The first and most important thing is that I never received an answer, but I would really like to! There is a farm on site, let's say a mini farm. When we arrived there was a goat and a small lamb, the child immediately rushed to pet them, the lamb looked strange (he was breathing heavily, coughing as if he was choking, staggering) it was obvious that he was sick... a day later the lamb disappeared and it turned out that he had died.... I didn’t receive an answer to my question to the staff about what happened to him! My child was petting this lamb, but it wasn’t until the first minute that they realized that he was sick! I think it's simply irresponsible to keep animals for fun... if you're going to run a mini farm, do it right! In the end, your children are trying to get to him and you have to find out what he was sick with!!! What if he has rabies?! I'm actually looking forward to a full clarification in the review response! The lamb was removed, they put hares or rabbits in a pen, it’s not clear whether someone else lived there before, how often do your animals die? I’m curious? It seems to me that you need to seriously think about whether it’s worth doing something that you don’t know how to do... Regarding the rest, it’s probably not that important compared to a sick animal on the territory that is within the reach of children, but I’ll write my opinion: In a room without shower, but there is no hot water with the toilet, ice pours from the tap, your hands are cramping, is it really difficult to install a small boiler for 10-15 liters, it’s impossible to even wash your face. They turned off the power from lunch until the evening, I don’t know how often this happens, but there is no water... so-so story ((The dishes are not washed in the dishwasher, the forks and spoons are greasy with a coating, this is not very pleasant. In general, if you feed people , you must wash dishes in a PMM. Everything can be survived in general, but the safety of children’s health and sanitation, it seems to me, determines the level of the place and the people who run this place.... I’m waiting for information on your lamb’s illness!
Baikal is close, the child can walk to the beach and back. The beach is clean. The hotel area is good, there is a children's playground, grass, and a gazebo. Food - you can eat. The mattress is normal and comfortable.

We took an economy number. I understand that we shouldn’t have counted on a TV or a kettle, and that’s quite normal, but the holey bed linen was not part of our plans and it really upset us. The house is really the simplest: a beam and wiring along it, not even covered with anything. There are no lamps except overhead light, which is very inconvenient. Incredible audibility, you can even hear the neighbors whispering, and the staircase leading to the second floor creaks so much that in the morning you don’t need any alarm clock. Cleaning the room is a separate issue. A 16-year-old girl comes, waves a broom, kicking up all the dust - that’s it! We scattered the seeds behind the curtain after this “super cleaning” and they remained in their place. The staff apparently received instructions to be attentive to visitors, but in the end they turned out to be overly intrusive. In principle, it’s quite an ordinary guest house, of which there are hundreds on Lake Baikal, but the name... if it had been called, for example, “At Petrovich’s” or something like that, then the expectations would have been appropriate, but here it’s “Royal Harbor”. .. as they say “you call yourself a load, get into the box”, but this is not about this hotel.... Accommodation lasting 1 night
cozy wooden houses with spacious rooms, I especially liked the three-course meal included in the price. There is a luxurious bathhouse where you go with pleasure if you are scared in Lake Baikal. By the way, it is a three-minute walk from guest house! Sasha is the main assistant in all household matters, she will always help and advise if you need any help.
