Winter is in full swing - the terrible cold is over, the snow is crunchy, the sun is shining, and you can have great skiing. We chose convenient, well-maintained trails within the city where the whole family can go - almost everywhere there is rental, hot tea and evening lighting.

Sokolniki Park"

In Sokolniki there are tracks for every taste: the park has 45 kilometers of ski tracks for both classic and skating. A total of 14 routes have been developed, including an all-weather route, which is laid by snowcat. Thanks to a special thick snow cushion, you can ride along this route even with a slight thaw. The length of the all-weather route, which runs along the 2nd Luchevoy clearing, is 1.5 km.

You can warm up in the “Sea Inside” or “Dubki” cafes, which are located near the ski rental points.

You can ski in Sokolniki on your own skis or rent a set (rental points are located on Mitkovsky Proezd, 11, as well as at the intersection of the 6th Luchevogo and Maysky clearings). The cost of skis is 100 - 150 rubles for 2 hours. There are discounts for schoolchildren and students, and children under 7 years old or disabled children can take the kit for free. The cost of the wardrobe is 100 rubles for 2 hours.

Izmailovsky Park

The park has three classic trails with a length of 4, 5, 3, and 8.5 kilometers. The routes pass both in the forest part of the complex and near the attractions. It is impossible to get lost: there are signs along the routes, and lighting is provided in the evening.

You can warm up in the RusRoll cafe, which is located near the locker room and skating rink at the main entrance. There are also kiosks selling hot tea, pancakes and pies. On the northern square you can have a snack at the Coola cafe. However, it is only open on weekends.

There are two rental points in the park - at the main entrance and on North Square. The cost of a ski set is 300 rubles per hour.

Fili Park

The park has three trails (5, 3, 1 kilometers) for the classic course. The terrain is quite simple, suitable for beginner skiers. You can ride in Fili in the evening: the park is beautifully lit.

Not far from the main entrance there is an establishment called “Mask” with a children’s playground and animation on weekends. It’s also worth checking out the Panda Cafe near the rope park, where they serve delicious cupcakes and cappuccino.

PRICE

Ski rental is available at the main entrance, from Barclay Street. Rental cost is 300 rubles per hour or 1500 rubles for the whole day.

Olympic Village Park

An ideal place for those who just want to start skiing or improve their skills. At the beginning of December, an adidas Skibase training base opened in the center of the park, where you can sign up for group (700 rubles for a 1.5-hour lesson) and individual lessons (3,000 rubles for 90 minutes). In addition, on weekends there are free introductory training sessions for beginners. You can come to the lesson lightly: rental of ski equipment is included in the cost of training.

The base also has a vending machine with hot coffee and snacks, warm locker rooms and showers.

In total, the park has 3 trails with a length of 1, 3 and 5 km. Depending on the weather, they are prepared with a snowcat for skating and classic travel. The terrain has a small number of climbs of medium height.

You can grab a snack on the adidas Skibase. In addition, at the main entrance to the park there are kiosks with hot dogs, hot coffee and tea.

The ski rental point is located near the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. The cost of the set is 300 rubles per hour.

Museum-Reserve "Kolomenskoye"

There are two ski routes in the reserve: a five-kilometer track in the area of ​​Checkpoint-1 and Zhuzha Street, as well as a three-kilometer track near Checkpoint-6 and Dyakovo Gorodishche Street. Both are designed for classic travel.

The museum also offers ski quests for lovers of outdoor activities. The route starts at Fair Square, runs along the Museum of Wooden Architecture and the House of Peter I, past the Church of the Ascension and other museum attractions.

On Torgovaya Street there are dozens of refectories, tea and coffee shops, stylized as Russian huts. You can also have a snack at the exit from the park at the Pizzamento pizzeria and the Kapuchinoff coffee shop.

KSK "Bitsa"

The Bitsy ski slopes are considered the best in the capital: for three years now they have been ranked first in the Moskomosport ranking. It is in this complex that cross-country skiing competitions among schoolchildren and city competitions are held.

In total, there are 4 routes in Bitsa with a length of 1, 2, 3 and 5 km

for classic and skating. For the little ones there is a 500-meter easy trail. All routes are marked with cones and illuminated in the evening.

100 meters from the start of the ski track there is a warm cafe “Levada”.

PRICE

There is no rental point in Bitsa - you can only come here with your own skis. The entrance is free.

Medic Stadium

The local tracks are some of the best and most famous in Moscow: it was here that military personnel and members of the capital's special services once passed sports standards. In total, in the forest park, which starts almost right next to the stadium, there are 3 tracks, 1, 3 and 5 kilometers long.

The routes are simple, there is practically no relief - the height difference is hardly 10 meters. Those who lack adrenaline can ski to neighboring Romashkovo with steep slopes and climbs. However, to do this you will have to cross the Moscow Ring Road via a ground crossing.

Take thermoses with hot tea and sandwiches with you - there is only a warm buffet room on site.

Ski rental is available at the stadium. The cost of the set is 220 rubles per hour, locker room rental is 50 rubles.

Natural and historical park "Kuzminki-Lublino"

Fans of cross-country skiing know this park well: excellent tracks for both classic and skating have been rolled out on the territory of the complex for many years in a row. In addition, local routes have repeatedly become the best in the south-eastern district of Moscow.

The trails are equipped with signs, “Start” and “Finish” signs, and there is evening lighting.

In total, there are 6 routes in the park with a length of 2-5.75 kilometers. If you dream of perfect skiing, you should come here at the beginning of the week: the slopes are updated every Monday.

In addition to skiing, in the park you can learn how to drive a dog sled, go through quests accompanied by a husky, or have a photo shoot with funny puppies at the “Husky from Kuzminki to Alaska!” club.

You can have a snack at the “Dam” or “Veterok” cafes, which are located near one of the rental points.

There are three ski rental points in the park. You can rent a set at the entrance to “Kuzminki-Lublino” from the side of the “Vysota” cinema, on Zarechye street, vl. 7, or on the street. Kuzminskaya, 10. Rental cost is 250 rubles per hour.

Three trails with a length of 5, 3, 1 km run through the complex, which make up a single ski and recreational route. Rentals and changing rooms are not provided, however, snowmobiles prepare the trails 2-3 times a week, depending on weather conditions.

The route is quite simple - there are only a few small slopes. Signage and evening lighting are provided on only one part of the route.

You can also go tubing in the park - the downhill slides are located a 15-minute walk from the ski route. There is also a warm cafe and cheesecake rentals.

Take your coffee with you: there are no cafes near the ski slopes. You can have a snack, for example, at the “Fiord” establishment, which is located near the Orekhovo metro station
