Terrible BC. I rented a room from them for more than two years. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The building itself is quite good. Everywhere has been renovated. There is a store, fitness center, dining room and coffee shop. The sales managers are very friendly at first. But that's where it ends.

After entry and payment, shortcomings are discovered:

1. Cattle guard. They treat tenants like prisoners. Forgot your pass - go home. If you want to take out your old computer for repairs, with the written permission of the administration (which is open from 10 to 17 on weekdays). We stopped at the office on the way to the dacha with an old chair in the car - they won’t let you out without permission from the administration to remove the furniture. There is an accident at the gate - wait. Others will not let you out, because they are only for cars with permanent passes. If you want to trick a foreign citizen, you can’t. I was fined several times for allegedly not having a pass under glass. The pass was always there, there was no evidence - they say, one guard saw it during his rounds, and that was enough. The guards themselves are gopniks. And their boss is some former security officer, who, apparently, didn’t play enough with soldiers as a child. And there were many such episodes with security. It seemed to me that they get pleasure from tormenting normal people. One day, some drunk workers on the territory harassed my employee - we told the security that there were drunk people driving around the territory in cars. So the guard put his tail between his legs and very hesitantly went to “sort it out.”

2. The leasing department loses its friendliness with your first problem. It immediately turns out that they cannot influence anything. With all questions, contact security or the operations department or the director. All these people didn't care about you. The director told me to my face that they have a difficult business, and they make money from whatever they can, for example, they issue fines for everything that happens. Employees from the rental department are constantly changing. And the fact that your manager promised you something at one time does not bother anyone. The commercial director is an example of hypocrisy. When the contract needed to be renewed, she called, all smiles. Literally a day later I came to see her with some question - she was very unhappy that I took up 5 minutes of her lunch break (although I had previously sat in her waiting room for half an hour) and she spoke to me very unfriendly. If they need you to pay early, they call you and persuade you in a plaintive voice. They say they are being built, they need money. But if you are suddenly 1 day late with your payment (due to holidays or by mistake, they added you to the list of debtors - this happened to us), your electricity will be turned off on the same day and you will be prohibited from having visitors.

3. Building. There is only one narrow entrance for the entire huge 1 building. People enter/exit and carry furniture through it. The smoking room is right next to the entrance. If you don't smoke, you will still have to walk through a cloud of smoke at the entrance. There are no elevators, the stairs are narrow. I have never had hot water in my memory. The heating is turned on very late and turned off very early. One day they didn’t clean it at all for a month - the smell in the corridors was incredible. But most importantly...

4. Constant power outages. No warnings, no apologies, no specific deadlines. The reason for 2 years was the reconstruction of the Shchelkovo highway. I live in the area - not a single building in the area of ​​Shchelkovskoye Highway lost power these days (it’s clearly visible in winter). Spare generators are available only for the administration and a few VIP tenants.

5. Cost. Renting seems very attractive at first. But the business center’s strategy is to lure you in, and then raise your rent every year by at least 15%, regardless of the market. Out of naivety, they agreed. During our time there, almost nothing has changed (we are tidy tenants). But upon departure they checked us thoroughly. We recorded every spot, every lamp and hole. What the manager said at the beginning was of no interest to anyone. He no longer worked there. All "shortcomings" were billed.

8. Internet. There is only one Internet provider in BC - the notorious Megaton. Internet provider without an Internet site. With crazy prices. We were offered unlimited Internet for 3 people with modest traffic for 40 thousand rubles per month. We, of course, refused. We used Iota like everyone else. But the signal quality there is very poor. We inquired about how to strengthen it, and we were told that the building is covered with a metal facade, which does not let the signal inside. BC strictly prohibits mounting antennas outside or on the roof. In general, the Internet was unreliable, disappeared, worked slowly during the day, better in the evening.

In general, after I got out of there with great financial and emotional losses, I felt great relief.
