It is assumed that the employee will purchase an apartment from PSK NPO Mashinostroyenia at 20-30% below the market value, on the basis of an agreement on shared participation in construction between the employee and the developer. The apartment will be purchased at the employee’s own expense or, if necessary, using a bank mortgage loan. The program participant becomes the owner of the purchased housing after full payment and commissioning of the house.
The goal of the program is to retain and attract highly qualified specialists who have undergone specialized training to NPO Mashinostroyenia by providing preferential housing for their families. Now the enterprise services are developing criteria for selecting candidates to participate in the program. Applications for participation in the program are accepted at the NGO social development service until February 28, 2018.
As reported by the press service of NPO Mashinostroyenia, a preliminary analysis of the number of workers wishing to improve their living conditions and purchase an apartment at a reduced price is being carried out: “On March 1, the results will be summed up as to how many preliminary applications have been received, but we can already say that there will be more hundreds."
