by all the rules, my girlfriend decided to give me a gift, but it wasn’t under the bed. And herethe fun begins. We contact the administrator to clarify the circumstances, and they shrug and look at us like fools. And most importantly, they are inactive. The third time we contacted us, they sent a maid to our room, who allegedly moved the beds with her partner, which she herself tells us about. She swears by everything she has, but denies the fact of the loss, and also adds to us that “who hides something like that under the bed?! This needs to be put on the nightstand!”, indeed, the surprise needs to be kept in the most obvious place! But for some reason they can’t get through to me, probably they don’t just want to talk to me, and they call my girlfriend, they say that they checked, one maid came into the room, although she told us that there were two of them, that they had a conversation, and that when you bring it again, we will be pleasantly surprised! Based on application No. 1448909 in the period from 12/31/2019 to 01/02/20. You and your girlfriend Victoria Mikhailovna were provided with accommodation services in a hotel room of the Hotel, category “Standard double”. During her stay, Victoria Mikhailovna contacted the service and interaction with guests with a message that she could not find a small box with a gift that she had previously hidden under the bed. The service staff immediately contacted the housekeeping administrator responsible for the building. An internal investigation was conducted, the maids were interviewed, but the fact that the box was in the room was not confirmed. Victoria Mikhailovna was asked to call a security officer or the police, to which the guest responded with a categorical refusal, saying that the box contained a low-value, insignificant item. When leaving, you personally reported the theft in writing, but you resolutely refused the offer to initiate an investigation with the involvement of security specialists.
